Available, professional, reasonable cost. These guys are great. We have been using them for years. They can always get out pretty quick. Every plumber we have worked with from Viking has been a pro; to the point….get it fixed….not try to sell a bunch of extra, no-nonsense. The price is always fair.

It’s always nice when someone can tackle multiple projects in one morning. Carmelo was punctual, explained the options thoroughly and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet, replacing a cartridge for our shower and capping a gas line after we replaced our gas stove for an electric. Carmelo was friendly, thoughtful and thorough in his work. Another great experience with Viking.

Viking was a pleasure to deal with. Jason arrived in timely fashion. He was polite and a good communicator, fully explaining what he had to do and how he was going to do it. He gave me an accurate estimate of how much time it would take. I highly recommend Viking.

I don’t think there is a more precise, perfectionist General Contractor than me. Viking checks all the boxes and exceeds my expectations: excellent team work, communication, reliability, expertise, response time. I don’t want to have to chase or talk to a phone service. The guys are simply phenomenal at what they do and make my job easier.

Our neighbors recommended Viking because they’ve happily been using them since before they were known as Viking. Setting up the appointment was not only professional but very friendly. Communication by text was excellent both in regarding appt details and then when the plumber was on the way (complete with a photo of Jason, who clearly is a descendent of Vikings!). Then there is the work…we had four different things for him to look at, with one that was for checking out in prep for a quote later. The three for today were completed as expected in a very efficient manner and the areas were left clean. Needless to say, I will be thanking our neighbors for the recommendation and will not hesitate to recommend to other friends in the future.

Tyler unclogged a sink and shower drain which now are clear. He also installed a new modern toilet in our 85 year old house. He was earlier than planned which was nice and is very friendly and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price seemed very reasonable to me. I will use Viking again when needed.

They should up right on time (maybe even a little early). Angel was very friendly, got the clog out of the main sink fixed quickly, and gave me tips on how to avoid it happening again. They are also very competitively priced, much less expensive than some of the local competitors. If you need plumbing work, call Viking Plumbing

I’m extremely satisfied with my new shutoff and hose bib. I was going back and forth on Viking, but I think the price was reasonable and Tyler was great. I’ll use them again for the rear hose. And probably my other plumbing needs.

The experience with Viking plumbing was very good. They kept us informed by text about their arrival. The technician arrived on time, and he was very pleasant, taking the time to explain things. We had some work done and then had some small follow-up issues, and Viking came right back out and solved everything quickly. The entire experience was good and easy.

Brian was great to work with. He was knowledgeable,and super helpful. Jesse K. was so great to work with. Everyone is professional, great communicators and they have an excellent system to track the technicians arrival and photos of the technician before they come so you know who is coming. Best experience ever. Will use from now on, and recommend to all my neighbors. They were the only group of 10 plumbers , they were the ones that called me back right away and were able to come back twice during moments after our areas of flooding in 2025. Lifesavers!

Jimmy Stowers and the team from Viking Plumbing performed a relocation of the water supply and drain for a basement shower project. They were professional in all they did and how they communicated with us on status and questions. The work site was kept clean. The entire process was very orderly. I highly recommend.

They replaced my sump pump during the summer and now cleared my greased up kitchen sink drain line. Did a great job both times. Thanks again! 👍👍

I thought Brian was very considerate, even turning his phone sideways to enlarge the box for me to sign. I would ask for him again. I only wonder why you didn’t text me a picture of the previous plumber.

*did not get any work done* I needed a quote for a new water heater and the quote from Viking was $1,000-$600 higher than the other quotes I got. The professionalism wasn’t quite there during the assessment, so it also made me apprehensive. Talking negatively about other competitors makes me prefer to use the competition despite the price, but their prices were better too. I understand the hustle, but execution is important. The customer service was kind and responsive.

Was recommended Viking by someone in our neighborhood so tried them out for a leaky pipe repair. Overall I found them to be overpriced and lacked the professionalism of other plumbers we've tried. The work itself was fine so for that reason will give 2 stars. In terms of price, it was 50% higher than we were charged by a different plumber last time we had a similar issue. $750 compared to under $500 to repair one small easy to access leak. The lack of professionalism was around leaving a mess. To start, he didn't take his shoes off or put on shoe covers. Then didn't put anything down on the ground under the pipe, so got rusty water all over our new carpet which i had to scrub out. He left trash on the ground, and I had to vacuum up quite a bit of debris. He also forgot to plug our water heater back in, so the water went cold midway through a shower that evening. So In short I would not use again. If im going to pay premium price, I would expect premium service, and walked away from this one feeling ripped off.

Carmelo and Angel did a wonderful job. They replaced a very old toilet and installed a new vanity. It was a difficult job. They left our bathroom looking amazing and the plumbing works as it should. We've used Viking on four or five occasions. The service and execution is always impressive. Thanks!

I called in a plugged up toilet; was told a plumber could get out first thing tomorrow morning; got a call later that the job could be done today. That’s taking care of the customer! I’ve been using Viking for about 20 years. The company has always come through with great service and fair pricing. I highly recommend Viking Plumbing!

Viking helped diagnose and replace/line our plumbing in our house. The employees we worked with (plumbers, manager, office staff) were very responsive and helpful with answering questions and performing the work. We needed to replace our indoor pipes and also line the main out to the road. The technology to line was impressive and they (Sewer Ninjas) were very thorough! Let us watch too! Everyone cleaned up after every day of work and were very friendly. We also descaled and water jetted the main pipe. So glad it's done and we can now use our plumbing with no worry.

Horrible experience. Hired them to install a dishwasher while being deployed. I was hoping to make my wife's life a little easier. Jason from viking plumbing came out and that's where are experience started. He was there for almost 3 hours, continued to say how impossible it was to do the install. Outlet holes were in the wrong spot, wiring was gonna be so complicated etc. He left with the old dishwasher out, wiring exposed, chipped our counter top, and said he'd be back once we got it figured out. I'm shocked a company and a certified plumber couldn't get this done. He charged us for labor. After a few weeks the issue has been resolved, we installed the dishwasher ourselves. After reaching out to them, they made the situation right by refunding our money.
