Maple Leaf has been great at taking care of my lawn, trees, mulching and garden bed weeding. They do planting and are excellent and emergency tree care and removing trees as needed. I highly recommend them!

Maple Leaf snow services are dependable, as well as expertly handled. We have several front steps to our home and they're always shoveled after each snowfall.

This is the second project I had done with Maple Leaf and they did a phenomenal job. Craftsmanship with retaining wall block and patio pavers was great and I would highly recommend their services!

They do a good job of checking in prior to snow storms and of keeping you informed if there's going to be a delay in your plowing. A bit expensive but then you always know your driveway will be plowed.

The crews & office staff are nice to work with. We love that the blades are sharp on mowers and tools, and attention is paid to details. This puts them ahead of other companies we've worked with in the past.

I've used Maple Leaf Inc for the past few years spraying various trees for Japanese Beetles. The workers have always been on time & the 4 large Birch and Linden tree are very happy as I am. Thanks so much.

We have had Maple Leaf do our spring cleanup for a number of years. Our yard looks so nice when they finish. Looking forward to seeing them soon - the snow really messed up schedules.

the rock garden is gorgeous!!! many hands, many rocks and the plants are lovely. set up of the flower garden and trim was perfect and much appreciated. all the work to mulch around the house and trim is just right. The grass seed you use needs to be upgraded. Had to do a lot of reseeding on my own.

Maple Leaf has been our go-to landscaper for several years and we've been very pleased with their work, friendliness and professionalism. We've had trees removed, new drive-way and entrance installed, back patio installed, shrubs planted, bark mulch delivered and spread, so much more.

Snow removal is easy as long as it does not snow-much. We have been Ridge Oak residents for 22 years/winters. Seen many snow removal companies come and go. The 13 outlots are a challenge for removal due to the closeness of the houses. The outlots on the South side of Ridge Oak Dr. Steep hill Drumlin need special care to prevent icing of the upper 1/2.
I used to be on the board and was the contact with the snow removal companies. AKA the Snow Tsar.
So I do know that the snow removal companies operate at the direction of the HOA. Which has limited financial resources. And I know it's often a balance between the HOA spending as little as possible while trying to get the best out of our removal vender. Residents are typically unaware of this and just blame any deficiencies on the vender.
We have had a handful of snows over 3" so far this winter. Compared to prior venders Maple Leaf has done a better job on the sidewalks than most.
But did for some reason did wait an extra day or so to clear the walks on one snow. Not good as it is a safety issue. The company did put product on the outlots on a few occasions. But did not adequately address the extra needs of the outlots on the hill-Drumlin- South side of Ridge Oak drive. This should addressed in the future yes- adding additional cost to the HOA and us residents- it's a safety issue. We live at the end of one of the S. Hill outlots.5109 Ridge Oak. Winter of 2022-23 my wife did fall and break her ankle and hand. I'm the 60 something guy who shovels the upper 1/2 of our outlot when it snows and shovels a clear path to the sidewalk too. I use sand and ice melt on the path too.
I believe that in the spirit of Quality Improvement that any critique should include specific examples of deficiencies to remedy:
The one area that Maple Leaf did consistently fall short of expectations is they NEVER cleared the snow in front of the mail boxes. This needs to be addressed in the future. This might have not been included in the contract but should be in the future. Again a safety issue.
on a grading scale of A,B,C,D,F. I give Maple Leaf a C.
It would have been higher(B) if the mailboxes had been cleared. And if the South hill outlots had been given the attention required an(A).

Have used Maple Leaf for a number of years for total lawn care. Have had good results and became personally involved with their Management. They are Professional and knowledgeable and have visited my property for periodic assessments for additional seasonal actions.

They dropped our Association the morning before a winter storm was forecasted because we were too "nitpicky" - they didn't want to clear the bottom of driveways after plowing. Can't recommend.

I spoke with a courteous person on the phone who took my detailed info regarding my query into snow removal services. He assured me an estimator would reach out to me within days. No one did. So I called the company, leaving a message clearly indicating my query, my previous phone call with their associate, and my contact information. It has been weeks and still no response. If this is indicative of their communications and service, then I suppose I am glad I was not able to engage their services.

The work that Maple Lead did was good. The initial follow up was not there, however we contacted again in the summer and they responded and are going to take care of a few things.

They do a good job on our many shrub and flower beds. If we have any concerns they are very prompt at addressing them.

Service prompt. Price reasonable. Work fast and professional. Would use their services again.

I've used Maple Leaf for several years for snow removal. They are reliable and timely coming early in the morning when there is a storm and later in the day if there is additional snow.

I had an appointment and visited the site. Arranged for an estimate for the landscape work. At the site visit it was noted that a natural retaining wall created by a different company on new construction was beginning to fail. I too had notice the shifting. Maple Leaf redid the wall and moved it back to then start the stone patio space. Everything has stayed in place just like when it was new! Excellent workmanship. Excellent response to calls.
