Our guest bathroom toilet was not flushing properly. When pulling the handle to flush it felt like pushing down on a brick and there was a constant trickling sound of water. We purchased the home 2 yrs ago and records left by the previous owner showed Oak Creek Plumbing K&B had serviced the home. It was comforting to have a starting point on who to call. Oak Creek Plumbing was prompt to answer our call, locate the history on our home and send a plumber out. He was able to make the repair in one day and keep our cost down. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Oak Creek K&B.

Oak Creek Plumbing is exceptional. From my first call to the office, the customer service representative was enthusiastic and helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I received a courtesy call about an hour before the plumber arrived. Ed and his assistant Ryan were wonderful. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were about to replace my water heater the same day and did a great job. I will definitely be using Oak Creek Plumbing in the future.

My water heater starting leaking, it was still under warranty (🙏🏻) so I made a phone call… A person actually answered… no recording! The gentleman I spoke to set me up with a next day appointment quick and easy.
They had Bob come over to take care of it. He was spot on, on time! Not only did he reinstall the new water heater he showed me something that was wrong with my toilet that wasn’t quite right and then noticed something wasn’t right with the water running from my kitchen sink, not enough pressure?. I mentioned how it took so long for the water in the kitchen sink to get hot. Not anymore, Bob took care of both the pressure and the water temp. I don’t have to let the water run for 3 minutes anymore!
Later I was out for a pizza and mentioned that I had Oak Creek Plumbing at my house earlier, and what a great job they do… a stranger overheard me and interjected that he he thought they were great and has had them do work for him and thought very highly of them as well.

We called Oak Creek Plumbing to have our Safe Step tub checked to make sure there were no leaks and all was ok. On the initial call they confirmed they could do this. Employee came promptly at 8:25. He checked the tub, ran it, tightened the drain handle and said all appeared to be fine. He asked if there was anything else. We mentioned the toilet handle sticking leaving the toilet running. He checked and suggested changing the rubber seal which he did. At 8.55 he went out to his truck to write up the bill. He was in his truck for at least 15 minutes. In the mean time our safe step tubs air pump kept going off on its own. When he returned with the bill. He said he didn’t know anything about that you would have to call safe step. This never occurred before he looked at the tub. Our bill was for $349. He said I was here 1 1/2 hours. No a half hour. Well I did more than a $59 trip charge. The next day our toilet kept running the same way it did before he changed the seal. We now have to call Safe Step for a repair for something that was not a problem before and still have to fix the toilet that was supposedly fixed. What did we pay $349 for? Very disappointed!

We received 5 quotes for our kitchen remodel. Oak Creek Plumbing was in the middle price-wise. We were impressed with their showroom and Jim K. did a great job explaining the entire process to us and showing us all our options. The demo/install guys (Jose, Tyler) were professional and did a great job. Plumber, electricians (sorry, forgot their names) did a great job as well and Zach was always available to answer questions and was helpful.
Definitely would recommend Oak Creek plumbing for kitchen remodel.

Had a leaky faucet. A leaky faucet. In a laundry sink. They charged me $41.30 to tell me it would cost $675 to change out the faucet. A utility sink faucet. $675. Crazy. When I said, "That ain't happening," he said, "Well, I can try to replace the stems if they'll come off and that's $275." Nope, I'm am not paying $275 for a leaky faucet. So I took my non-plumbering butt to to Menard's and bought a new faucet for about $50 and if I had known what I was doing I probably could've done it for less, but I swapped out the stem thingy and now the leaky faucet is no longer leaking. Our hot water tank went out and of course on one of the coldest days. I called Oak Creek Plumbing and they set up an appointment for the next day. Our plumber arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told us we would need a new hot water heater. He told us he would pick it up, install the new hot water heater and remove our old one. (I also had the option of buying my own). We went with the plumber buying it. Also this way it would be under warranty too.
Everything was completed in a matter of hours. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I will admit Oak Creek Plumbing is my go to company for all my plumbing needs. They are efficient and courteous from the person I talk to on the phone for an appointment to the person/ people that come to my home. They give me an upfront cost and are reasonably priced for their services.
I would highly recommend calling them for all your plumbing needs.
    Definitely five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ plus.

While turning off the outside hose bibs for the winter, we found we had a steady leak at the turn off valve inside our basement. Bob came out the same day, explained what needed to be done, and had everything finished that afternoon. He's done work at our home before, he's always pleasant, never leaves a mess, and we always feel we made the right call for plumbing help. Would highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing.

I have always had excellent service with Oak Creek Plumbing but I was really impressed with Gabby. She was here for my routine whole house inspection. She did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable about everything.

We have had excellent experiences every time we have worked with Oak Creek Plumbing. Even though from our end it wasn't ideal circumstances (because when are plumbing issues ideal?) this company has responded in a timely manner. The quality of work has been excellent. We will definitely continue to do business with them.

Have worked with them in the past but could not get past the AI system to book an emergency plumbing appointment. They called back after I hung up but did not like the use of AI receptionists at all. Please go back to having real people answer your calls.

I have no idea how good or bad their services are because I couldn’t get past their AI answering service. AI may be the future but what happened to good ole customer service?! And the $25 incentive to book through their AI bot was insulting. And if you choose not to book through AI and ask to speak to a representative they take your name and number and you have to wait for a call back - I hung up at that point so I don’t know how long it would have taken for them to call me back. Ya know when you are requesting a quote for very large job the least the company could do is provide live answer and take care of their clients through the process.

I had a couple small laminate counter tops made for an office reception desk. They turnout out perfect and the personal attention I felt was given by both sales and manufacturing was beyond expectation. The project management program that included communications, update photos and recorded all administrative activity was exactly what customer like myself needed to not worry about the decision to go with Oak Creek Plumbing for this project.

Todd B from Oak Creek Plumbing was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when he installed a new toilet yesterday.

I would like to note at the outset that my rating does not reflect on Ryan, who did a fine job today fixing my hose bib and installing a new disposal. The problem is that it took a month and five phone calls on my part to get it done. I must necessarily add the details:
On 5/6, I noticed after using the hose that my basement had flooded. I called the next day. A plumber (don’t remember her name, I apologize) came out on 5/9, diagnosed a burst pipe and took payment for the repair, saying that someone would be in touch. No one called.
I was out of town the following week, so called on 5/19 to see what was up. Chase came out on 5/20 and said that a part was needed to make it a better repair, and that it had to be ordered. I heard nothing for the following week and called on 5/30. I was given the answering service and left a detailed message, but got no response. On 6/2 I talked to Roxanne, who said someone would be in touch that day. No one called. I called again on 6/3. That time, she promised to get back to me personally by the end of the day, which she did. The work was scheduled for today, 6/6, and completed.
Besides causing me unnecessary concern and uncertainty, the multiple “ball drops” by the company delayed the reconstruction of the flood damage in the basement, rendering it unusable for a party I had planned for 5/24. I had to explain to the builders for a whole month that the work wasn’t done yet, which was frustrating and embarrassing.
I fail to understand how these screw-ups continued to happen. Up until now, I’ve had good service from this company.
While I’m at it, may I add that the virtual assistant, “Emily” is extremely annoying and depersonalizes the customer experience. Thankfully, she can be bypassed.

Oak Creek Plumbing did a special order for a residential water heater on a real short notice, and the install was perfect. That's how experiences with contractors should always be!
