We bought a house a month and a half ago and know nothing about AC maintenance, etc. First hot day and our central air was blowing warm air. It was 86° in our house and our French Bulldog was going to have a heat stroke. I got Scott's number from a friend. He came out the same day because of our dog. He was in an out in a half hour, explained thoroughly the issues to us so we know for the future and fixed the issue. Within a half hour, our air was ice cold again. His price was alot more affordable than what I was afraid of too. Definitely going to be using this guy in the future. Thanks Scott!

My thermostat died at 8pm I called Scott and by 8:30 pm i had a new one on a nite that was going to be 20 below! His service is great and his prices are fair. This is the second time i have used him and he will always be my heating and cooling guy.

Scott was great. I started with Angi’s list and he called back almost immediately. He was at our home within a half hour.. did not expect that at all… caught him at the right time for sure. He diagnosed the problem right away and did the needed repair. We may use him to replace our 24 yo furnace and air conditioner too.

I called Scott on Friday afternoon. He stopped by and gave me an estimate which was very fairly priced. He was here Saturday morning at 6:30am! Since it's 95° today i was extremely happy he was able to fit me in and get my house cooled down!
I also wanted a new hot water heater, which Scott once again gave me a very fair price.

Scott installed a new furnace for us in 2021. He had repaired our old furnace a couple times for us as well. Scott & his team always answer or return our calls promptly and make time for us! I called him this morning and he was able to come out within 2 hours. Scott and his apprentice were both very professional and friendly. We will certainly continue to use Premium Heating & Cooling for their services in the future!

I have used Scott time and time again for all of my AC and furnace needs. He's repaired and replaced several AC units at my rental properties and has replaced the furnace at my personal residence. He also installed a whole-house humidifier which is great for combating the dryness of the winter months. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He shows up on time, communicates well, and provides a great customer experience!

Super friendly guy, very honest about what filter I should be using, didn't try to upsell anything. He arrived very promptly first thing in the morning!

Everything was going well, until I found another quote that was cheaper, and a better unit. Trying to get my downpayment back has been terrible. I was originally told the refund would go back on my card, no problem. A week later, it's still not on my card, and every time I call, I'm told, "It's in the hands of corporate, nothing we can do about it". Why does it take one hour to take the money from me, but over a week to refund it? And there's no one who can even tell me what the status is of the refund? Gee, thanks guys. Terrible communication.

Mario was great! I appreciate the down to earth a real feel of a technician who clearly cares about the end user, not just how much can they sell you.

New Berlin called me when my furnace gave a fault warning and scheduled for Adam the technician to come and take a look. He was able to make sure everything will stay running smoothly and pointed out key things i can do to keep things operating efficiently.

Mike was very thorough in explaining the furnace damage and gave us pricing estimates on replacement. My first time using this company and appreciated the quick response to the furnace not working.

Furnace quit working, Mario arrived quickly, assessed and explained the problem and the cost to solve it and the options to replace it. Will be getting a new furnace installed today. New furnace installed whole crew did a great job
