I had a boiler replaced in 10/22, as of today my system is still not functioning as it should. After the initial installation only
One of the two zones from previous boiler was hooked up to new boiler. After lots of discussion I agreed to pay half of the cost to correct there error, not sure why. Now the zone that was originally working is not and tech said parts needed to be installed to make it function as it should. I have had them to do forced air and A/c, and everything thing worked great. I would not work with them if you are in need of a boiler!

Had a great experience with Donovan & Jorgenson. Our heat stopped working and Joe came out to take a look. He was very honest and thorough, walked me through what he was checking, and quickly found that it was just a tripped breaker. He got everything running again, explained how to spot it next time, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Really appreciate the integrity and helpful service – thank you, Joe and team!

Overall experience

At first, our house simply would not heat well, and for a long time we believed the issue was poor insulation rather than the HVAC design. After saving up and investing in insulation, it became clear the real problem was the lack of proper zoning in our home. Once Donovan & Jorgenson recognized this, they stood behind their work and addressed the issue instead of walking away.

Making it right

Although it took about two years to get to the root cause, the team ultimately redesigned the system with appropriate zoning so different areas of the house are now balanced and comfortable, at no additional cost. That follow‑through and willingness to correct the original setup meant a lot, and reflects a company that does care about long‑term customer satisfaction.

Comfort after zoning

With the new zoning in place, daily life at home is dramatically better. The house now feels consistently comfortable, instead of battling cold spots from room to room.

Appreciation for the team

A special thank‑you to Chad, who was brought in after it became obvious that insulation alone was not solving the problem. Chad carefully diagnosed the real issue, designed the proper zoning solution, and helped turn a very frustrating experience into a positive one. We are grateful that Donovan & Jorgenson ultimately upheld their values and ensured our home is now comfortable and inviting.

Our installers were Dave and Alex. They were very professional in their installation of our furnace. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs. A tad pricy but they did include a new thermostat and inspection of the unit in 2026. I also believe we qualify for a $600 tax credit for 2025.

We just got our new furnace and air conditioning system installed by Mike Collier and we have nothing but great things to say about him. This the eighteenth year we have used DJ for our heating and cooling needs. Yesterday they installed a new furnace, and as always the pricing was fair, the techs friendly and competent and the sale contact (Steve) was helpful and engaged. EVERY contact I have with anyone from DJ is outstanding. They hire, well, train well and build a great culture. I recommend them highly!! Scott

We had Donovan & Jorgenson recently replace both our furnace and air conditioning. We have been very impressed with the quality of their people and service teams. They are extremely responsive to our questions and have sent technicians out - just to double check on things for us when we have had questions. We love our new system and are really happy with the whole experience.

We are very pleased with our new furnace from Donovan and Jorgensen. It worked great through the recent sub zero cold snap, running efficiently and quietly. Even the City inspector commented on the high quality of the furnace. Every time I see a silly commercial for another heating firm, I'm really glad that we went with Donovan and Jorgensen.

Donovan and Jorgenson installed a whole home dehumidifier on 9/03/2025.
They were unqualified to install a unit that was too big to fit in my furnace room downstairs. They were here for over 6 hours.
They moved the gasoline joint to try to fit it in.
This caused a gas leak that started Wednesday after 6pm and was noticed several times, by myself from the strong fumes. I had to call WE Emergency gas crew. They came out and found the source at the gasoline joint, that was noticeably compounded from the day before.
I was told that I was very lucky that I noticed the gas smell. They said the house could've blown up and I could've died.
The gm, Scott, wouldn't take responsibility, and said the crew never touched the gasline...
NOT TRUE AT ALL.

Update: they serviced my a/c in mid August. The boxed filter picture show how filthy thick the filter is after only 3 months. These filters are supposed to last 7 -9 months. I have another hvac company here and this is what was found.

I met Joe in Florida which I believe is president of the company. With small talk started, I explained to him that I have had boiler issues for 8 years and several companies come and look at my situation. Joe said call me when you're back in Wisconsin, so I gave him a call and he sent Chad that does a lot of the boiler service. After a few hours Chad had figured out the entire system what needed to be done. So I indicated to move forward with what he recommended. Chad had replaced a lot of the parts that needed to be replaced and after 8 years of screwing around with other companies that had no idea what to do, Chad took care of the issue and now we have heat in all the rooms correctly and balanced. I would highly recommend this organization for anything relating to boiler work or other HVAC work that you might have to have fixed. In the past I had paid thousand and got nothing fixed. As a realtor, I will definitely send all my business and recommendations to Donovan Jorgensen.

I thought their pricing was extremely fair compared to what I paid in the past.

I was qualified for the Focus on Energy credit to have a new furnace/heat pump system installed in my house for reduced cost. D&J walked me through the entire process, very professional from initial estimate to the install days. The team that installed also kept me informed of their progress. They were able to install the furnace, heat pump, and new ventilation in two days. I was very impressed. And, they left my basement cleaner than they found it! Great crew and polite all-around from the office, to the sales team, to the install team. Highly recommend them for any kind of heating/air conditioning projects!

Furnace died on a Sunday. Temps below zero. Technician came out and did a temporary fix. Checked in later to see if it was still ok. Salesman out next morning and installers day after that. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. Respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. Very positive experience. Also replaced air conditioner. Note-also received senior discount

I was very impressed with Misurelli-Sorensen from the first phone call! Everything was handled so well and I was able to get someone out to my house the next day. The scheduler was very professional and friendly and the techs were great! Brian, Eric and Sam were very helpful and experienced and did their jobs well! I also appreciated the text with a picture of the tech and info about them and their past experience and the GPS so I knew exact when they’d arrive. I would definitely recommend them!

On October 13, 2025, I had my HVAC maintenance check by Steven Baer and was again very pleased with the work done, Steven’s friendliness and professionalism and I would highly recommend them!

Steve Baer did an excellent job! From start to finish everything went great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to determine the problem and repair. Asked for my paperwork to make sure I got credit for everything the warranty covered. Would be glad to have Steve as my tech again.

From start to finish, Misurelli Sorensen was terrific. Brian came and recommended what would work best for a new sunroom and was on site for the beginning of the install. Jake and Ben came for the install which took a day. Every aspect of their work was professional from set up to clean up. They were personable and easy to interact with. The office was also responsive and communicated well. All together a great experience.

On 11/17/2021 we had a new American Standard (same as Trane) HVAC system installed, from the very start, Brian (Manager) helped us decide what is the best value and superior quality from American Standard, the installation was seamless, Two technician’s Noah and Joe, were on time, very professional and quality of removal with install exceeded our expectations, I would highly recommend Misurelli Sorensen folks for all HVAC needs, 5 stars plus 👍

Great experience the guys were very experienced and skilled. They were worked hard all day to remove and install my furnace and heap pump. The guys were nice and did a great job,also the equipment is top notch. I would highly recommend this company and team to anyone.
