Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.

I called Tim’s Plumbing because I needed a new hot water heater. They returned calls quickly and were extremely accommodating with my situation. Todd came out the same day and installed a new hot water heater. Great work and great service. Highly recommend!

My hair salon’s toilet was leaking. Tim’s plumbing company came out very fast and took care of it for me at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Thought a small project at home would be simple but nothing is simple on 40 year old sinks . Luckily Todd from Tim’s plumbing was able to come out and take care of it. Quick professional and personable. Exactly how business should be done. Thank you all for your great work.

Needed a plumber as soon as possible today. Water was leaking from garbage disposal. Matt arrived, installed new disposal within an hour. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Would call Tim's Plumbing if needed again. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I just had Matthew from Tim’s Plumbing install a new kitchen faucet in my kitchen. The whole experience from the original phone call to the installation went smoothly. He explained everything he was going to do and went over the bill when finished. My new faucet looks and works wonderfully and I appreciated his clean up and friendly professional manner. I'm very grateful to have chosen Tim's Plumbing to take care of a mildly urgent need at my home. Their thoughtful discussion and guidance over the phone left no question that I needed them to take care of my problem. When the technician arrived, they worked quickly and got the job done for a reasonable value. Will definitely call them for any future needs. If I could give a zero, I would. They were awful in coming back to finish the job. They installed the toilet with a missing part that hold the seat on. Said they'd come back with it the next day. That was over 2 months ago. Will not return calls either. Update: lol, they came out today to replace the toilet seat. Should be good news, right? But no, afterwards the man who was here called us, and we thought he was apologizing because he said that's what he was doing. But no, he called to scold us for this review and accuse us of lying....

We had our bathroom remodeled by Oak Creek Plumbing and we are extremely pleased with the result. We were happy with the communication between us and Oak Creek Plumbing through the CoConstruct App. We always knew what the timeline was and it made it easy for us to ask questions and get answers quickly. The team that came to do the work were kind, considerate and professional. Jose did an amazing job of laying tile on our uneven floor of our old house. The showroom has lots of fixtures and tile to choose from so there is something for everyone’s taste. We would highly recommend this company!

We've been using Oak Creek Plumbing for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. From the dispatcher Flo to the service technician, everything has always been top notch and as scheduled. The work done most recently by Bob showed how much he cared about taking care of the details. Bob's work was very professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Creek Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I really got taken to the cleaners by these guys... moved here a couple of years ago and have been looking for a reliable local plumber, but unfortunately these guys will never get a call from me again. Over $3200 for a 50 gallon replacement tank! Same exact model with no changes to the hook ups... they just had to plug it in. Also, the tank they were replacing was only 7 years old and also installed by them! You'd think they would want returning business from a new owner, but apparently the cash grab is better. The only thing keeping this above a 1-star is the fact that the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to talk me through some other options before settling on the simple replacement, which I did appreciate. They could have charged me $2k and I'd be discussing future remodels with them.

Oak Creek Plumbing performed a toilet flange repair and toilet replacement for me. Scheduling was easy, they arrived exactly when they were scheduled to, and they completed the repair and full replacement much quicker than I could have. Perfect work done in a professional manner. I’ll be using Oak Creek Plumbing for all future plumbing issues!

Over the course of about 15 months, we were in discussion with Oak Creek Plumbing. We paid for a diagnostic check for a sewage smell coming from our laundry room. They put together a plan and estimate which we accepted and they did the work, addressing some PVC and venting issues on a specific fixture. They thought would be the solution, but it didn’t and the sewage smell continues. multiple phone calls and multiple (7) visits total, there is still no solution. I had to call and leave messages with the receptionist, Roxanne, who is very polite and doing all she can to pass on my messages. The last visit was to think outside of the box, discuss with management and others, on other possible causes or solutions to the issue. Several ideas were discussed on premises. That was two months ago, and again nobody follows up. We are exhausted dealing with this company at this point and will not be following up anymore. I’m sure, the staff is talented and bright and hard-working. This issue resides with management, and lack of follow up and taking responsibility. At the end, we paid a bunch of money for something that isn’t fixed. I'd prefer my money back as one of the "out of box" solutions, at this point. Consider seeking other estimates when engaging with this company.

The team at Oak Creek Plumbing were great to work with and in general very responsive. The only issue is that due to scheduling challenges, they were not always able to work on our remodel project on certain days even though we were expecting someone to show up. It was never an issue with us but it would have been nice to get a phone call telling us that no one would be at our house the day of.
Otherwise. great team to work with and we will be having Oak Creek Plumbing bid on our kitchen remodel soon.

Wonderful business: amazing quality craftsmanship plus super nice people equals very happy customers. I am so thankful that I had the experience of having Oak Creek Plumbing. All the tradespeople I dealt with were outstanding in their job, great at communicating, trustworthy and hardworking. Extremely nice sales and office staff too.

Oak Creek plumbing came out to fix a few shut-off valves and to fix a leaking shower valve. When the technician was finished, they turned our old main water valve back on and it started to leak. The technician left and it was not until a few days later that I noticed a trail of water underneath the planking of our finished basement. I called a tech back and their response was, "it wasn't leaking while we were there. That valve was pretty corroded to begin with and it takes time to leak. The best we can do is not charge for the second service call". Given that Oak Creek Plumbing is highly regarded, I was expecting a proactive approach to any issues found with our plumbing instead of the minimal, get in, get out experience that we received. I will not use Oak Creek Plumbing again.

We selected the Ultimate Savings Agreement with Oak Creek Plumbing and it has been an outstanding value for us. We are able to get preferred scheduling; priority emergency service and standard home service calls. We weren’t sure how this was going to work for us because other service agreements have not lived up to what we were told- this one has been well worth it! We appreciate their quick turnaround time and honesty with Oak Creek Plumbing.

Our home is over 25 years old and needed a bathroom and laundry update; along with a few other plumbing projects that we have put off for a few years. We selected Oak Creek Plumbing because we wanted to support a local business. We have just completed our bath and laundry room renovation and we are very pleased with the way the project went from start to finish. The communication with Oak Creek's staff was just outstanding. Everything rolled very smoothly. We believe we have found a reliable and trusted partner when we need projects completed around our house. We have had many compliments on our renovation from friends and family members.

I scheduled a week in advance then waited all day only to be called at the end of the day to be told that no one could come out. Very disappointing. Then when someone did come out the next day there was no call ahead of time. Also it took very long for a simple toilet fix. And the price I paid included a service contract. I was never asked if I wanted that. It was worked into the estimate. I certainly did not want that as I will never go back there.

Do not recommend, Bob is rude, tells you to call or text him, called the office to schedule an appointment and he called me to yell at me for not going through him. Directly told me “I will definitely not be doing this now” when I said I had a quote from another company.

Horrendously poor follow up. Initial job was handled well (plumbing repair) but I got no help to repair the drywall.
