Representative arrived on time and got right to work. Fixed one pipe and before leaving the other pipe. Found it was hissing and fixed that as well. Very courteous expert who prevented a future leak by checking it. Thank you very much.

Daryl was very helpful with my garbage disposal issue. Went in the basement to find the pipe that is for the kitchen sink, dishwasher area. Came up with a solution and now have free flowing sink:)

Excellent service. They did the job in two steps so that I could paint the room before they actually did the install. They took the old one out and disposed. Then they came back a couple of days later to do the actual install. Couldn't be happier.

The entire process moved very quickly, and everyone was very personable. Tom B. and his helper did a great job of explaining the gameplan for installation and when they needed to turn off the water and gas. They even found a leak when the water was turned back on and they fixed it.

I’ve used Oak Creek Plumbing before and have always been impressed with their attention to detail, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Doug was no exception—he was informative, pleasant, and very helpful in answering my questions. I’m once again very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I reluctantly gave Oak Creek Plumbing a bad review about 6 months ago, after an incredibly bad series of screw-ups and botched communications. I was ready to look for a new company when I received a call from Ed, the customer service representative, who was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. I agreed to give them another chance, since I'd also had good service from them in the past. Shortly thereafter, lo and behold, the four toilets in my house all failed at once and needed replacements. My plumber recommended a brand and a model, and they were installed the following week. All went smoothly and I love my new toilets! This recent experience was more like what I had expected from Oak Creek Plumbing. I will continue to use them in the future.

I ordered a washer dryer delivery from a big box store... they couldn't get my dryer hooked up because they lacked the expertise. I called Oak Creek plumbing because they have done work for me 4 times in the past and Ed has never failed me. Initially the office let me know it wasn't possible to get service so quickly, but a short time later Ed called me and said he could make this work. I got drawn into Black Friday promo, but Ed & Doug saved the day even though I didn't buy appliances from them. They are very loyal to repeat customers..... highly recommended.

No stars if I could. I’m so disappointed in the service. I was very much looking forward to finally finding a great plumber. No such luck.
They told me it would be 59 for service call. Fine. Then another 300 diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. And that if the repair was 300 or under the diagnostic would apply. If it was over I’d have to pay for the remainder. Fine. I was charged 220 extra dollars to replace the shower arm. They refuse to discuss with me and continue to ask me “well did we fix the problem?” And tell me “we are sorry you’re not satisfied with what we accomplished for you”. Passive aggressive and gaslighting me.
Do not recommend nor would I ever use there company again.

Would definitely recommend! Bob was very professional and answered any questions I had. Replaced the faucet on my stationary tubs. My previous visits included replacing a sump pump and a toilet. Tub conversion to shower, I am extremely happy with. Outstanding customer service by all staff, meticulous work and cleanup.

The serviceman, Bob was very personable and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and the charges were correlated. This is my second time working with Oak Creek Plumbing. They had helped me with the plumbing at my parent’s house and did a great job there too!

I needed a tub spout/diverter replacement. The spout would not come off the traditional way. Gabby and Todd had to use a sawzall to remove the spout, then extended water pipe, and installed new spout. Job was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Both plumbers were pleasant to work with, and they cleaned up nicely. Roxanne was also so nice to work with when I scheduled my initial service call. She was able to schedule the work the same day.

I asked Home DePot to help me find a Plumber, when I was in the Delafield store at 7:30AM, thru their ProReferral Service. Oak Creek Plumbing was FAST to reply. Their office Team helped to coordinate Same Day Service. Gabby S came out at 1PM, understood exactly what I needed done & completed the job in less than an hour! I will DEFINATELY call them, again... & ask for Gabby S to be our Plumber in the future!

Viking service was fast and got the issue solved. Also, recommended next step should similar recurr in 6 months.

One thing that I really appreciate in a business is a willingness to communicate via email. Viking gave me quotes and scheduled the whole appointment without requiring me to have a phone call.

I had them out to cam my sewer line and replace a toilet and they did both in a professional and timely manner. They arrived within the scheduled window with a text message before hand.

All in all a very low stress experience for me which was great!

Called Viking and in less than an hour the plumber arrived. We were very happy with our plumber, Jimmy. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will use Viking in the future and ask for Jimmy whenever we have plumbing issues.

Jesse, was able to arrive early, which made my day easier. He worked quickly and efficiently to clean out our main drain. He was personable and informative. We will continue to call Viking for any plumbing issues.

I called Viking and as usual got a quick response. Carmelo was friendly and polite and did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and leaking pipes under the sink!

Jesse explained the problems he found and the options to fix them in easily understood terms. We felt it was good advice for us and followed his recommendation. He left everything neat and tidy.

Jason was very helpful in doing an inspection for a possible leak in our high rise condo, as well as helping with repair of toilet. He went above and beyond in speaking with our building management. We will definitely seek out Viking again if we need plumbing assistance in the future!
