Noah was knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding system performance and setup. He walked me through the process of installing the Amanda app and interfacing with the Tstat. He was on time, professional and hard working.

Misurelli Sorenson replaced my failing Trane AC with a new, advanced, super efficient Amana heat pump. The guys did excellent work and were very conscious about cleaning up any stray wire ties, screws, or other debris. The new Amana system is working like gangbusters cooling the house down after a 94-degree day. Very happy with the new Amana system and the installation by Misurelli Sorenson installation team.

Gravy on the icing: The Amana smart thermostat is verrry nice. The accompanying Amana smart phone app is advanced yet easy to use.

Had a brand new Furnace installed less than two years ago. Started making noise. Initially wanted service charge but then noticed that labor warranty was still good and took care of it.

Two years ago I explained my HVAC upgrade and redesign objectives with Brian. Brian then drew up a design to meet my objectives. Brian and the rest of the MS team were terrific in how they accomplished the removal of all the old heating systems (2 furnaces and all old ductwork), and complete installation of the complete HVAC system (new furnaces, duct work, AC units, and thermostats). Plus much more. I’ve had MS come out for the regular HVAC seasonal maintenance (technicians Justin & Sam) the last two years now, and I am very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend Misurelli Sorensen HVAC services to anyone I know.

Justin and Misurelli Sorensen were very responsive and fixed my furnace quickly. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand easily.

I have changed this review. Misurelli stepped up and corrected their mistake on the length of time to get a quote. I ended up going with them because their pricing was better than the other quotes. They installed an April-Aire humidifier and checked on an attic fan issue. The job was done well and the tech was friendly. The only nitpick I have is the tech didn’t wear shoe covers. I see this so often. Not a huge deal but it could really turn some people off. Anytime a tech goes into a residential home they should automatically put those on.

Brian and Steve truly came to the rescue, along with their professional team. About two years ago, I hired a different heating company to install four Mitsubishi mini splits and a condenser, but unfortunately, they did a poor job and failed to install the condenser correctly. Later, multiple mistakes were discovered throughout the entire system.

Before finding Misurelli Sorensen, I had contacted several companies and almost none of them were willing to take on the mess left behind by the previous installer. I was nearly hopeless until Brian stepped in. His team installed the condenser properly and also helped diagnose and fix a leaking drain line. They even helped me renew the warranty with Mitsubishi, since they are a certified Diamond Contractor.

I truly appreciate their professionalism, problem-solving skills, and fair pricing. During the process, technician Steve even contacted the supply company directly to help figure out the best solution. Now my kids can finally enjoy being cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I'm so grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help!

My husband and I found our home without heat on a Sunday and our house became quickly uncomfortably cold. We requested help from Misurelli Sorensen and their tech Matthew came to take a look at our 18 year old furnace. Costly repair or a new furnace was our choice.
Brian was a great help in our decision to install a new furnace and Noah did a very good job in installing.

Matt was the technician who came out. He is very knowledgeable! Went above and beyond to find out the issue with furnace and had a solution to fix issue. A shout out to office staff too. Very accommodating . Would highly recommend this company.

Great and efficient work. Very reasonable on cost compared to other groups I spoke with. I used Misurelli after my family did and couldn't have asked for an easier experience. Sales team was not pushy or added an unnecessary pressure. Install team was great and left the place as clean as you could expect

Justin was very thorough. Very polite. Very honest as to what was needed. Also assured that I was safe until furnace got replaced. He said needs replacing because of age of furnace.

I was on a tight deadline to get a new heat pump and gas furnace put in. We had to wait for our utility to put in new gas service. Once the gas company was done Misurelli Sorensen was there the next day. I had a bit of cleanup to do, but frankly, I hired them for their HVAC expertise, and not as housekeepers. The team worked really well together. When I requested an add-on humidifier at the last minute, there was no argument and one was delivered to the site. They really knew their stuff and price wise, came in significantly lower than the other two bids I had. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Dan was very personable and easy to talk to. He also took the time to explain everything to us and answered everyone of our questions and concerns. He was a great representation of the company. We appreciated him so much.

I am impressed with this company and highly recommend it. I had my furnace annual maintenance done today and the technician was the best we have had since the unit was installed seven years ago. Justin was personable, professional and proficient. He was the most knowledgeable of any tech that has serviced the unit in the past. After two other companies not meeting our expectation, Justin from Misurelli Sorensen exceeded them. We have finally found a keeper of an HVAC company.

The two technicians that they sent were very prompt, polite, professional and efficient. After installing my new furnace, they hauled the old one away and cleaned up the area. Just moments before their departure, they took the time to answer all of my questions regarding how my new thermostat worked, as well as the filter size needed for the furnace.

Phenomenal customer service. My old furnace died on one of the most critically cold days of the year (negative temps) and the techs from Misurelli arrived so very promptly. Furnace was replaced quickly at an affordable price and the techs were incredibly professional, tidy and respectful. Very well run organization and I would highly recommend!
