My furnace went out right as we were entering this polar vortex coming through. Made several phone calls to other companies that put me at 2 days wait at least to even come look at the thing. I even asked to have a sooner visit due to having a baby and toddler in the house to no avail. Went on Angie's list and came across Premium heating and cooling. Scott answered my call at 7 am and said he would be right over. He came in and knew right away what was wrong with the furnace. Apparently, the part that went bad was covered under warranty. Something I suspect some companies would not even tell me since my furnace is like 15 yrs old. He gave me my options which were honest and fair. I made my decision and said he would be back the next morning to put it in asap. He left me a really good space heater to use in the meantime so we didnt freeze to death, and saved me the money from buying more. Sure enough, at 7am the next morning he was there ready to work. He got my furnace fixed in a very quick amount of time for the size of the job. I am thoroughly impressed with Scotts professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, expertise and prices. To give him 5 stars is a huge understatement. I will be recommending him to everyone I know, and he has me as a customer from here on out. Do yourself a favor, and call Premium.
