If we could give 6 stars, we would. Lydia is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about trees. She planted 4 in our yard. We are in a new subdivision so before she planted, she did a soil test so we knew exactly what trees would do well in this location. The trees she planted are great and we look forward to watching them grow. We are also having Lydia back in the fall to remove some dead trees on the back end of our property. I can't recommend her enough. She's a true professional that loves her work.

Very professional, efficient and fast. I thought it may take 3 hours to clean up my fallen tree. Lydia made short work of this tree and from start to finish was less than 90 minutes. Great job, Thanks!!

Lydia was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided a clear quote for approval, and scheduling the work. The crew did an excellent job removing two trees and trimming others in a safe and timely manner. They also cleaned up thoroughly — everything looked great afterward.

If you are looking for An Arborist who is Professional and Honest it would be Alex, Owner of Rooted Tree Care.
We just moved to Gallatin from Texas, we needed some to look at our Arborvitae trees seem like dying, Called Alex of ROOTED TREE CARE and he was so Honest, just told us how to take care of it, and did not Charge us any. It is hard to find Guy like him now a days!! Pls call Rooted Tree Care without Any Hesitation.

I don't have any good photos, so enjoy this photo that shows the scale of the original problem. Some massive Norway Maples in our backyard were damaging our roof (and our neighbor's roof!) and threatening to crush our house (we were surprised we could even get house insurance). After Lydia trimmed them, we were able to clean our gutters without risking life and limb, and she gave us a ton of tips to help those trees stay healthy for as long as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend for any tree-related problems. Was so much more affordable than research into quotes had us expecting.

Just had the canopy of our big old tree thinned out and overall health of the tree assessed. We were able to get an estimate quite quickly and fit into their schedule in under two months. Lydia was friendly and professional, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Very satisfied.

Lydia has done tree work at our home several times. This last time was a very complicated large tree limb that was hanging over our retaining wall. We were nervous about that limb falling during a storm and damaging our retaining wall. Lydia did a wonderful job being careful and taking that very large tree limb down. She is also extremely knowledgeable and has given us good advice on trees in our yard. Would highly Rooted Tree Care! We will definitely continue to use them!

Rooted Tree Care delivered 2 loads of chips at no charge. They dumped the loads exactly where I asked. The chips were from different species of trees but were uniform in size. The chips turned a backyard from a barren dirt patch to a usable functional very pretty space. Lydia was professional and did a great job of keeping me informed of the schedule they had for delivery. If there were 6 or 7 stars they would certainly have earned those instead
