Kevin and the install team (Josh was available to assist) also did a wonderful job putting on the new furnace and AC. ALL involved worked diligently, efficiently, professionally. Once completed, I admit that the area was cleaner than when I prepared that area for the work. Kevin also showed great patience answering any questions I had and made sure I had a clear understanding of the systems. This also includes the electrician, who pointed out the changes in my circuit breakers and necessary wiring for the units. I am pleased with the team work and how all was handled from start to finish. Thank you again.

Excellent work! Arrived early, was very courteous and explained the new system. Highly recommend this company and these installers were top notch. Very professional and the work looks awesome! I am very particular about other people working in or on my house and these guys met and exceeded my expectations! Will be using them again for when we need to get an AC unit.

I'm posting this and doing this review about a month after I had this service on my furnace done.
Anyhow, I was having problems with my furnace blowing cold air once in a while and I thought it was a dirty flame sensor.
I cleaned it out and did other minor maintenance checks, however it was still blowing cold air. So I called Thielmann Group And they sent a technician by the name of Nick K.....(along with his "helper") He did a great job by communicating what he worked on and looked at, as well as something I might need to replace in the future. He worked very quickly and efficiently. Communicated great as well.

Scott M from Theilmann HVAC came to check on the HVAC system in my mom’s condo before the sale of the condo. He notified me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He took the time to understand what I needed and thoroughly inspected the heating unit to make sure it worked properly before the sale if the home. He explained what he did and wrote out a clear report to submit to the buyers. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond expectations. The price was very reasonable and I was pleased with the excellent service!

I’m very happy with the work that they did. They were punctual, clean, friendly, well informed and the company is impressive. I think the price was probably reasonable based on what my sister had been charged for the furnace she had purchased from a different company. Im just very pleased all around.

I had a great experience with the Thielmann group. I needed my AC and furnace replaced, Dave came out and gave me a quote with several options. He sat down on the spot and explained everything to me thoroughly. He drafted a proposal the same evening. That was on a Monday late afternoon to accommodate my work schedule which I really appreciated.

Jeff and his team came to my house the very next Friday at about 8:00a.m. I really appreciated the expedited scheduling. Jeff and his team were diligent and professional, completing the work by 4:00 that afternoon. His work looked great and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. The cost was very fair, and everything is running great. I would definitely work with the Thielmann group in the future and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Thielman Group Heating and Cooling. I called with an issue late Tuesday afternoon and they had an expert (Todd H) arrive 8:30 am the next day. Todd was friendly and professional, also walked me through my issues and options and set me up with a sales rep visit (Michael) a few hours later. Michael verified my issue and presented me with a quote, he was was also friendly and professional and provided me two new space heaters to use until my issue was fixed. He got me set up with an installation of a new hvac system the next day at 8:30. Jim K and his team was friendly and professional and got my hvac installed within 3-4 hours. Jim was able to answer the questions I had.

Overall, i was very statisifed by the friendliness of all the Thielman professionals i worked with during the process, but also how quickly they got through the process, especially in a busy time of year.

Hayden and the team did great work installing both my new furnace and air conditioning units. He then showed me how to operate the thermostat from my home and remotely via the Lennox app on my phone.

Makinze C performed my tuneup today and was awesome! He showed up on time and was very courteous and walked me through everything that he was doing. He found the reason for a leak in my unit and was able to get me a part and install it the same day in a very timely and efficient manner. He was awesome and I would highly recommend him and use them in the future.

Josh the AC Technician representing Thielmann Group came out to inspect and service and do Maintenance in our Air Conditioning system. We are new to this property so we don't know when somebody had cleaned or service the Unit. Josh immediately got to work and showed me how dirty the outside Condenser was and explained the many scenarios that could have damaged the unit. He pulled out his equipment and cleaned and fully serviced our unit.. Josh was extremely professional super friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. We will not hesitate to call for yearly service Maintenance specially if you're Techs are friendly, experienced and Great worker like Josh. 5 star ⭐ 100%

Kyle was very nice to work with. We thought we had a very big issue but he quickly found the source of the problem and took care of it. He ran the dishwasher several times to make sure everything was working properly. We will request him in the future for our plumbing needs!! We thought it would cost us an arm & leg ,but only a couple fingers :)

Thielmann was recommended by a coworker as a company that doesn't overcharge or bs around. They were able to order a part for my furnace that was recalled and the factory paid for it. Adriel is the man. I was glad to hear he was going to be the tech coming back to do the install.

We could not be happier with our service that Gabe performed. He was extremely professional. And was great at informing me what he was doing and did. I am also very impressed with Thielman because they were able to fit us in within hours. Great experience!

Our water softener had failed so we called Thielmann heating cooling and plumbing in slinger for help. Dan E came out diagnosed the problem and was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new replacement unit . He was able to get the new unit and it installed it the same day . He was extremely helpful and through in the installation and explaining the new unit to us and making sure our needs were met. We will diffidently be calling Thielmann for any of our services needs going forward because of the great service we got from Dan

Nick K. provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond when he arrived to replace the draft combustion inducer assembly for our furnace. When he opened the box with the replacement part he discovered that it was broken, so he had to put the original part back into our furnace while he made calls to his office to locate another part that was in stock. He found one and informed me that he would be back within an hour with a new part. When he got back he completed the job and everything is working well with our furnace now!

Branden, James and team installed a Lennox furnace & heat pump and a tankless water heater and did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, explained what was going on, and walked me through how to work the system once installation was complete. The job finished in the time estimated, too. Overall I'm very happy with Thielmann and would go through them again for future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Thielmann: I'll try to give a brief background. The furnace (unit also has AC component) in my condo was having white smoke/steam come out of the external vent during some of the extremely cold weather we were having. Even though my furnace was not making any unusual noises, smells, or setting off my carbon monoxide detector, I was still concerned as no other condos in my building or nearby buildings were having the smoke/steam.
The employee that initially inspected by furnace (Carlos?) informed me that the heat exchange was clogged and would require me to repair the furnace or purchase a whole new unit (I opted for a whole new unit based on its age). Carlos gave me the impression there was no rush and that it was not something that necessarily needed to be done immediately. When the second employee (Dave?) came later that day to take measurements and verify the replacement unit needed, he made it seem almost emergent and began to wonder aloud if he needed to shut my furnace off that day. The stark contrast between the two was alarming and created a bit of a trust issue on who to believe. Carlos seemed a little green and Dave seemed like more of a veteran. Dave eventually determined it did not need to be shut off as no carbon monoxide was entering my condo. The whole experience did create a bit of a panic for me though, so I quickly accepted the only available appointment within the following two weeks. It was convenient that they could get it replaced just five days later, but if it truly wasn't an emergency then I would have liked a little more time to verify I was getting the best price as it wasn't cheap (to give you an idea this is the largest purchase I’ve ever made behind my home, education, and car). They do offer payment plans that were easy to enroll in, one of which has 0% interest if paid off within a year. I’m not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but I can tell they really want an honest review as I’ve received multiple texts and emails asking to leave one.
The crew that showed up on the morning of 12/24 to install the new unit were quick and efficient. They were respectful of my property and explained the new thermostat to me.
All the employees were friendly, including the ones running the office over the phone (Micah?).

Jacob A came to check our leaking ac in the basement. Thought it was all fixed but went to check things out on the outside. Well I guess when you have a 25yr old air conditioner it's not gonna last forever. He called and Bryan came out within the hour to give us a quote on a new air conditioner and even ended up going with a new water heater as that was up there in age. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Would recommend them.
