Excellent service, we have had both plumbing and HVAC services. From the initial phone interaction to the end everyone has been very organized and great customer service. Kevin P. was amazing. Kyle who handling the plumbing was great.

Had Todd H out to perform a furnace tune up today, explained what tests he was performing and why. Very experienced tech. Was great interacting with our dog as well.

Nick was super nice, very informative, took the time to make sure everything was running smoothly and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was very impressed. Everyone we have met at Theielmann has been awesome.

The scheduling process was easy. I was reminded both via email and text. The technician arrived within the stated window. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered my questions and provided a synopsis when he was done. I would highly recommend this individual and the company.

We had are furnace cleaned and check today. The service technician ( Jeremy Burkhardt) he was so very kind and knowledgeable. His work was very detailed he did answer all questions I asked him. I do highly recommend this company and technician Jeremy.

Juan and his crew arrived early AM to install our furnace, thermostat, and air conditioner. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and tidy! They introduced themselves at the door so we knew who was working in our home which I appreciated. They listened to my concerns, and once they were done installing the units, they were super thorough with explaining how everything should work. Juan walked us though how to set up the new digital thermostat, our warranties, and our paperwork. The whole process took about 6/7 hours which felt pretty quick for such a big job. I appreciated the service and would recommend them to other homeowners!

Kevin P was very courteous, friendly and professional. He cleaned and repaired my furnace, and installed a new thermostat per my request. He took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat, explained its functions and answered all of my questions concerning additional maintenance. Price was very fair and will use The Thielmann Group again in the spring for AC.

Shane P was just at my home. He did a great job with the Furance tune up and giving us information we needed on an AC unit. Very professional, efficient, and helpful. Thank you!

I am incredibly impressed with the HVAC installation service provided by Thielmann Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. From the initial consultation with Dave, to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. It’s important to note that after 3 different quotes, Dave was the only one that immediately identified a 13 inch rip in the duct work, which was emitting Carbon Monoxide when the furnace was running. Big shout out to Dave!!

The technicians were amazing, especially Jim K. They arrived right on time and were very professional and courteous throughout the day. They took the time to explain every step of the installation, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with the process.

Excellent service. Left our home better and more efficient then it was before. Installed a new AC unit and smart thermostat. Replaced the old, crooked concrete slab outside for the new AC to rest on. Ran all new electrical and coolant lines. Repaired shoddy duct work leftover from a furnace installed by a different company. (So they actually redid / repaired work that should have been done right the first time.) Very satisfied. Good customer outreach and communication.

Dave, with Thielmann heating and cooling did an excellent job installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were prompt, neat and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased.

The men from Action Plumbing who put in our water heater were wonderful. They were prompt, thorough, and cleaned up behind themselves. Plus they were friendly and nice.

We recently had Josh frim Thielmann Heating& Cooling take care of our yearly maintenance on our furnace. Josh was very thorough and was able to give my husband a fee tips. He arrived on time and was great with communicating when he would arrive. We gave used Thielmann for years and will continue to do so.

Andy is the best! So friendly, very thorough and explains everything in a way that is understandable for someone not in his field. Thanks for all of your help. We lost our water heater in the floods and they installed a reciprocating device, removed the water softener and converted our system to a tankless system.

Our air conditioner stopped working about a week ago, along with our furnace. I called to have Thielmann come out and check it out, thinking we’d need all new appliances as they are very old. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days and the person who took my call was friendly and informative.
Fast forward to today when Kevin from Thielmann came out to our house- fast, friendly, reasonably priced…and let’s just say we didn’t need new appliances and everything is working now! So relieved- and that is priceless. Thank you Thielmann!!

Hayden did a great job installing my new AC system. Very knowledgeable and courteous. And Jason who came out initially and evaluated my system was very helpful in discussing options and assisting me with the best choice for my home. The Costco rebate is a wonderful feature. I know Costco vets their vendors very carefully.

Technician showed up when promised and diagnosed our problem promptly. Pointed out a couple other issues that may need addressing. The work has yet to be completed so will comment on the quality of the work when completed.

Edit! Our work was completed today by Andy. He did a great job replacing a nasty section of very old pipe.
Very neat and quality work. He cleaned up the area better than we would have expected. Very congenial and prompt. This was our first experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. We would highly recommend.
