We have worked with Heinrichs for a few separate HVAC projects i.e., fixing our AC unit, replacing our furnace, adding zoning, etc. to name a few. Their team has always been super responsive, friendly, and flexible. We appreciate their kindness, reasonable pricing, and prompt attention to any issues.

This company did a fabulous job in our time of coldness. We woke up Thursday AM to 61 degree house which is set to a 70 degree wake up and the furnace would not go on. My husband called for emergency visit and Heinrichs came out and gave us a quote to replace some parts and get the 21 year old furnace working. They also gave us the option of a new furnace if we didn’t want to put the money into a 20 year old furnace with no guarantee that something else wouldn’t happen in the furniture. We decided on a new furnace since we received credit for the emergency call, financing at 0 percent and various rebates. They had it installed on the following Monday before the temperature
dropped again.

Our house was built in the late 1950s and the ducts have never been cleaned. When we moved in, we did a lot of construction and knew between the construction dust and years of stuff collecting since it was built, we NEEDED to get it done. Matt G was great today, took lots of pictures and showed us the before and after - WOW, what a difference! Thanks for a job well done!

The whole process was simple, quick, and relatively turnkey. I received an estimate within a day of reaching out. The proposal was cost-friendly relative to others I received. The staff checked in to ensure it was accurate. I was able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time considering it was the busy season. The install was seamless and was done in less than eight hours.

I’ve hired Heinrichs many times for different properties over the last 10 years. Every single experience was a good one. This is because they know their stuff and fix things the first time. As a result they don’t automatically try to talk you into replacing your whole HVAC system like many other less knowledgeable contractors. The last time with Jon was no exception. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the issue so I could get on with my day. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Some of many positive words to describe Heinrichs. I was so happy with my duct cleaning today! Matt took the time and explained the entire process to me before he began so I would know what to expect,, and answered all of my questions. He was so thorough, cleaned up after the process was completed and on top of a great customer service, he was also such a very nice/respectful young man! Fast response , very knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend them! We had a very large HVAC company servicing our equipment for years prior to switching to Heinrichs. They identified many problems that were left unresolved with the previous company. We are very happy with Heinrichs and they are very reasonably priced for their services.

Very professional and explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly. I would say they are very reputable.

I had a knocking noise in my furnace when the ac was on. I had Heinrich's come over. Of course it would not make the noise whenever they were here. It took over half dozen visits to finally come up with a plan. The blower motor was replaced and a different noise started so they came back and replaced the squirrel cage for no charge. I am very pleased with how they stuck with it and figured out a very elusive problem. It has been trouble free ever since.

Imagine your AC going out in what seems the hottest summer in history!! It happened to me, and I am so grateful to the folks at Heinrichs Home Comfort for saving the day on very short notice and at a fair price. Hats off to them for proving that true professionalism and good service still exist!

Steve and crew do a great job. Have used them twice now. Timely and efficient. Great work all around. Provided a great solution for ventilation for a range exhaust today. Saved a lot of kitchen cabinet space!

Great service and cleaned up after themselves. Heinrichs has also treated my older parents very well for service calls and past installation and that was what sold us on using them. I feel they are honest and trustworthy and will recommend them to others!

My 3 year old boiler installed by a different company already started to leak. After the great experience working with Heinrich’s Home Comfort in the past, and having had a wonderful experience, it was a no brainer to call Steve and his team. Steve was there the following day, made short work of the repair and stopped the leak. The repair was done at a more than fair price!
