Excellent service and clean install. Very happy going into the winter with our new furnace. And our 98 year old home finally has central air.

Kyle installed a new water heater and replaced a leaking faucet for the washing machine. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. When done he took me around and explained what he did. I'm very happy with his work.

Josh is amazing and very knowledgeable. He helped us understand our thermostat and high efficiency system. We just moved into this house and wanted the AC system checked out. Josh was very helpful and we are requesting the company to only send him in the future.

The communications were great with reminders ahead of our appointment day as well as the day of service. Josh called to let us know he was on his way and how long before he would arrive. The message from the company with Josh’s picture as well as information about him and his interests is very helpful. Made us feel like we knew him already. We highly recommend Thielmann and especially Josh!

Kevin C. showed up right on time. Within a matter of a couple of hours our old furnace was gone and a new furnace was installed. It’s working beautifully and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent service.

I had my central air installed by The Thielmann Group and the entire experience was outstanding. I called on a Monday to request a quote for a new air conditioning unit, and they were able to come out that same afternoon. By the end of the visit, I had a complete quote in hand and the installation scheduled for Wednesday of that same week.

Mike, James, and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. On installation day, the team arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Aron did a great job of servicing or heating and cooling system. He was on time, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I have had Aron and the Theilman group do multiple projects for me. I have been satisfied with there work. The sales guy Dave is excellent. The office person Micha is excellent to talk to on the phone and great at helping schedule service work and repairs.

I had JoshV.D.H come out to the house today for a quick service call. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. He took the time to answer my questions and quickly fixed my issue. Josh did a Great job.

Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. The crew was on time, fast friendly and did such a clean install that we still go downstairs just to look at how much nicer it looks than our last furnace!

Brandon came out on a holiday evening to make sure we had heat for our family. He was extra considerate and explained exactly what the problem was and what he did to solve it.

I had no heat on a cold stretch, service was here within a half hour. Parts were needed and service drove to get them (Milwaukee). Just glad the parts were available!
Service was thorough and followed through.
Everything was under warrenty, with no charges for me.
