Louie Fennig replaced our old failing furnace & air conditioner back in 2005 one cold October day. Fast forward to Decembet 2021 and the furnace stopped working. One call to Fennig Heating and Louie was on his way to our house at 7pm! He accurately diagnosed the problem and got the furnace running with a little work-around. At 10am the next morning he called back to let us know that he had the replacement part in hand. An amazingly quick visit - and before noon we were back to 100%.

Louie Fennig has been our plumber for decades. He knows our house inside out. Always great communication between us as well as the wonderful front desk when calling for service. Installed our combination boiler for heating and DHW. Just finished up installing high velocity AC. Nothing beats experience and knowledge, quality parts, and proper installation. Fennig's checks all of those boxes. Highly recommend.

I want to let everyone know what good service I have had today from Donovan Jorgensen. They did my annual cleaning on my furnace. It was awesome. I have a new furnace which they put in 2 years ago and it works great. The service man, Drew, is also great. I always ask for him. He does great work. Best heating and cooling business ever!!

I recently had a complicated issue with a malfunctioning boiler that took out my hot water and radiator heat. Donovan & Jorgenson had replaced the boiler a couple years ago and serviced this specific issue. Long story short: This problem required several visits across several days before it was resolved. Due to the complications of living without hot water and inconsistent heat...I was not as calm and I could have been about the situation. Every D&J employee I interacted with was respectful, professional, and responsive. In hindsight, they could not have been more responsive to the issues, and I appreciated that they tolerated my frustration with the whole thing. They've got my business and recommendation not only for their expertise, but also their professionalism.

I have bought both a furnace and an air conditioner from Donovan and Jorgenson, and have had them do all of my HVAC maintenance and repairs for more than 15 years. They are honest, competent, friendly, and have always given me a fair price. When my furnace went out one winter, they came out and fixed it the same day. I strongly recommend them.

I called for service on my AC unit on a Wednesday morning. The unit had failed on a Monday but we had to wait for our home warranty to give us clearance to use an outside contractor.

The person indicated that they should be able to get to us before the end of the week. I didn't receive a call Thursday or Friday so I called in on Friday. They said they were still catching up and that it should be early next week.

I didn't receive a call on Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning and they said they would have their scheduler call me. Of course I didn't receive a call from anyone at D&J. Finally I called another service company and they said they could have someone out by noon the next day.

I called D&J Wednesday afternoon and they said they had a technician coming yet today. I don't believe this as they probably realized they screwed up and re-routed someone to my ticket having totally dropped the ball. I told them how badly they have handled my request and told them to cancel my service call.

This is terrible service from a service company. I would definitely NOT recommend using Donovan and Jorgenson for any service, installation, or other.

Want to give a huge shout out to Jess. She's been great to work with on any job or question I've had. She's the main reason I continue to do business with D&J. And the stickers are just the icing on the cake. The best dispatch around. Give that girl a raise. Good employees that actually care about their job like her are hard to find.

Donovan & Jorgensen recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Josh walked us through everything which gave us complete confidence. The installation crew, Stewie, Andrew, and Carlos were efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient. They protected our new floors, explained everything, and left us with a great new system. Communication with every team member was excellent. We are very pleased.

Previous condo owner used the company, so I did not do any research. From my initial phone call to their reminder and on the way phone calls, process was seamless. Drew was as professional and polite as can be, and he took the time to explain everything. Would highly recommend company for your heating & cooling needs.

I have reviewed DJ before but wanted to provide and updated comment on what an outstanding company they are.

I recently had another issue with my boiler, primarily due to the very hard well water that runs through our system impacting a key component.

DJ was there the same day to analyze the problem. It was not straightforward but they continued to take a proactive approach to fixing the issue. This involved several different treatments which ultimately was successful, and saved us a large expense.

We have had good luck with service providers and contractors over the years, the vast majority being conscientious, capable and customer oriented. Donovan Jorgenson is absolutely at the very top of this list, and is a benchmark for what you would want in a service provider.

I highly recommend Donovan & Jorgenson! Al was a great salesman and explained everything clearly to my wife and I. Bill & Nick did a very clean install, explained in great detail how to maintain our unit and cleaned their work area better than it was when they arrived. Fair pricing and great communication!

Previously replaced our furnace and had a good experience...This time, called first thing in the morning to put a ticket in for replacing our A/C...waited the entire day and did not hear a thing, followed up the next day - they said we'll get to you when we get to you and could not even give me a rough estimate on day or time....so I called someplace else that was friendly and gave me a time frame to get out, same day. If they had given me any indication of an estimated time, I might have considered waiting for an appointment but...instead they lost a sale of a new A/C unit.

Our super old furnace was on the fritz, and D&J were extremely quick, prompt, and professional with getting a new one. They laid out all our options, and ran on time for the install. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend!

Honestly, I'm not sure we'll ever go elsewhere. The team at Donovan & Jorgenson continues to impress - while our experiences have not always been perfect, they have always gone above and beyond to make it right.

We were lucky to work with Al when deciding how to install AC in a 100+ year old house. He was patient and provided multiple options - including pros and cons. As the work took place, he kept tabs on us and offered cost savings opportunities, even coming out once himself to help us make sure something was right.

As with most (or all of my!) construction projects, there were hiccups. Al guided us through and we have been chilled (literally) ever since.

When we had an interesting issue arise this year (two years later), they turned a service call into an opportunity to correct an installation error - and repair any damages.
