We were happy with our experience with nb heating and air. Our furnace succumbed to the great flood of 25 and needed replacement. Even when an unforeseen issue came up during the installation, the problem was rectified quickly and professionally. The crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. No complaints and would recommend to others.

Leo, Mike and Joe were incredibly professional. Clean and thorough workmanship, and they walked me through the new furnace and humidifier operation. New Berlin from sales to install was smooth and easy. Great job!!!!

The technicians are timely and alway professional. I had to get a new furnace in the middle of a stretch of negative temperatures. I was able to get same day service and a new heater the next day. I highly recommend New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning.

Scott provided me detailed options for my furnace/AC replacements and answered all questions I had. Did not pressure or steer me to any decision and I felt confident in going with NB Heating

Scott left us confused as to what he was doing at our informational meeting. Scott seemed to be more interested in rebates than discussing our list of heat pumps. He deviated, from the discussion, to show us how to turn on the blower for our furnace, to enhance our comfort, even though he failed to mention the setting was only temporary.

Scott failed to inform us that our list of heat pumps actually included an air conditioner.

But what really turned us off was his offer of a 10% discount if we installed a heat pump by the end of Feb 2026.

Mario was our service technician and always does a fantastic job as he did today! He is knowledgeable, professional and is always able to answer our questions. We appreciate his work and know our aging furnace is in excellent Hans when he works on it!

I explained our issue and he gave my husband and I props for having a 30 year old furnace, that was limping on its last leg, still going! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Wonderful price range as well!

Needed to get a new air conditioner as ours was from the early 90's. Had a couple estimates and found New Berlin to have the best quote as well as being professional and informative. ( Scott was great!) Leo and his team came the following Tues. They were very professional, courteous and efficient!
After the installation, they went over everything with us and took a look at our furnace too. Great warranty, great service. Highly recommend!!!

Needed a new furnace installed Christmas week! Jeremy and Joe did a fantastic job, pleasant, answered our questions,kept us informed thru the whole process. No stress! Thank you New Berlin Heating! Also want to acknowledge Mike,who came out to do an annual furnace check up and found the problem- he was very thorough and presented our options and scheduled the installation quickly!

Good no more. In 2023 this was a good company. Recently something has changed, now they care more about making sales than servicing customers. Sales person asked me to sign up for a service package. I agreed as long as they code book me soon. They booked 8 days later, but never showed up, never called. Then wanted to reschedule me for 35 days later. No customer service, just someone blathering about there policies.

Mario gave us a second opinion quote for a new furnace system. He was professional thorough, and explained things very well. We appreciated his knowledge of furnaces.

We have always been 100% Satisfied with all of our interactions with New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning. When our Air Conditioner stopped working we called New Berlin. Mike from New Berlin came out the same day and did a complete evacuation. He explained what the problem was and that since the air conditioner needed to be replaced what options were available. He told us about rebates and tax incentives. We arranged to buy a new air conditioner that would be totally installed in 5 days. Within 5 days Brian & the New Berlin Team came in and installed a new Air Conditioner in 3 hours. They were on time very friendly and did an excellent job. It again was an excellent experience all round. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED OUR EXPERIENCES WITH MIKE AND BRIAN ASSISTANCE.

We recently had a new AC unit installed by New Berlin Heating The experience was fantastic from start to finish! It was a pleasure working with Scott. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and put us at ease. He came to our home promptly and provided a thorough assessment, clearly explaining our options without any pressure. Scott took the time to understand our specific needs and budget, recommending the perfect systems. The quotes were transparent and fairly priced with no hidden fees.
On the day of the install, Henry and the entire team arrived right on time. They were professional, polite, and worked efficiently to get the job done well. Henry explained the entire process to us and patiently answered our questions. The install team also took great care to protect our flooring and left the work area spotless when they were finished.

From the time of the initial visit and estimate the following was true. They were professional, courteous, and most importantly handled things in a timely manner. Highly recommend their company, over the other companies we contacted.

Our furnace was due for its annual maintenance checkup. Art arrived ontime and used protective boots on to walk on the carpet to access the thermostat. He verified the functionality of several components on the furnace. I was briefed on the results and assured all measurements were within the normal parameters. Art presented himself as a very competent and experienced HVAC technician. Thank you for a job well done!

2/9. Kristopher was awesome!! He came to my home to quote both a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning unit. Kris inspected and reviewed my current units, ductwork and measured my Carrier furnace. Once done Kris gave me different options for both based on what I stated my needs were and which options he felt would work best in my home. He also took the time to explain how the current 2-zone system operates. These systems were installed by New Berlin Heating in 2006 by the previous owners. He even answered multiple questions I had written down from my researching Carrier’s products online before Kris arrived for our appointment. He explained things in an easy to understand manner. He further explained how my current furnace and ducts opening and closing communicate between the two zones based on what each thermostat is set at and he showed me which rooms were controlled by each of the two thermostats in my home. Even better Kris emailed me both the information and pricing on the different models of furnaces and air conditioning units we discussed before he even left my home. Kris went above and beyond with exceptional customer service!!

2/7 I don’t want to forget Rocco service technician extraordinaire who came out on a Saturday afternoon for a diagnostic call. I showed Rocco the message where my furnace alerted my thermostat of a system malfunction. Rocco worked tirelessly to get my furnace functioning. When he left my Carrier Infinity furnace was fully operating. When I asked about costs for replacing my existing furnace and AC Rocco reached out to Kris to set up an appointment to get me estimates for new equipment. Before Rocco left my home Kris had called back and an appointment was scheduled. Very impressive service from both especially for late on a Saturday afternoon!!! I will be asking for Rocco when I sign up for the annual service plan!!!

We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service. I was having issues with my furnace and Cipriano came out promptly for emergency service. He walked me through trouble shooting steps, what to look for, and even how to fix small issues in the future. He also solved the issue and ensured the systems was functioning properly before he left. Would highly recommend for any services in the future.

Just bought a new heater and ac unit in November. Monday Night find out heat jut stopped working. Not happy this is a new unit and was bought so this wouldn't happen. call the 24 hour hot line not a fan of AI but oh well that's my issue. Once I got to talk with someone they came with in an hour and a half. found the problem and fixed it to the point we had some heat best he could do at 11pm at night. Next morning I called a bit before 7:30am and a nice lady answered, gave my name and she said they where just ordering the part I needed and sending someone to get it. they got to my house before 11am and had things fixed with in 10ish mins. The tech stayed 30 mins and checked the heat multiple time and did some adjustments. Heat has been working great and service from all areas was great.
