The techs were on time and were down to earth friendly and got the job finished promptly.

Drew was great. Very knowledgeable and very nice and easy to talk to he doesn't give you the runaround like these other companies do straightforward into the point while being very polite. In my opinion this company really cares about their customers and what's best for their needs and they don't nickel and dime you. I would recommend Drew and Absolute Comfort to any and everyone.

Needed an AC unit replaced. Had a quote from a different place but they didn’t carry the unit I felt comfortable with. Absolute did so I went with them. Excellent to deal with, great communication and all the details on what they would need to do. They went above and beyond with no issues. Highly recommend you give them a call.

Had issues with my AC in September, Brent resolved the issues and got the unit going quickly. Discussed my existing HVAC system at that time, since it was 24 years old. Received a quote for replacing the complete system. Brent was very responsive in answering any questions that I had. Had a new system installed and am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend Absolute Comfort.

From the time Brent showed up at our house to the time the installers finished it was an amazing experience. Our furnace went out on a weekend and Brent offered to bring heaters immediately...outstanding. The installers were clean, kind, and helpful. Just had the AC tuneup. Outside unit sooooo dirty. Drew got everything cleaned up, replaced a component that was destined to fail due to damage, and even checked air flow through the house. Can already feel a difference. Will save money on cooling this summer for sure.

Brent does an amazing job! Our ac unit stopped working and with it being in the 90s all week we needed our air fixed asap. He didn’t even hesitate to come out. He showed up at 9:30pm and dint get done until after 10:30pm and our AC is WORKING and it’s COOLER than I have ever felt. Not only that but he was very kind, honest, caring, and professional. Spent less than 30 minutes at my house as they were there to provide quotes for four different projects. Was able to diagnose and give me cost effective solutions to try before repairs/upgrades to the home.

I called and was able to get an appointment right away for a servicing of my air conditioning unit. Upon meeting Joshua he was able to do the inspection and replace the capacitor right away. On the same day. In addition to that the unit that controls the temperature dial in the house that had been low battery forever (Joshua changed the battery at no extra cost) super professional, nice nice person. That’s 10/10 business. I was able to actually get a lot of good info on the air conditioning unit and how to maintain it. Now it’s working much better. Thankyou team.

One year old furnace has needed several repairs/ house calls. Woke up this morning to no heat and inside temperature at 48 degrees. Technician Erik arrived, introduced himself and set to work. After an hour of troubleshooting he explained what he had ruled out and where he was heading next. His work was measured, logical, and professional. He assured me he wasn’t gonna leave til he figured it out. Half hour later he identified the problem and the furnace came to life. If you’re experiencing furnace problems and Erik arrives, you will be in good and competent hands. Bonus points: he’s a gentleman, too. And ask him about his 3 year old son and his Rottweiler. Erik is the kind of guy I would want working for my own company.

Provided excellent service, thorough and explained what needed to be done. Heat back on, I have peace of mind. I’m switching to Absolute Comfort HVAC for my heating and cooling. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort.
