Jesse was great! He talked us through every step of what he needed to do and was lightning quick to respond to an unexpected issue. We truly respect all that he did and we’d be delighted to have him out for future work.

Also, Viking, as a whole was fantastic to work with. I scheduled an appointment and they were out the next morning (Friday). We thought we’d have to wait for Monday to have everything finished, but he completed it all the same day. I also have to give props for integrity. He ended up having to do less work than was originally expected, and that was perfectly spelled out on the invoice saving us a pretty good chunk of money.

Carmelo came at the exact time, and shortly after the water heater was delivered to my nephew's home. The water heater damaged during historic flooding, was removed from the property. Viking is one of the best companies to deal with, and we would highly recommend them. J

Very responsive, easy to communicate with. I appreciated the detail with which they were happy to explain and talk through every question I had. Work was done quickly and well, at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Update: had them out again, and Carmelo was outstanding. Friendly, explained everything well, and did solid work. Also appreciated that they were able to come on short notice to get the water back on, and then followed up with the bigger job a few days later.

Manny was on time, friendly and fast. He explained things very well, gave updates on progress and was able to finish the job within a short period of time. Things were a little tricky, but he did a great job getting the leak fixed. He also cleaned up afterwards and left the area spotless! Would definitely recommend.

Then, I called these wonderful plumbers back for outdoor spigots that were a drippy mess. They did the estimate and replacement of 1 spigot and repair of the 2nd at a very reasonable price. All done in 2 hours. Great service, very reasonable price, and once again so impressed with the quality of their work! Thank you Viking!

Viking has been my go to Plumbing company for 35 years. I just had some laundry tub faucets replaced and some shut offs added Jimmy did a great job

So grateful for prompt, professional intervention on a job we absolutely couldn’t DIY. We had a VERY stubborn clog somewhere deep in our old galvanized pipes, and Tyler kept at it until the water flowed freely down the drain—hours of strenuous work. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and we are so appreciative of the help from Tyler and Viking. Thank you!

Viking is always fantastic. The plumber arrived near the beginning of the allotted window. We got a text with his photo and name beforehand, so we knew who to expect. He had what he needed, was able to install a new kitchen faucet and new water heater on the fly, in less than three hours. Friendly and professional. No fuss, no muss, A plus.

We sent photos ahead of the visit and told them there was a backup/clog and possible cracked pipe. They came and inspected. Did not have a snake with them. Told us the office declined to send one out. Said he didn’t have the tools with home to do the repair. Then gave us a quote for $6,000. Not happy at all. How does a plumber not have a snake in their truck? How does you show up knowing exactly what the potential problem is, and not have the proper tools?

All he needed to do was use a drop cloth.. My bathroom floor is all greased up and I've been scrubbing for 2+ hours. Very nice man, and did the job to repair the leak, yet he arrived without a simple p trap install kit. I was told the window was 8-10am and took off work accordingly. He was done at 11:30. Jay the person was great, but needs to be more considerate of the clients home/time
