Professional. Explained process and cleaned up after which was minimal. Would definitely recommend and have it done in the future. Very happy. Arrived on time also. It was included with my new system during the flood in August. Showed me before and after pictures of the duct cleaning. Amazing!!!

Josh Turner did an outstanding job diagnosing and correcting our basement drain issue. More importantly, he was informative and openly honest in communicating he’s assessment, correction and costs related to the service we received. I highly recommend Josh for anyone’s future plumbing needs.

Matt was very professional and thorough when inspecting and cleaning my Rinnai system. I appreciated the pictures he took as he cleaned and checked the system. He took the time to explain the parts and procedures. He also had suggestions for possible future replacements to keep the heat flowing. The maintenance fee was very fair for the time spent. I will ask for Matt again next year!

We are so happy and thankful for the service we received from George today. He was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and very pleasant. He was responsive to all of our needs and concerns. He got our furnace up and running in good time and with a wonderful attitude, even working on a holiday. Excellent with my service needs met expeditiously with a pipe and sewer water backup and cleanup from our laundry room in our basement… this happened on a Saturday weekend and I was very concerned about whether to find someone. Josh, a tech with Mr. Holland came to correct the problem very well, as it was a definite emergency. Thank you very much to Josh and Mr. Holland.😌….

I would like to see more transparency from the company regarding pricing. In order to get a discount I had to pay $200 to get in their "club". Another company quoted me for less with no club membership for the exact same product. Stayed with Mr Holland due to ability to do ground work. Very nice people and service,.but really didnt like the pricing game.

My experience with Shannon and Zakir was great. They were timely, professional, and informative. I had a clinging my drain I had been tackling for 6+ hours on my own with various snakes and a shop vac and they came in and took care of it for me. The $99 promo was great and what I used to get this done.

Andy was very polite and thorough. He took lots of photos showing his complete and thoughtful testing and maintenance of my furnace. His focus on what really matters meant no unnecessary upsell. But now I have a new badly needed humidifier filter in addition to a really clean furnace.

My furnace’s proprietary thermostat went out so I called this company that acquired South Shore Heating and Cooling from the Racine area since my furnace was installed by South Shore. Unfortunately you can’t just replace it with a thermostat from the store. I was told when I called the earliest they could get me in was over a month from the date I called. It is October and the heat will have to go on at some point so I’m a bit unclear how they expected that to happen with a broken thermostat or what you’d do in the middle of winter if your furnace went out.

They did offer to put me on a list to call if an earlier appointment opened up (unlikely per the agent), which was appreciated. I called a different company and they were able to come out the next day and get the proprietary thermostat on order for replacement.

Omar did a top notch service call today for us. Extremely professional and personable- would like to request he become our permanent service technician if that isnt already noted in our files. Very helpful having him replace our humidifier pad and educate us on how to keep a balanced humidity level in our home. LOVE great customer service when we get it so had to do this little “shout out” to him:)

On Nov. 24 Zakir Ellis came to try to mitigate a kitchen sink blockage. Zakir was very friendly, professional and experienced and he spent 4 hours working hard to resolve the issue-- snaking the line 6 or 7 times. He was able to remove some blockage but was unable to fully eliminate the sludge build up. We have nothing but good things to say about him.

On Nov 25 Bill Trecker and Shannon Tunstall came to continue searching for the problem, which they finally traced to severe sludge in the kitchen drain pipe compounded by corrosion in the cast iron Y-tee where the pcv meets meets the iron T. They did a great job of cleaning the line.

In addition Bill ran a camera through the line out and determined we should consider a hydro blast to take care of root issues from silver maple trees. He also suggested at some point considering replacing the Y-tee into the drain stack because of internal corrosion. Shannon suggested Bio-One to help keep the sludge build up to a minimum, and we took him up on his suggestion.

Bill and Shannon gave us estimates for the suggested work which we will look at. They, like Zakir, were very friendly, professional and experienced and, thanks to them, we can entertain Thanksgiving guests this week without worry of plumbing issues.

Considering the number of man hours put into the work we feel the charge was very reasonable!

I've had positive experiences with Mr.Holland's. My furnace died in January 2024 and Mr. Hollands was able to get me an emergency install (and while I was add it they added in a new A/C unit). Their work was quick and incredibly professional and I've had no issues with any equipment. Every person from Mr. Holland's that has visited my home has been professional and took the time to explain all options with me without pushing for an upsell. I would definitely recommend them across the board.

I had a sewage backup emergency and was able to get service the same day. They were very professional and took thorough records of the process. Shannon provided excellent service. He was on time, respectful and very thorough. Mr. Holland's also is good about bringing in a mat and cloths to make sure nothing gets damaged. I was very impressed with their service. Thank you!

Noah was awesome! He was very thorough. He took time to explain everything where I was able to understand easily. He took extra steps to ensure the maintenance was completely done and asked if I had any questions. I really appreciate the service he provided. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Allen & Maximus were great and worked efficiently to prep our gas line and new water valves for our washer and dryer delivery the next day. Tasha was diligent in making sure we had someone out at our house despite all the emergency calls they received because she knew we had had to reschedule our appliance delivery a couple times already. She also checked in multiple times so that we knew what the status of our call was at all times.

Travis and his partner were great! They brought in all of their vacuum hoses, air lines and tools. They set up a temporary door that fits over the large 8” vacuum hose; it was 33deg and windy. They blew all the debris out of the heat supply ducts into the main trunk line where they used a rotating brush and vacuum to suck it all out. They did the same for the cold air returns. They had to cut an 8” hole in the return line to reach the entire length and patched it up nicely. I saw before and after pictures and 2 hours later they were done with my 1900 sq.ft. ranch. Best I can tell, they did a great job. I would definitely recommend their services.

David Banick was fantastic! Arrived when he said he would, was friendly and knowledgeable. We have been Club members for a little over two years now and have utilized the seasonal inspection and tune-up services. I was considering canceling my membership due to constantly feeling pressured every time we had a service. This is the first time I haven't felt that. David was informative and made realistic recommendations. As of now I will continue my membership. Please hire more Davids!

Called around 11:00 AM on a Saturday (2/7) because our sewage was backed up and coming out of the basement drain and shower and was told someone could come between 5 and 7. We were fine with that. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call around 3:00, saying our technician would be there earlier. We were so happy.
Shannon arrived and spent about 3 hours on our issue. He tried all efforts to clear the clog and pushed a lot of sludge out. He was honest in telling us that he could not see exactly what is causing the clog, but let us know that someone will be out on Monday with a camera to look in the pipes.
Shannon was great. Would 100% recommend!!!!
