I would Highly Recommend New Berlin, Heating & Air conditioning to anyone, Wanting Quality Service and Great customer service. Starting with Tonya who answered the phone and was able to send Cipriano the technician to came out to my home on a Saturday with in a few hours not days. Cipriano was able to diagnose and explain exactly what was going on with my furnace in detail. So I could understand what I needed to do.
My hvac system was old and needed to be replaced. He was able to explain all my options. Set me up with a service day to have my new hvac system installed within days, not weeks. I was so greatful.
On the day of my installation, Jeremiah and Henry came to installed my new hvac system.
The workmanship they did from removing my old furnace and installing my new furnace was top quality. You could tell they had pride in their workmanship. Both really work together great as a team. When they were all through,
Their cleanup was perfect. I didn't even know that they were here when they were done.
From Start to Finish I rate you all a 10+

My wife was home when Andy from Thielmann Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing arrived to provide an estimate for some plumbing issues. She called me shortly afterward and said we must have found the friendliest and most helpful plumber in the world. He quickly identified the problem and told her he could return in two days to complete the repairs.

Two days later, Andy came back with another employee, and they performed all the work extremely efficiently. They were polite, professional, and very clean. They laid down tarps across the hardwood floors and carpet to protect the surfaces while they worked.

After finishing, they sat down with my wife and explained everything in detail. Sometimes you can just tell when you’re dealing with genuinely good people and straight shooters. This was our first time using this company, but based on this experience, they will be our go-to choice for any future plumbing needs.

I received a text introducing Ben with his photo prior to arrival, nice touch.
Ben and Aiden arrived on time and were very polite and workmanlike in their preparation and completion of my install. They took all steps necessary to protect my residence and did a thorough cleanup when they were done. 4 hours from entering to exiting the driveway.
WELL DONE!

Kyle was great. However, the price presented to me was -over- 3x higher than the plumber I called 15 mins after him leaving. I am actually impressed with how incredibly out of line it was. I am now out 100$ just for them to look at it leaking on the floor and say "ya, I agree you need a new water heater." The pricing was so out of line that I will not be able to trust any future quote for any future project.

Ben and his partner Hayden did an excellent job on a very nasty day. It rained all morning until it turned to snow. They protected the floor and cleaned up well after a terrifically neat installation. A big thumbs up to everyone at the company.

Adriel was here to t shoot why furnace burner locks out randomly..
Flame sensor ordered but no one bothered to let me know what’s going on.. said it would be 2-3 days but had to call to check on it
after a week went by..
I feel like I can’t rely on you guys.. my furnace is on the blink..it’s below zero and you forget about us. Adriel did what he’s supposed to do ..he’s polite, professional.

My furnace maintenance had a work window time slot from 10am to 1pm. Our technician Carlos arrived shortly after 11am! Advised that the maintenance may take 30 to 40 minutes. Carlos was very professional and courteous. After the furnace maintenance was completed in that given timetable. Carlos thoroughly answered my question about having our ducts cleaned and also advised of the benefit of adding ultraviolet light to our residential HVAC system. I was not aware that Thielmann did this type of work as well. I am very pleased to hear that this extra service is available.

This appointment was actually rescheduled from Oct to November as the Front Office called about an urgent calls from the cold snap we had in September. With the agreement that we could reschedule at a later time that worked for both of us. The Thielmann Front Office offered a $10.00 discount. I was pleased with the communication that occurred a whole week prior to our original appointment. For our HVAC system we will always have Thielmann Heating being out go to. I highly recommend you do the same thing.

Very professional job by Hayden! Highly recommended. They were thorough, communicated very well, and shared tips and how everything worked. Grateful to have him work with us.

Nick did a great job checking out our furnace. When I had another question he stopped back and helped us with the issue. Nick is a good guy. Very polite and very helpful.

2025-06: Shane was great. I discovered a leak in the attic last night and left a message for Theilmann Group. They called me quickly at 7:30 AM and Shane was here in less than an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

2025-10-06: we had Shane back for our service plan maintenance and he was awesome again. Went through everything he did and a good suggestion for future proofing things.

Kevin P was so friendly and knowledgeable! He did a furnace check and tune up and was done quickly. As first-time homeowners, he gave us lots of info. Thanks Kevin!

James and his colleagues from Thielman were on time, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly, made sure I knew how to operate my new Aprilaire humidifier system. They even honored a coupon that was on their website that they initially didn’t include. Very happy with Thielman and the service I’ve had from them over the past few years.

Kevin was able to come out same day and was at our home for less than an hour. We weren't sure what was wrong with our furnace, but when he determined that it only needed a tune-up, he waived the diagnostic fee (which our wallet really liked, especially around the holidays). He was very friendly and got the job done quickly.

Todd from Thielman's heating came on time as usual, and immediately started at his work. He removed our old thermostat and replaced it with a new upgraded thermostat. Then he showed us how to use it. And he made it seem pretty easy. He was personable while still being professional.
We enjoyed his service and would not hesitate calling him again.

Adriel was available to come in earlier than expected; he called ahead to see if we were OK with him arriving earlier than planned. Ha! Of course. During his time looking at our heating system, he explained step by step what he was doing, what potential issues could be, and presented a few solutions. And when my husband arrived home he didn't mind going once more over everything he did and his recommendations. I highly recommend him!

We had Jacob A come repair our furnace and he did an amazing job! He was very kind, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our furnace. Each time Thielmann has come to our house we’ve had a great experience. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Makinze C was excellent. He was kind, very polite, and took time to explain what he did in the furnace tuneup. He also thoroughly explained the how the warranties work for our furnace /Ac and how we can save on maintenance through an annual membership (instead of paying one-off each time). Thielmann always takes great care of us, which is why we’ll continue using them. Thank you!

Adriel was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. He was professional and friendly. His inspections both my AC and furnace were thorough. When he was finished he showed me what he found and went over the recommendations. I had pictures and a report to FEMA shortly afterwards. I highly recommend Theilmann Heating and Cooling.

I wasn't happy with Thielmann heating, cooling & plumbing. The man they sent out to me to look at my heater was very nice. Hi diagnosed my heater and then told me that I need $2800,00 in repairs, and that my parts would take a few days to get to me leaving me with no heat for days. As soon as heard that, I called a friend of mine who works at a simple Mom and Pops heating company. They came right out and diagnosed my heater for nothing while Thielmann charge me over $100.00. Not only did the Mom and Pops place diagnosed my heater for free, but they took apart my heater to confirm the problem, something that Thielmann did not. I told them about how Thielmann said my parts would take days to get to them the Lennox manufacturer. The Mom and Pops said WHAT?? They have distributor just a few miles from here. Once the Mom and Pops place properly diagnosed my heaters problem they gave their price. Over $1500.00 difference cost and they fix the problem the same day. They also gave me a 3% discount for paying in cash along with the free diagnosed of my heater. Thielmann was a tremendous disappointment with both there services and cost.
