Had a bit of an heating emergency this morning (-20 degree day) with water spraying everywhere, Greg answered and came right away. He fixed up everything that was wrong with our boiler system including little leaks and a gauge so he could make sure everything was done properly. Found a bad leak in hot water line. Called and Adam was out within half an hour and completely fixed the plumbing and way betterbthan originally done. Extremely professional and have used them for every plumbing issue ever.

They came out immediately when we woke up cold and had us totally fixed up by mid morning. What could have been a nightmare in a freezing cold stretch was taken care of so quickly and efficiently. Greg even had us text a few hours later to confirm all was working as it should. Could not ask for better service, they were here in half an hour and knew exactly what to do. Absolutely recommend.
Very disappointed in how everything ended up. I called them on Christmas Eve when my heat stopped working. They came over and was working on the furnace for 30 minutes. They got it to run and left. It stopped working again an hour later and they came back with a part for my furnace and replaced the part and left again. Again after they left my furnace stopped working. I was not about to call them back for a third time because I was not about to waste more time and money. So my Husband fixed it when he got home from work by cleaning off the fire sensor with sand paper!!!! And it worked!!! Then I got a wonderful bill for over $800 for a bunch of NOTHING!!!!! And on the bill they said they cleaned the sensor. That right there made me loose my mind!!!
