Very professional company to work with. We have used them for a few jobs and it’s always been great! Our ash trees are looking good since they have been treating them. Very competitive fire wood prices and they deliver! Highly recommended them.

I had a great experience using Cassidy to do a major trimming on two 57 year old honey locust trees. They did a thorough job of thoughtfully pruning out branches overhanging the roof and service wires. When they were done they cleaned up completely. The trimmers were extremely polite and conscientious. I could not recommend them more highly.

Cassity Tree Service did a great job on a tree trim at my place. They came out and went straight to work, thoroughly trimming, and cleaning up after they finished. GOOD JOB!

Had Cassidy acquire and plant a tree in my yard. Within the first year had them come take a look at the tree due to concerns about its health. Was told it was fine. Come year two the tree is dead and past the warranty period. I requested they replace the tree at no cost due to being told the tree was fine despite the observable concerns about the trees health. I was told they’d replace the tree at cost, that I was being given a good deal due to the increase in cost of trees and shrubs. I just accepted this response but was disappointed that we lost two years of growth on a tree we had paid a lot for. I elected not to replace the tree. Cassidy then shows up in the fall on my property to fertilize the no longer existent tree and proceeds to fertilize a different tree that happens to be on my neighbors property. The company has a good reputation, but I was a bit disappointed with our experience with them.

I have been a customer for several years, and the service and care is top-notch. As my ash trees needed to be removed over the years, the team did an incredible job with the removal and disposal/clean-up. This year I had them rework the landscaping in front and back yards, and it looked incredible. One of the guys said--we care for it like it was our yard--and he was right!!! Also, the depth of knowledge in tree science is unmatched. They can diagnose and treat problem areas, most I could never detect with my untrained eye. With the investment you make in your trees, bushes, and yard, this is a company that will keep a good return on that investment. Obviously, high recommend...

I've been using Cassity Tree Service for about 3 years and I must say they are masters of their craft, professional and informative. Thanks to them my Ash trees are thriving. They also removed a tree in a very tight space located on the border of my and my neighbor's property line. They were respectful and extremely neat. Highly recommend.

I’m a tree service owner/Certified Arborist from Kentucky who recently met the Cassity team when purchasing a piece of their equipment.

These are real tree care professionals who you can trust to perform the highest level of service in the industry. The focus on great customer service, proper safety techniques and tree management is evident.

TLDR: I’m a tree care professional who recognizes a legitimate tree care company I would trust with my own trees!

Had part of a tree come down against roof edge during a storm and after contacting Cassity Tree Service they were able to come right out an remove it. Excellent job and clean up!

Cassity Tree Service trimmed an old Oak tree and cut down a fallen tree in my yard yesterday (end of January 2025). They did such a fabulous job! I have wire fencing around my yard for the dog, that I had to un-zip tie and move it so they had access to the entire yard. We had to remove one of the metal poles too. When they were finished they put my fence back up! I was so so surprised! All I had to do was zip tie the wire sections back together.

Cassity Tree Service are excellent! I had a concern regarding a tree and Cassity came out and provided their proposal. They have great customer service as their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me to understand the issue with the tree and what my options were. The removal of the tree was done very well, taking precautions to ensure their cuts were controlled and to not damage nearby structures. They cleaned the area up very well too. I found out they do other services as well and based on their excellent quality of work and care, I will definitely be reaching out to them to improve other aspects of my yard and landscape.

Im sorry you are mistaken. I did not ask to cancel the appt. I told her to leave it be . Even tho she told us 11-1. No one came so I called. When I called it was changed 2-4pm. So we told her thats not what we had we definitely would not have set it up. She was rude and yelling. I said ok whatever We both then misheard you.. So moving on. We told her to leave the appt. She said she had No way to contact you. right after she said she needed to call and rewroute you. We recorded it the lady started screaming at me, I told her to leave the appt. She demanded to cancel and starting getting louder. . Then I passed the phone to my husband whos in law enforcement thinking he would be better suited for somone screaming at him to calm her down. . Only to find her yelling at him even more. Looks from reviews shes been doing this for quite some time to others. Don , if you would like to hear the recording, please call me tommrow. It was horriable she even hung up on him leaving us dumbfounded to why she was demanding to cancel. We told her to leave it she wouldnt listen. I get that you are only hearing her side, but we have the audio that really happened. Sorry.

Don, the owner of ATC has serviced three appliances for me, and i give him and his company the very highest rating. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem, and swiftly gets the job done. When repairing my refrigerator and washing machine, he had the needed parts in his van. And his fees are very reasonable. Don is also a careful and tidy worker; someone you can trust.

When I called initially and the woman who answered the phone was so rude! I decided to cancel the appointment. ..it was too close to the appointment when I did ..instead of saying ok think of using us next time...she instead called me a jerk!..I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Yes she was rude when I called...monday not wednesday However I made the appointment for my dryer not my dishwasher for Friday! It's true I cancelled the appointment at the last minute it just kinda slipped my mind! My wife and I bought another dryer..now all that being said I'm sure it's no reason to be called a jerk as I was being polite when I called...how bout this?!?! I'm sorry for calling so late and you are just sorry! There's no excuse for talking to customers so rudely even when they are wrong! !

Don was great, he quickly diagnosed the issue with a very special wine cooler and solved the problem easily. I also appreciated the attempt to save me money by attempting to fix a ice maker without replacing. When we had to replace he quickly acquired the ice maker and replaced it. Thank you!!

In this world of throw away appliances, it's refreshing to know that someone's willing to repair older equipment. I called and made an appointment to have Don come look at our broken washer. He diagnosed the issues and said it would take a few days to get the parts. We said yes to the suggested repairs and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend this company!

From the lady that took our call who told us about the service call that will be needed. She put me in contact with Don the technician. Don stop by did a quick diagnosis of the problem ordered the parts and the next day he came and repaired our washing machine. And a big thanks do Don and his wife at ATC services.

DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I had a service call to fix my range and washing machine. The range was repaired to my satisfaction.

He narrowed down the problem with the washing machine to one of two parts. He recommended that I order both and try them to see which it was. After installing both new parts, the problem persisted. I also discovered that his son was wrenching on the drain plug and may have cross threaded it. (see picture)

I called them back and attempted to setup another service call to fix the washing machine. She said she would call me back.

After a few days, I called back and was informed by the rude woman on the phone that nothing was damaged and that they don't work on appliances that someone else had previously worked on. She also knew exactly what happened in my home while she wasn't there.

If you want someone to guess at your problem and recommend that you buy the parts yourself, this is the company for you. If you want the problem fixed, please call anyone else.

With regards to the refrigerator, I told you up front that I had previously replaced the water valve and that did not solve the issue.

Back to the washer. You tried a switch that you had on your truck, but you said that it may not have been the proper switch. You recommended that I order the proper switch as well as the main control board as the problem was with one of those components. You told me that you would be stuck paying for the components if you ordered them and recommended that I buy them myself to avoid that.

I was charged $187 which I gladly paid, not the $42 he lied about. See pictures.

As for the phone call, my initial call was very friendly. I simply stated that I had ordered and installed the parts recommended and that I still had the same problem. I also mentioned my concern with the drain plug. I requested a phone call from you at that time so we could figure out the best way to complete the repair. The office girl immediately started arguing and telling me that you would never recommend that someone order their own parts or leave something unrepaired. After several minutes of attempting to communicate with her, I stated that I "just need to get it fixed." she said that she would have to talk to you and then call me back. We said our goodbyes and ended the call. I never once stated that I wanted you to come back for free.

You are correct about my second call. I waited a few days and called back when I didn't hear anything from you. I did open by saying that I called a few days ago and didn't receive a call back. After giving her my name, I was informed by your office girl that you told her you weren't going to do any additional service work for me. She quoted you, saying "if he calls back, tell him I'm not going to do any more work for him." I was also informed by her that you never touched my washer or even looked at it, nor was it on the original workorder. She told me that I'm the one that chewed up the drain plug with a wrench and that I was lying. She became even more argumentative and continued calling me a liar. She also informed me that you don't work with DIY'ers. You only work on appliances that are broken and no troubleshooting has occured. She used an example of a clogged drain and said something to the effect of: I had a clogged drain so I called a plumber. He went down there and fixed it and I paid him. That seems pretty ridiculous to me-you didn't even look to see if something was covering it? Do you own a toilet plunger? After continously being called a liar, being told that you wouldn't service my appliances, and being interrupted every time I tried to complete a statement, I did in fact hang up on her.

I think this would've ended up in a much better place if I was able to speak with you directly. If you did it attempt to call me, I never received a voicemail, and I don't show a missed call from you.

Actually, we've used this place for a few years for servicing dishwashers, washing machines, driers, etc. They've always been on the pricey side, but seemed to offer good service. Until today. I called because the dishwasher we had them fix a few weeks ago was still not working properly... so, I asked if we could have a discount on installing a new dishwasher, due to spending $150 on a repair that failed, and because we've used them so much. Instead of a kind discussion, the lady was insanely rude to me, and acted like I was trying to put them out of business or something by simply asking the question.

I was just asking a simple question, and then got preached to in a condescending manner. Okay... I get it, you don't value customer loyalty, and would rather lose our business, and have us tell others about your poor attitude. You can simply give a kind no for an answer, you don't need to get so nasty, folks. Wow.

I am very happy with the service I received from Appliance Tech-Care Services Inc. They came to fix my refrigerator the same day I called. They had the part I needed in their truck, and in 30 minutes had my 19 year old refrigerator working (and sounding) like new. I would not hesitate to call them again for any type of appliance repair.

We just moved into a new house and our washing machine was broken. I called a few places, but ATC Services was the first to get back to us and was able to accommodate our schedule. When Don arrived, he knew exactly how to fix the issues and did so in a timely manner even with having to order two different parts. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend ATC Services.
