Highly recommend Matt and his team to everyone we know! They've redone our whole hvac system in our 1960's home as well as helped move registers during bathroom remodels. They're friendly and hardworking- quick to return calls- It's an all around great company!

Place is awful. Had my furnace kick out inconveniently tonight (Saturday), and when I called the service person (Brandon) told me it might be best if I wait until Monday. I said, I'd rather not considering how cold it is. But he was reluctant to commit to coming out to fix it. What?! Then he asked me where I got the number to call, and I said it's on a sticker right there on my furnace - that YOU GUYS installed. Then he asked when it was installed, and I told him it was around 2021 or 2022, right when I bought the house from the previous owner. He told me any warranty coverage on the furnace only applied to the original owner of the home. Again - WHAT!?!? So yeah, avoid these jokers.

They were very polite and after installation was complete everything was cleaned up.

We just had the Competitive crew install 4 mini-split heads in our very old house. It's built on a dirt crawl space with no way of putting in a regular AC system with ducts. I thought it would take a couple days! Luckily the weather was good- they began around 0800 and were done that afternoon! They’ve only been up a couple days, but the units are really quiet. The crew is friendly, conscientious, and they really know their stuff. Luckily, we got a good explanation of using the remotes because the users “guide” is fairly useless- and there are sooo many ways these units can be set up and fine tuned—amazing. So, after 40 years in ‘this old house’ without AC and 2 big ‘ol propane stoves to heat it, this is such an improvement! We’d definitely recommend Competitive H & C any day.

We have used Competitive Heating & Cooling since they installed the system in our new house. Every year we enroll in the maintenance plan which provides checks and regular maintenance to make sure on our central air and our heating is in great working order. We receive text reminders to set up our appointments and they are easy to schedule with. Mary and our tech (Matt?) are very professional and helpful! We couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

Kyle did a great job adding heating ducts and cold air returns in my lower level just before my holiday gathering. He was timely and cleaned up completely before he left. He also showed me how everything was installed and how to close off the heat if I didn't want it on downstairs when not in use. I have used this company previously and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very pleased with the team that installed my furnace and AC. They were there for me the very next day that my furnace went out and did an amazing job cleaning up. I couldn't even tell that they had been in my basement. Will definitely recommend them!
