Thank you for the great work, clean up and addressing my concerns and questions. Communication was easy. Information was great. I was even able to share pictures about my concerns so thoughts about how to address them could be reviewed prior to the work date. This was no small task trimming such large trees and the crew was wonderful. Thank you again.

Called them up and was able to get a quote with in a few days and price was responsible. Even after a miscommunication on what needed to be removed they were quick to have someone come back out and give any quote. Worked fast, professionally, and respectful. Would hire again with out question and will refer to other people when asked.

This is the second time we have used Affordable Tree Care, it is also the second time that the crew did an awesome job. We find the cost reasonable, the crew knowledgeable and clean up around the yard very well done. The office staff is easy and pleasant to work with. The crew removed five trees some very large and some with power lines running through them with absolutely no problems. I highly recommend this company and of course will do business with them in the future. A big THANKS to the hard working crew, you are appreciated!!

If you have a tree in need of service I recommend calling Affordable immediately and have them get to your tree and leave an estimate. Get the ball rolling. There very busy. I had a huge Elm that died and was a threat to my property. These guys came in and did what looked to me to be an impossible job. Awesome work, did zero damage to my driveway, took all the wood, and left the area very clean considering the size and amount of branches this tree had. I strongly recommend Affordable and wont hesitate to call them again.

We hired Affordable Tree Care to trim our bushes and shrubs. A crew of two came over (March 4, 2025)- the lead guy was named Israel. He had a walk-through with my husband to see what we were looking for and then they got right to work. They were very professional, cleaning as they went and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The work was wonderful - just as we had asked. We thank them for the terrific job and we have already contacted Affordable Tree Care to get us on the schedule next year.

If I could have giving 0 stars I would have. Customer service is absolutely awful. The office lady is rude and treats customers as if they are an inconvenience (Connie was not the issue). I was charged $157.00 for them picking up some of the mess the Asplundh left and for them calling them to “coordinate” with them, which in all honesty I could have done myself. I was told they would come the day after Asplundh came and cut the branches near the power lines. I was then told it would be two weeks. The crew from Affordable Tree care showed up and left because of the traffic in front of my house due to living in front of a school. I was then told I would have to wait until the end of July to have the tree taken down now. I then decided to find a different company. They kept blaming Asplundh for coming earlier than they anticipated and then blamed me for not telling them their was summer school across the street. I was never told I needed to let them know about traffic, or how many trucks they needed to park outside my house. No ownership taken on their behalf. Take my advice go with a different company. This has been a hot mess! The pictures were AFTER they “cleaned” up the mess.

Had the crew come out this morning to take a tree down, trim a tree up and get rid of bushes. I really couldn’t be an happier with the work! The price was so fair and the guys that came out were so nice . They cleaned up everything and made it look better than when they came! I definitely recommend them to everyone. Will definitely be using them again when needed.

Terrible business for communication. It's been 30 days that they have not gotten back to me with a response regarding treatment of a tree in our yard. They were out 30 days ago and treated the wrong tree and have not been back or communicated with us.

Heard nothing but good things... It's a competitive market, tree cutting. Based one word of mouth, I do recommend Cassity!

We had Cassity trim 4 big trees, pull out a large buckthorn and grind a few stumps. They did a great job.

I had a big pine that was tilted 30 degrees after a storm trying to fall on my greenhouse . Cassity was timely and sensitive to the emergent concern . They did excellent work at a fair price . Best in town

While this company did A good job trimming back branches($800), they charged me $300 to clean out 30 feet of gutter (2 years since installed) despite the fact that they were already up at the level of the gutter as they were trimming branches in their bucket. The job would take minutes. They did not give me A price until AFTER the job. Seems dishonest to me, at least unethical. I do not recommend this company for that reason.

Haven't had services done but I am so thankful for Kristy Garland!!!! I went to the fire work show and left my wallet and was very worried had money in there and my children's insurance cards Kristy Drove all the way to Kenosha and dropped off my wallet and everything was in the wallet nothing was taken everything was there! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a good person I will defiantly hold on to this card and if any one needs services I will refer them 100%

Jim from Cassity Tree Service came out to inspect a tree that was giving me cause for concern due to a hole where two parts of the trunk joined and was recently occupied by 2 small squirrels. As the tree is the centerpiece of our backyard I was especially concerned that we might lose the tree due to interior decay or disease. Jim came out to inspect and then immediately contacted me to let me know that the tree was in excellent health and that there was no cause for alarm. He went into detail about the health of the tree and about many aspects of tree health in general. I was both relieve that our tree was safe and also impressed by Jim's knowledge. When and if the time comes, I will most certainly use Cassity again.
