Kyle and his team are TOP NOTCH. Communication was excellent across the board. Easy to get ahold of on the phone and his receptionist, Jessica, was wonderful. I felt Kyle was extremely honest and forthcoming about the whole process of a new AC unit install. Kyle was on the job for the install himself along with his electrician. Everything is permitted and licensed, so no need to worry there. Very professional, yet easy to get along with. Felt extremely comfortable having this company in my home and will 100% be recommending to anyone that needs help with heating and cooling work. You can tell Kyle truly cares about his work and his clients.

I would highly recommend Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning!! When our original service provider left us high and dry on a Friday night until Monday, Kyle showed up on a Saturday to help troubleshoot our AC problem. He had it fixed and running within 20 minutes. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning in the future for any of our AC or furnace needs.

Gregg heating and air conditioning is the best. A year and a half ago they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. We could not be more happy with the unit they sold us. Recently the dehumidifier was not working and Kyle had to order us a new one. When the unit came in he came out to install the new unit at 6:00pm that same night. They are great at going over everything and explaining everything. They are clean, respectful, friendly and helpful. We have recommended them to anyone we know that needs HVAC help. Thanks again Kyle you are the best we appreciate the great service!!

I would not hesitate one minute to recommend Greg’s heating! Greg’s heating installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. Kyle (the owner) was on the job installing the equipment .We had many companies come out and give us estimates, Kyle did not try to sell or push anything we didn’t need or want, he went through all of our options.There was no pressure tactics, just honest and trustworthy at a fair price . The job was completed on the day they said, was very clean and went through everything after it was installed. I would strongly recommend this company.

Kyle and his team are the best. Our furnace crashed over the weekend, and Kyle was very gracious about helping us that very day. Knowing we have small children, he rearranged his schedule so that we would have working heating as quickly as possible. He diagnosed other problems that were causing known inefficiencies in our heating and fixed those as well. Also, because the original problem had to do with an clogged outflow tract, he custom made a second back-up outflow track to prevent the same problem in the future (see photo). Ingenious! And as you can see, they do clean, meticulous work. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

Gregg Heating provided the best value for our new air conditioning unit. Their pricing was unmatched compared to the other quotes we received. They arrived punctually and completed the job efficiently and neatly. We ditched the red vans and are now using them for our annual maintenance as well. Shop around folks!

Just wanted to thank Kyle and his team. Our furnace died last week after over 30 years. We woke up to temps in the low 30’s and the furnace would not kick in. We called 5 different heating companies and Greggs was the only one willing to fit us in and come out. They took the time to replaced the furnace even though it was past their normal business hours.
They were very polite and took the time to show and explain everything to my husband and me.
I really appreciate Kyle for squeezing us in as their schedule was booked solid for the next couple of days but with temps in the 30’s he didn’t want us to wait.
Our next project is replacing our air conditioner (also over 30 years old) and we will definitely be scheduling an appointment with Kyle next spring.

Gregg Heating is a great company. Kyle knows his stuff and is very transparent. He shared what needed to be done and gave multiple suggestions/options rather than trying to sell me on the latest and greatest. He wrote a quote on-site and held to it. He and his team came in a week later and took care of my home’s furnace replacement in less than 5 hours. Everything looks great and was done at a very competitive price. I work in the Restoration industry and see a lot of this work done. I can safely say that this is a high quality contractor that I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done!

Kyle G. and Noah came out to our home and worked for 6 hours and completed everything from installing new duct work (adding 2 new supplies) for my kitchen and dining room, replaced all the registers in the house and cut in a new exhaust vent for my hood vent above my range. They were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up any mess they made and even put their own rugs down to protect my brand new flooring. Best service and great price. 10/10 recommendation if and when we need more work we will be calling them again. Great company, I would give them 10 stars if it would let me.

Greggs Heating outstanding service. We had a power surge lost furnace and ac. Got us on the schedule quickly to get install. Kyle is amazing person. Did very clean job helped us out on what route to go and what equipment. Didn't try to force extras like all those big conglomerates like to do. A+++ would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing and friendly service. Called in the morning because our boiler was broken. They had someone out there same day and called me throughout the day with updates on when Kyle would be at our house.

He was super friendly, explained everything amazing. Pricing was the absolute most fair and reasonable of ANYTIME we’ve had to use a repair technician for something, especially for same day service.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of service or installation. They definitely gained a life long customer! We will definitely be using them again for any needs.

Having used Gregg Heating for servicing our HVAC for 15 years I knew I’d get a great product at a great price. Gregg exceeded expectations. Very clean lines and precise install. They corrected an intake issue that was done improperly by original installer when the house was built in 1987 (no additional charges). I opted to pay for electronic air cleaner with UV light as I have allergies to everything from dogs to trees to mold. With the intake issue corrected I was told to clean the filter area in 2 weeks as the improved air flow will move more particles than our previous system. After two weeks I was shocked to see how much was captured. Dog hair and dust on pre-filter and electronically charged particles on main filter. Seeing how much was captured, I’m extremely happy we spent more on the electronic air filter and UV light system. The true test will be this summer, but I have high expectations after seeing the results after only 2 weeks. Thanks Gregg Heating staff! And best of all they are a locally owned company (not part of a corporation which is harder and harder to find even in HVAC).

Crew arrived on scheduled. Job was finished ahead of time because they worked meticulously from start to the end. He explained the furnace and thermostat installation. I used Gregg HVAC for a furnace and AC install in 2001. Twenty plus years, I have use Gregg HVAC for maintenance of my units. I continue to get great technical expertise, and strong professionalism. Customer service from the office to KYLE and KYLE is awesome. Two thumps up for another installation done well today.

Steve runs a great company! He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to fix my furnace during the coldest weather. Very professional. I would recommend you to use them.

Have used Heinrichs for the last 6 or so years to service our systems; they are really good about communicating and letting you know when they'll arrive. Also really appreciate their professionalism and explanation of options for repairs etc - service techs (Matt is great!) have never ever "mansplained" a situation to me, which I appreciate since I'm an educated engineer (which they might not necessarily know). They treat us well and we'll continue to be customers!

Max did a great job. I had a concern about the furnace. Max checked things out to identify the problem (I just bought the house and the furnace is pretty complex). I really liked that he did not push for additional services. I wanted a tune up just because this is a new home for me and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. He communicated that the furnace was operating normally but would do a full tune up if I desired. I was pleased that he was not pushy to add this service on and addressed all of the questions I had.
