Got our annual furnace inspection that is included with the monthly subscription we pay for (includes a discount of any work we need done). We just directed them where to go (i.e., where the thermostat & furnace is), they did their thing & got it done faster than the estimated time! They did a great job & I didn't really have to be involved which is how I like it!! Lol

We had one company come out to clear out our sewer line and determine why our toilet wasn’t flushing properly. They were here for an hour and didn’t fix a thing! Not having a competent professional is so frustrating.

So, we called Mr. Hollands and they came out the same day. Both of our problems were resolved and such a good price! We are very happy and Josh was very nice! Thank you for being a company we can rely on.

Pleasant experience working with Mr. Holland’s home services from start to finish. On time, I knew the charges upfront, no upsell very honest people. Shannon did a great job.

I was so stressed out on Sunday night when the water came up from the floor drain, as a new home owner I was lost. I called a few different companies and decided on Hollanders Family Business. I am so happy that I did, i was scheduled within a reasonable time frame. next day and i was also put on the wait list for cancelations. Josh came out and eased all my worries. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he was very patient and answered each one. Having company over and finding out that you have the main drain line clogged could be the worst experiences to have.
It actually turned out to be one of the more positive experiences afterwards when Mr. Holland sent their plumber Josh Turner out on the service call. Josh is basically the definition of professionalism due to his extremely polite and professional explanation of the problem and the steps necessary to correct them. We are currently going through some remodeling and was expecting the same old attitude from someone in my home who didn’t seem to want to be there or didn’t give any respect for your questions that you might have, yet expect top dollar for just being there. Josh is the exception- very pleasant personality with a positive attitude that I have not seen from multiple trades in our home. He was very knowledgeable and confident in what the problem was, what was needed to correct the issue and very personable when explaining the whole process. I highly recommend this service person and the company (Mr. Holland) for having him represent them.

Z came out to help with a drain clog as we have a very old house. He was super nice, educational and very thorough and professional. This also was our first time experiencing this company and thought their communication options were great where they text you if you couldn’t wait on hold to talk to someone. Made it very easy to get help. We’ll probably be doing more business shorty as we have other project to get into.

I was very happy with Christian. He was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail. The only negative item was there real time visit. I received a text at 8AM and said they were on the way. 3.5 hours later they showed up. I missed an opportunity to spend time with my Grandson. Other than that I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend their services

Emergency late night service and George was awesome. My furnace is dead and needs replaced but George was able to do some magic to get it running overnight so at least we had some heat until the next day for the replacement. He was friendly and understanding and went out of his way to help us out. The fix wasn’t a new part that added a huge cost… it was just his time and some pretty creative wiring. On the coldest day in Wisconsin in the last 10 years we couldn’t be without heat overnight with kids in the house.

Shannon was an awesome technician! I own multiple properties, I will absolutely be requesting him as my technician for any future work preformed. As a company, you are lucky to have him as your employee! He did an awesome job and I feel as though he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my problem was taken care of correctly! Good job! Great hire!!!

Mr hollands has been great so far. They are a little loose with their time estimates but they have patience and will be reasonable. They won’t be the cheapest option but their techs are amazingly competent and professional and will not leave you worried about the finished work. So overall price is high, but reflects their quality of workmanship.

George was a very knowledgeable tech. After his inspection he explained everything that he found. He had taken pictures to insure that we knew and totally understood what his results had shown. I would definitely recommend both George and Mr. Holland's Home Services. Excellent employees. Make sure that you retain these good employees.

Do not use Hollands. Ever since they were bought by PE their service techs are unreliable , dishonest and not knowledgeable.
We had the club membership that included AC/furnace tuneups annually and a discount off any services needed. During my last two tuneups on my furnace there have been issues according to their techs. The first time the tech came for a tuneup was there for hours, then told me a part was broken and my furnace wouldn’t work but it had been working fine prior to him being there. They told me we needed a new part that would cost about $1K… very sketchy
(Hollands fixed it no charge… )

Recently I was told by George that our furnace was deemed unsafe due to high CO PPM. And he shut off my furnace same day and told me it would be 1-3 weeks to get a new heat exchanger and they suggested due to age that we get a new furnace. I said so I would be without heat for 1-3 weeks waiting for a part? He said yes. But we could have a new system put in in days. He and Brett their sales guy were very pushy about this. I had a different hvac company out the next day for a second opinion and he told me my furnace was absolutely fine and in good working order!!
Hollands uses scare tactics and misleading information to gain sales. Please consider going elsewhere. As a homeowner I’m disgusted that in trying to have peace of mind and maintain my home I am instead lied to.

Great service, nice people. I called a plumber, before I found them, to do work on a building we purchased. They came and fixed everything thing he did wrong! They have a customer for life.
