Very nice and thorough with the best suggestion to keep our barn warm and everybody safe from a failing furnace. Came out the same day we called as well. Really seems to care about the customer.

Worked with Brent Snow from the company. He Responded immediately to our call when our a/c went out on a hot day. Gave timely service, options, clear and transparent communication and prices. No hidden costs at end. Very easy to work with. They even reached back out to us several days after our a/c repair to make sure it was still running good and had no issues. Would highly recommend.

A+++++ , Outstanding, Above & Beyond is what Brent Snow and is son at Absolute Comfort did for me on my boiler system tonight. I called Brent on a Sunday and he scheduled to arrive the next day. Brent arrived on time, diagnosed my problem and gave me a proper quote. He scheduled to come back the following day to fix my issues with newly acquired parts. I was given high quality electric space heaters for my home to last the night. The following day Brent again arrived on time and started repair. My home unfortunately has some quirks, and weird issues with the boiler system. This resulted in some unplanned excessive bleeding of the system along with other things. Thankfully Brent was so knowledgeable he was able to work around everything. I was kept informed the entire time on what was being done, and given proper advice on maintenance. Brent and his son are very personable and very easy to talk to.

Brent stayed until the job was done which ended up being late (past 8pm started about 3pm ). I believe Absolute Comfort’s work and prices are honest. I was NOT charged more than the original quote in the end. I decided to take a chance with this business because I like to support locally & I am glad I did. Extremely professional, and friendly all around. This is the place to go for your heating and cooling needs. I will be contacting Absolute Comfort in the near future to replace my air conditioner next. It’s great to a have a reputable, reliable source like this in the Waterford area. Thank you 👍

Brent Snow (owner) was kind enough to take my call when our AC went out. He tried helping me for 30min over the phone before we both realized his services were needed in person.

Brent came out and troubleshoot our smart thermostat and fixed a part of the condenser unit the next day and restored AC back to our house!

He's genuine, well spoken, explains what he's doing and made sure to answer all of our questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he's extremely thorough. He found some fallacies from the last contractor we had out and found a remedy.

I would absolutely recommend him and his team. He was quick to respond and his costs were reasonable. We felt like we were in good hands.

Service was great. I needed a new furnace and decided to replace A/C at the same time. Absolute Comfort loaned me three electric heaters to keep us warm until the new furnace could be installed. They paid attention to details. Brent even made a suggestion to help us improve our tankless hot water heater system.

I was really happy with the response time from Absolute, my furnace wasn't working and it was really cold out. They got over right away and checked things out, got my heat going, and set me up for a new furnace as soon as they good. Great experience!

Previous review: Brent was extremely professional and knowable about my A/C and furnace. He was able to correct the issues I was having and now my A/C and furnace is working better than ever. I would strongly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone, and I will use them again for maintenance, repair and new service.
