Took down 2 fairly large mulberry trees. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up completely. Fair price and professional crew.

Their amazing customer service and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air! Pam and Hope were amazing and helpful on the phone. Mike was super helpful and responsive with our weird requests. We had a huge section of our tree fall on our powerline in our backyard. Hooper corporation cut it down and left a huge mess in our yard and Accurate came and cleaned it up for us and even wrote the quote in a way that it would be easier to deal with insurance. Thank you so much!

Accurate Tree Service came and removed a large dead tree in my backyard that was somewhat close to the house. They did a phenomenal job, very quick and left it looking great. They also grinded up the stump and you can't even tell there was a tree there! Really good work, nice guys working there too. Would recommend to others.

Mike, Hope, and the work crew at Accurate Tree Service were absolutely wonderful. Their estimate to trim trees back from the house and remove one tree was very clear and offered numerous options. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. Note to readers: you never want to have a raccoon problem. The crew was in the middle of cleaning up when we decided to have additional work done on one of the trees they had worked on. They were not the least bit upset, quoted us a good price for the additional work and completed it quickly. Clean up was thorough.

Several weeks later, after trying unsuccessfully to remove the stump for the tree they cut, I called to see if they could grind the stump. The original estimate was $15 for this work. Remove it myself? Am I cheap or what. When I called, Hope said the minimum charge for stump grinding was $60, but that she would check with Mike. She checked and Mike Okayed doing the work, when a crew was in the area for other work, for the $15.

They came out to give an estimate for one tree trimming and removal of two bushes and grinding of those stumps. When they gave the estimate, they included a bush we wanted to keep. They marked them with different ribbons. I confirmed in my email and they called to confirm that they were only removing the ones we wanted. When they came out to do the work they removed all the bushes! After I contacted them that day I was promised that Mike would contact me, but he did not. I had to contact them again and Mike seemed not too concerned and told me we could take $100 off our bill or he could go to the store and buy a $10 bush and plant it for us. I could not have been more offended. This was a full grown established bush that was not in a spot that was replaceable. He requested I email him with our decision, which I did a week later and never got a response. Instead, I got billed in full! After another round of phone calls, I was done with this company and will never work with them again. I was able to get money off my bill, but was left with a bush that was taken down but still sticking out of the ground by inches since they would never come back to make it right.

Kyle and his crew did an excellent job carefully removing two tall ash trees while avoiding any damage to our rooftop solar panels. The site clean-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend their services.

Accurate Tree Service did an excellent job trimming our beloved oak tree. The found a way to make it look attractive and they saved much more of the tree than I had asked them to trim away. Also, they had the had the best price. When they left the yard was clean and barely a sign they had been there.

On April 5, Kyle and Colby came to my property to saw off several dead branches of a large elm tree, as well as trim several other bushes.

They did an excellent job. They were competent ,knowledgable, friendly, cleaned up and left the garden in the condition they found it.

I will not hesitate to recommend your company and will certainly use your services in the future, especially if I can have the same team again!

Ended up stopping in last week for a couple of question regarding some trimming and was greeted with a warm welcome. Got all the answers I needed!

Used Accurate Tree Service to finish taking down and removing a tree that MG&E cut down in our back yard. They were super responsive, friendly, professional and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the service, and all the people were really great to work with. Price was reasonable also. We will absolutely use them again if we ever need tree work in the future.

I am amazed by the outstanding service of this company. I removed a boxelder that was lining toward my roof. They were the first to give a quote, but I missed the email. Their quote was considerably cheaper than others.. They arrived earlier than expected, and I was concerned about some newly planted perennials.. They refrained from stepping on anything I had just planted, and I didn't say or ask anything!! Few people would have been so caring. The guy who cut the tree was powerful and not sure how he held those heavy stumps! They cleaned up everything. I already referred them to friends and co-worker. I definitely keep this company on the book! Professional, precise and good value!

They removed two large trees and pruned two others. A lot of the work was done over my roof and also over cables connected to my house. I was impressed by how Mitch made complex cuts and still prevented any damage to my home.
And they quoted the job well below any of the other companies I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mike and team performed an awesome job of stump grinding for a tree in my backyard. Everything from getting an estimate till payment went smooth. Estimate was very detailed and cost was listed per task which was very helpful to pick what i needed. Very easy to get the work scheduled and they accommodated my time while rescheduling as I was not able to complete the prep work before grinding. Pam and Hope from front office were very helpful in coordination and communication. The rates from Accurate is very reasonable and i would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a tree service.

When a storm hit our neighborhood, my wife and I awoke to three big trees across our driveway and a huge branch on the roof of our house. By incredible luck, we had already arranged an appointment with Accurate for trimming services that day. They not only kept the appointment, but managed to clear the driveway and the roof within two hours! The crew leader Mitchell and groundsmen Patrick and Colby were absolutely fantastic, and the price was extremely reasonable. We don't' know what we would have done without them. We have had a lot of work done by Accurate Tree Services recently, including tree and shrub trimming, tree removal and stump grinding. Everything has been done professionally and as we requested. The clean up was amazing. The crews each time are friendly and have done a great job. We will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Accurate/H&H treated and removed some trees from our property. Very happy with the service, from William the sales rep to the office staff to Mitch and his team who did the work. They are very knowledgeable and demonstrated through our interactions that they truly care about customer satisfaction.

Both the tree removal and the stump grinding crews were knowledgeable, efficient and personable. They cleaned up well. First class job!

Accurate just did a subpar job for us. When pruning our front maple, they trimmed off some limbs, but they didn’t thin it out or cut off any of the leaflets growing from the branches. They did not put down grass protection, so the machines ended up killing the grass along the side of our yard. When they went into the backyard to cut your limbs off of our neighbors tree, my husband directed them to go around to his yard because we had permission and sent them a picture of the neighbor’s agreement. Instead, the crew decided to cut through our padlock on the back of our gate without notifying us. We have to have locks on the gate because we have a pool so this definitely was not a great idea! For the amount of money we paid for this job I would recommend going to Boley instead. I even reached out to the office in hopes that somebody would contact me to talk about the service and nobody did.
