Steven Baer conducted the initial evaluation and promptly initiated the approval process for upgrading my outdated system. I was amazed at how quickly everything moved—good news arrived within just a few days!
On installation day, Noah Alderks and Jack Thilleman worked tirelessly from early morning until nightfall to remove the old equipment and install the new system. It was truly impressive to witness such young professionals display such skill, dedication, and strong work ethic. Despite their demanding schedule, they took the time to explain the features of the new system and offered helpful tips for using it. Their patience, politeness, and evident pride in their work made a lasting impression on me.
Brian Milkie also stopped by with some needed parts and generously shared insights about the system’s advantages, along with useful warranty advice.
I am thoroughly pleased with my new system and deeply impressed by the smooth coordination and quality of work delivered by the entire team. The project was completed within a single business day—morning through evening—which speaks volumes about their efficiency and teamwork.

Our 32 year old furnace finally gave out right as winter weather arrived. We had a Home Warranty, however we weren't comfortable with the job they were going to do and wanted another opinion. We called Misurelli Sorensen and set a time for Monday morning, however since the Estimator knew we were without heat, she came Sunday evening. The Estimator provided a very detailed list of what needed to change when a new modern furnace would be installed. Our Home Warranty didn't even suggest any of the changes Misurelli Sorensen recommended. While the cost of the repairs was going to be out of pocket for us, the estimate was fair and reasonable given the scope of work that needed to be done and the quality of furnace we were purchasing. The estimator was even willing to move the next days schedule around, so we could have heat right away. Once we gave the go ahead, we were scheduled for the very next day. Two gentleman arrived at 9am and worked all day to make the massive changes from an old furnace to a new furnace and they would not leave until we could have heat that night. I believe they went home at 7:30 pm after a very long chilly day. There were a few odds and ends to wrap up the next day and they came back on time and got to work straight away. The entire furnace set up is clean and orderly. Both gentleman were professional and cleaned up the entire job site. They also were very great about explaining everything I had questions about. I would recommend Misurelli Sorensen!

Your best choice for a new system. I had contacted 3 different companies for an estimate to replace an HVAC electric heating system from 1972 and and air conditioner from the 1980's to convert to a gas system. Misurelli Sorensen was the fastest to respond, (Eric was here the next day, other companies took at least a week), They were the most knowledgeable (They provided good factual information that I could check against competitors, asked me questions to meet my needs not just upsell like the other two) the best prepared (Eric took detailed notes and pictures using the latest technology, the other two companies scribbled notes on a legal pad) , lowest estimate (They beat one of the competitors by almost half as much). Don't let name brands of furnaces fool you, most of the insides are all the same parts. Only took them 2 days to put in a completely new dual zone system, 2 smart thermostats and gas lines with new service from WE Energies. The staff was polite and hard working and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Explained what the problem was and what the options were. Very personable tech.
We have been out of town since before the bad rainstorms earlier this month. Asked them to check on something for us. He found something wasn't working and asked if we wanted him to figure out what was wrong. He tracked down the problem and told us what needed to be done to fix it. He let us know what the additional charge would be and asked him to continue with the additional repair.

Very happy He was able to figure out what the problem was and kept calling to keep us updated.

I think there were actually 6 people here working in my house. They were all super polite and professional. Even though the project didn’t go exactly as we’d planned (there was a problem with the equipment from the manufacturer that was discovered during pressure testing), they communicated about the problem and had a prompt solution to get our new units up and running. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!
