After rotating through various companies over the years, New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning has become our go-to for any heating/cooling concerns. Their front-office staff is always friendly, they respond promptly to emails and scheduling has never proven an issue. Their service workers (Mike is fantastic) are knowledgeable, patient in answering all questions, provide explanations that are understandable, and I have never felt pressured into unnecessary parts, maintenance etc. Our Furnace and AC were recently on their last legs ( Furnace: extremely loud/rattling noise(s)/increased heating bills. AC: ~ 30 years old). They provided an extremely competitive bid with Scott outlining a variety of options. He addressed all of our concerns and also took time to review areas he felt distinguished their installation from competitors. On the day of installation, the team was on-time and true to form polite and courteous throughout the process. When finished they reviewed the work completed and walked us through various features of our new system. Per usual, they were patient and unbothered by any/all questions we had. Overall, we would recommend them to anyone. Professional, cordial and fair pricing.

Have continued to get their maintenance plan. Always professional and knowledgeable about my heating and cooling system. Adam was fantastic.

Cipriano was extremely friendly, communicative, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our heating quickly, and he communicated everything he was doing. Could not have asked for a better tech!

So far so good, they arrived on time, were very informative and gave me multiple options.

Very personable and communicative! I felt Erik was knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problems and then solved them to my satisfaction . Everything is expensive these days, so I was ok with amount charged.

Rocco did an excellent job servicing my boiler. He addressed my questions and made recommendations based on what was best for me and he did not try to sell me services that I didn’t need. Very friendly but professional as well. Nice job NB Heating and Cooling.

Cirpriano responded quickly and was very helpful on the phone. Then when he actually came to inspect the furnace he was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about my system even though it was a daikin. He was able to diagnose and repair my furnace. Thank you for your timely service!

Service has impeccable and timely. I had an issue wutg our aprilaire device and it was corrected within hours. Above and beyond! Eric was kind and very helpful.

Kevin with New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioning unit and humidifier. Not only were they able to come the very next day but cleaned up after they were completed. He explained the new unit and about maintance warranty. Highly recommend!

Missed opportunity in my opinion. Their scheduler and service technician were both very nice, but should have asked questions, or recommended service options. The technician took some sort of reading to determine any issues, finding none. An hour after the technician left, our furnace issue returned. We had another company inspect and they promptly identified and resolved the issue. So, I feel we wasted the $125.00 service call charge paid to New Berlin hvac. Dave in Waukesha

During one of the coldest days in years , New Berlin was the first to respond , thoroughly explained all our options and was installed two days later , in the interim they even delivered some space heaters - True customer service ! The technicians onsite were very professional and courteous, even let our dogs be by them.

We set an appointment up for maintenence service on our central air unit since they were awesome at our other home. Art was prompt and very professional. He inspected and tested everything to make sure the unit was working and performing as it should. No issues were found. We'll definitely be scheduling another appointment for them to inspect our furnace shortly. I absolutely love this company and their technicians are knowledgeable and provide stellar services. I highly recommend this company 👌

Adam was awesome! He arrived early for the appointment, was extremely friendly and outgoing. He took a look at the thermostat and A/C unit and resolved the issue immediately. He also showed us how to use the digital display on the thermostat since it somehow was locked. New Berlin Heating and Cooling is by far one of the best companies and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company 👌

I had New Berlin Heating service my house in Brookfield for 40 years. In that time they installed two HVAC units and maintained them. When I moved into my condo, I had the developer’s HVAC company do a maintenance check. Thankfully I had New Berlin do a maintenance check this year because they found my humidifier installed by the developer’s was not connected and it was missing a part to make it a functioning unit. Rocco was my service technician and New Berlin will be my choice to service my unit for future too.

Scott and the install team (Brian, Mike and Tom) all did an incredible job on our house last week. Great equipment installed well, and at a better cost than other competitors. Thank you!

New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome. I have worked with them twice now and they have been responsive, professional, friendly, informative and fairly priced both times. Really made a stressful experience far less stressful. I would recommend to anyone.

I called for a furnace check and what I got was a teardown where I had no chance of using the old furnace. You put me in a corner where I was stuck with having a new unit installed. You took advantage of the situation and I was forced into a unit that I felt was way over-priced. I hope you’re happy with your commission. You gave me no deal. The deal was on your end. You could have done the examination without the complete destruction of the old unit. You can say that this is just the way it is and your company made a lot of money. Good for you, bad for me. As you can see I’m not happy with this purchase cost. You could have giving me a chance to get other bids, but you didn’t. Lesson learned by me. The price wasn’t 1000+ it was 10 times that. Even the furnace installer said, “Boy he really took this unit apart”.

We had both the furnace and central air replaced, a few months after the Biblical Rainfall on 9/9/2025. Both units were due to be replaced, this made the 80% efficiency furnace into scrap.
So far we haven't needed the AC; the furnace is working well, keeps the air circulating/filtered. MUCH quieter than the old rattletrap that it replaced.

The kitchen and bathroom floor aren't cold anymore, likely because the new unit is built for houses tighter than ours (has an external air intake, so it's not pulling air thru the crawlspace)

Have to check our first real Winter heating bill, see if it's HALF of last year

All in all, we are comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend that anyone looking for HVAC service or installation get a quote from New Berlin. Job was done quickly, relatively quietly and the area was left clean.

Mike was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and it was nice to work with him. He explained the problems in terms that I could understand. Helpful with the financing process so I could understand and work with it. Very nice gentleman I would recommend to a friend.

I have been very satisfied with New Berlin Heating and cooling customer service. They installed a new heating and cooling system in spring and respond quickly to a system alert. Annie was very helpful when I called and Mario explained what occurred and modifications he made.

I was given a 4 hour time frame for the arrival time. I was alerted when my technician was on his way to my home. Adam introduced himself. He donned disposable booties and got right to work. Adam was informative of what was needing to be replaced, what other services were offered, as well as my warranty information. Thank you Adam for solving my furnace issues, doing my furnace's maintenance . And New Berlin will return in spring for air conditioner maintenance. Excellent service!

Told me I need new furnace. Got 2nd opinion. Gas pressure too high causing flame roll out sensor to trip. Saved 3k. Would not recommend them.
