We’ve used Donovan & Jorgensen at two of our homes for several years and always have great service! Drew was at our home today for our annual furnace tuneup and he is wonderful! He was professional and answered all of my questions and provided recommendations. They also handle our AC annual tuneups and are great. Highly recommend!

Just had completed an A/C year inspection/tune-up. Technician Kayla was prompt to arrive, completed the job thoroughly and stayed to answer all my questions--explaining them so I could understand better. I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new Heating/AC unit and were very impressed with the great service we received. The Customer Service Rep, Steve T., was superb. Steve went out of way to provide a temporary/portable cooling device upstairs before the scheduled installation date so we'd be sleeping comfortably during the forcasted 90 degree days! We appreciated that tremendously! The installers were very nice/professional. We'll definitely be using Donovan & Jorgenson in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out & look at my radient floor heating, took off of work & planned my work week around this appointment. I received a call 15 minutes prior to when the technician was to show up at my house letting me know he wasn't going to make it. Unprofessional & unreliable.

Such excellent service. We signed up for Donovan & Jorgenson’s maintenance program several years ago, and it’s been wonderful. They come out twice per year and do basic maintenance on the furnace and the a/c. No one has ever pushed us to upgrade or to purchase anything (for point of reference, our furnace and a/c are over 25 years old, and still working as they should). Every person I’ve interacted with has been so efficient and just flat-out nice. I recommend Donovan & Jorgenson very highly. We will never go anywhere else.

We had our ducts cleaned by Donovan & Jorgenson. They did a very good job, they took before and after pictures and there was definitely a difference. They took precautions to make sure no extra dust/dirt was blown into the home. We also use D&J for our HVAC needs. GREAT company to work with.

Had to replace the furnace and air conditioner due to the flood so I was dealing with a lot. Jason helped me pick the right unit without overselling me and Andrew and Angelo were very polite and thorough with the installation. Great experience from start to finish. Highly satisfied.

Great service and technicians. After a flood disaster, they responded quickly. We needed a new furnace, which was installed fast and professionally. We love the annual maintenance agreement. They call to schedule a time that is convenient for us-we never have to think about it. We highly recommend!

I contacted Donovan & Jorgenson to have them check out the boiler on our hydronic heating system. This was a flat-rate fall ‘tune up,’ and I didn’t have very high expectations.

Two techs spent most of the morning tearing into the boiler, cleaning and testing, and reassembling it and testing further. They worked methodically and meticulously. They completely contained and vacuumed any mess as they brushed out the burners and the heat exchanger. They were cordial, they answered all my questions, and they never stopped working until the job was done. Ours is a fairly ‘messy’ system, with four zones, five pumps, a heat exchanger that’s bigger than the hot water heater, and a few other curiosities. The techs seemed to be familiar with all elements of the system.

We’ve been in this home a relatively short time. The previous owner recommended Donovan & Jorgenson to us, and now we recommend them to you.

Donovan & Jorgenson replaced our furnace and AC for our home, and we are very pleased with the work and the new system. We had gotten to know the team over the years because they always provided service for our old system when needed, even in an emergency. We were always impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of any of the technicians who assisted us. The installers of our new system had that same knowledge and professionalism. From the sales rep to the people who installed the furnace, to the person who answered the phone, everybody was so kind and so patient and so helpful in a time that could have been really stressful for us (and was! But made a lot less stressful thanks to them) HIGHLY recommend

Had them install a Heat Pump for me a year ago, which came with 2 free furnace cleanings and a new thermostat.

They were awesome from start to finish. Obviously, the sales guy tried to upsell me on a new furnace too, but he gave up before it became pushy. The guys who did the install were polite and quick. The HVAC technician who came out for service was great. I haven't had any issues with the heat pump all year.

I only wish they did plumbing!
