Had our first service call with Milestone yesterday. I decided to bag the previous contractor we had been using because I got tired of dealing with rude tradesmen, including the owner. The work this firm did was okay, but for what they charged, I expected better treatment. Well, Milestone answered that call. I had read a short article about them in Family Handyman magazine a year or so ago, and thought that I would give them a go.

They were quick to respond to our situation and the guys they sent out worked hard, were personable and did a really good job. While they didn't make much of a mess, the cleanup was so thorough, that you'd never have known they were here. I'll be using them from now on.

I’ve used Milestone plumbing on a couple of occasions and they alway do a phenomenal job. The service is great. Recently i had my garbage disposal removed. The gentlemen who arrived explained what they needed to do. Gave me the options I had and explained each option. I have been nothing but pleased with their service and workmanship. They are my go to company for my plumbing needs.

Josh did an outstanding job at our home..he took care of two plumbing problems almost effortlessly. Will definitely call Milestone again and will recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done in their home

In the past I have worked with milestone through work. In my opinion they are the best in Wisconsin. Therefore I always told myself if I need plumbing done in my house they are the ones I want. I contacted Jess and told her the issue and what I wanted to do! (Repipe the whole house) She was more than accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. A couple days later two plumbers came over to do an estimate, they were nothing but friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, were willing to talk about issues that could arise, and did not try to oversell anything. Then they were able to come to do the work quicker than expected! They were efficient, clean, and communicated with me if something was an issue. I was very please with the outcome of this project. I tell everyone Milestone is the way to go! They hold themselves to a very high standard and back up their work! Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again in the future!

updated 12/11/24. We have now used Milestone for 3 additional projects. All of their technicians have done outstanding work. It's great to have a trusted plumber to call on when needed. They go above and beyone. Would highly recommend.

Alex at Milestone Plumbing was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and walked me through all the things he was doing and made sure I understood and answered any questions I had in detail. He was mindful to stay within the time frame so that we weren't over charged for additional time/labor and I was charged under what was quoted. He gave recommendations to ensure the problem we were having would hopefully not happen again. Overall, we had a great experience with Milestone Plumbing from start to finish and I would def. use them again/ recommend them!

We had Milestone Plumbing reinstall our toilet that was originally improperly installed by another plumber when we finished our basement and added a bathroom recently and they did an amazing job! Our plumber Jason was thorough and professional and did an excellent job for us. I only wish I had known about them sooner and had them do ALL of the plumbing work for our remodel. It would have been done right the first time without a doubt. A++++ company!

We just used Milestone Plumbing again and they did another 5⭐️ job for us installing a Moen Smart Faucet for us in the kitchen and fixing some of the drainage line at that location as well. Jason was our plumber once again and he did a terrific job for us. I would recommend Milestone for any plumbing issues you may need help with!

I cannot say enough good things about Milestone Plumbing. Every single person on their team is absolutely wonderful. I’ve used them 3 times now and have had different techs each time and they’re all so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine ever using another plumber. 10/10 would recommend.

James did a fabulous job installing an RO filter for me. The entire process of working with Milestone was amazing! The communication, appointment set up, and the actual work that was done was very professional and left me feeling extremely satisfied as a customer. We have battled toilet issues for over 9 months and the staff at Milestone has been nothing short of awesome. Allie kept us informed on the status of the part we were waiting for, and Adison, Josh, and Tyler all were professional, informative, and provided high-quality service while at our condo. Fantastic company! We had a pipe leaking in our house and called Milestone. The after hours technician was extremely knowledgeable and helped us weigh our options. They ended up coming out first thing the next day and took care of the issue. Will definitely use them again.

Today I had a plumbing backup at one of my rental properties and called them. Alex Roloff and a shadower came out about an hour later and quickly got to work. After pulling a bunch of tree roots and unclogging my floor drain the water quickly went bye bye.

Alex gave me some reccomendations to ensure this doesn't happen again. So all in all from the freak out phone call from a renter, to the problem being solved was about 3 hours. I would strongly recommend Milestone and their team in the back office. They come out and do what they say and for a less $$ than what I had thought. Awesome service, Alex & helper guy. Thank you so much.

On time, polite, careful around our two cats, and fixed the issues with my leaking toilets and palmer valves very quickly! Will be using them for everything going forward! 10/10

Our garbage disposal stopped working. We have a home warranty who put in an order to Milestone. They called me within an hour and was scheduled within 3 business days. James came out, was extremely professional, and replaced it all within one hour. I didn't have to wait for parts or a new disposal, he had one with him. I was blown away with the service and how quickly it was all taken care of. I highly recommend using Milestone Plumbing.

Extremely professional and quality work. Hired to install a garbage disposal where none had been, which required modifying the existing DWV line. Office was responsive with quote and scheduling. Technician explained everything each step of the way. Price was reasonable—not the cheapest by any means, but plumbing isn’t something to skimp on IMO. Inspection passed no issues. Highly recommended.

I’ve never done a review but the service I received warrants one now. A friend recommended them to me and he was right about their great customer service. They were understanding of my tough work schedule and worked out a time that my son would be here to let them in. Kevin called as promised when he was on the way. As he was working on the leaking pipe he was here to replace my son mentioned what my husband was trying to fix that led us to discover the leak. Kevin offered to look at the drain plug to see if it would be reasonable to replace it so my husband wouldn’t have to finish it. He quoted a price still in range of the estimate I had received when I scheduled the appointment. Kevin gave my son a minute to call and check with me and ended up also fixing the drain stop for us. My son raved at how kind Kevin and the young man with him were. My only regret is that we didn’t get the name of the woman who helped me with scheduling the appointment and we never got the name of the young man that arrived with Kevin. I would like to let all 3 of their supervisors know what great customer service skills they possess. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

My Universal Home Warranty uses Milestone Plumbing. I had them out a few times. Always on time. Job completion excellent. All plumbers have been professional and friendly

James, the technician you sent, was super!!! Got right to work after introducing himself, found the issue quickly and not only fixed it but replaced the parts in the tank for me. I asked about bathroom renovations and he was happy to give me the scoop! Everything was clean (including my floors because of the "booties" he wore in the house. Very pleasant and informative and I really like the personal story about James that you included when you notified me that he was in his way to my home. Milestone has always provided timely and quality service. Our plumber, Tyler, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, explained the issue to us and then completed the repair. Highly recommend Milestone
