We were extremely pleased with the service that Tuffy provided. They are professional and very nice people. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. They delivered as they promised on time and I highly recommend them. I wish the world have more people like them.

Had an issue with backed up plumbing and never had to call a plumber before. Tuffys helped me calm down and fixed the problem FAST. They are the nicest people and good at what they do!

George from Tuffy's came out to fix a slow drain in my bathroom. I was NOT optimistic at all, as I'd had another plumbing company attempt to fix the issue the prior week, as well as an additional person. When George arrived, I told him 2 previous ppl attempted to fix the issue. He then told me, "Well, you called the right person".....I appreciated his determination, however, I still wasn't optimistic. However, George told me he wasn't going to give up until he fixed it...... And he fixed it! He fixed it! He fixed it! Did I mention that he fixed it?????!!!!!!!!

Got the run around from a bunch of others company’s who all said I needed a pipe reloaded. Called Tuffys and Austin and Chris came out the same day and fixed my tub within mins and didn’t have to replace the pipe at all. Very fast, professional and affordable. I will definitely be using them from now on .

We called for emergency plumbing service at 8:30pm and Austin & Chris arrived within the hour. They found the problem right away and promptly fixed it. They were professional and thorough. We highly recommend them for plumbing service and we will definitely use them again for any future plumbing service we need.

We had gone through my home warranty twice for my basement sewer being backed up. They offered to have the first company come or to have Tuffys. I chose Tuffys because the first place came in September and this shouldn't be happening again! Tuffys came EARLY (awesome!) Fixed my issue in about 20 minutes!! So fast, stated it was probably never fixed correctly in the first place since the issue came back again so soon but who's to tell regardless. Austin cleaned up so nicely after as well!! We were informed incorrectly about so many things by the previous company & Tuffys knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Thanks again to Austin & Sherry for coming and helping & squeezing me in their schedule. With being a first time home owner with my fiancé they were so kind, on time & quick our minds were put at ease. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We called Chris the day of my mother's issue. Her toilet was backed up and she was having all types of plumbing issues. Chris and his assistant came out in the middle of a winter storm to assess her plumbing issues. Sherry who was in constant contact with myself and my mother (71 yrs. young) informed us of when Chris and his assistant would come out to her home to look at the problem. They were there in no time. They fixed the plumbing in the home and even went outside underneath her trailer. He informed us of the problems under ground which clearly can't be rectified until Spring given the harsh winter weather and that was out of their control. However, the did fix the inside plumbing within the mobile home. They explained everything to us and charged a reasonable amount for coming on such short notice and working in a snow storm. They were very polite and did what they could thoroughly informing us that they clearly couldn't fix what was wrong underground due to the harsh winter weather, however they stated they would come back to fix the issue underground when the weather had subsided. Top notch job and we will certainly call them again to come out. Fantastic people, responsive immediately and tell you what's happen in layman's terms. We will certainly recommend Tuffys to other's in need of plumbing repair or diagnostics.

I am very happy with the service I received. They were very nice and very professional. They knew exactly the issues and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I was really worried about the cost but it was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use Tuffy's again! Thank you.

I’ve used Tuffy’s services numerous times in the past but this time I had to call him for my own home on a Saturday. Even though his day was already pretty booked, he went out of his way and drove the hour and a half to come fix my problem. Not only is he very experienced and professional, he’s a great guy. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The guys came within the 1 hour window and the job was done with the quote they gave me. No complaints and I will call Chris and Austin without any hesitation. Good to see there are still honest family run small businesses that deliver as promise.

Chris and Austin came out and cleared a drain for me a few weeks ago. They're honest, hard working and fairly priced, not to mention really nice guys. Tuffy's Sewer and Drain was great. I called on a Saturday. After comparing the rate compared to three others Tuffy's pricing was so much reasonably than other sewer and drain company's. Made an appointment same day. Taffy came out within three hours and dealt with issue in a professional and timely matter. I definitely recommend Tuffy's.

I'm so grateful we called Tuffy's. Sherry was very helpful on the phone and in setting up the appointment. Chris and Austin came out to our house on New Years Day and cleared the house trap after two other companies had unsuccessfully tried to clear the line that week. They got the line cleared in a matter of minutes with and saved us from an extremely expensive house trap removal project. I highly recommend them based on this service.

We have been using Tuffy's Sewer and Drain for years now. Our plumber recommended them to us. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherry for 12/4/19. On 12/4/19 Sherry called me and said Chris and Andy may be a little late due to problems with their truck on 12/3/19, they were catching up. I thought that was very kind to call ahead to let us know. They did not arrive much past the time they had originally scheduled, which amazed me. When Chris and Andy arrived they cleaned three lines, two bathroom and our kitchen. They do a fantastic job and are very clean and neat!! Never a problem with a leak after they are done. Chris always explains and shows you what he is doing and how great the water flows once he is finished. Tuffy's is the only sewer and drain cleaning company we will use.

I called Tuffy's first thing in the morning (before their posted business hours) to schedule an appointment. Sherry was very helpful and polite on the phone and was able to accommodate me into their already booked schedule for the day. As promised Chris and Andy showed up this morning and got to work right away. They made it look pretty effortless running their equipment to clear out my sewer line (there were a couple of root balls clogging the line). Both Chris and Andy were very polite and talked me through what they were doing and what to do to help prevent future issues. Once finished with the work, they fully cleaned up the area near the cleanout where they were working. All said and done they were in and out within an hour. I hope that I do not have to call them again in an emergency situation, but definitely won't hesitate to do so if needed. I will be having them out annually to check out the line and make sure everything is as it should be.

Thanks again for fitting me into your full schedule last minute, I really appreciate it.

Well, I literally had a rag go down my bathtub drain, obviously it clogged. I called tuffys at 7:32PM and they gave a me a quote over the phone and Austin came right out, same night! He showed up at 8:05 and went right to work. He was quick, kind, efficient and most importantly, he fixed it! He was out the door by 8:35 pm! I paid the Same price that I was quoted over the phone and I have to say the service was awesome. It was quicker then ordering a pizza. Amazing service. I will call them again when I need a plumber. ☺️

Since moving in to a new-to-me condo 3 1/2 years ago, I disliked the newly installed sink and faucet. There was also a vintage 1998 toilet in the powder room that I could not get the hard-water & mineral build-up stains out of. This was the year to have all that updated. Alex from Milestone came out and measured everything then Scott sent proposals on the fixtures.

Yesterday, Evan installed everything. What a wonderful job he did!! He found that part of the sub-floor in the powder room had previously rotted away, and he fashioned supports to attach to the good parts of the sub-floor. It was a lot more work than I ever expected. I appreciated that he explained what he found and the solution for any problems that came-up.

He also identified a issue with the water shut-off valve for my unit that can be addressed later. I will trust Milestone for this project in the future!

From my first inquiry, Milestone was timely and able to give a quote through pictures which was convenient. Charlie and Evan installed a new kitchen sink today including a new faucet and water filtration system. They were timely, friendly and explained everything along the way. Awesome guys to work with and they took special attention to leave our kitchen in clean shape before leaving. Amount invoiced was spot on with the quote and reasonable for the job performed. Will definitely be using Milestone again!

Milestone Plumbing was outstanding. Excellent communication and they fixed a very tricky leak under a cement slab in the middle of the living area with minimal disruption. Jason, Evan and Tyler were all timely, knowledgeable and did a great job finding, fixing and cleaning up the mess.

This company has a 5 star rating on Google for a reason: They 100% deserve it. Plumbing techs are knowledgeable and not only get the job done quickly and efficiently, but also with expertise. I've had them come out for several jobs now and they've knocked it out of the park every single time. Their front-of-house staff is friendly and quick to help you get what you need. Would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I live in a house built in 1929 and have used Milestone Plumbing to complete major plumbing projects three times over the past 18 months. Each of the plumbers (Adam, Josh, and Alex) was excellent and knowledgeable. They clearly communicated what needed to be done and why and completed each job in a professional and timely manner. They also offered money saving tips and advice on how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Milestone and wouldn't consider using another company.
