Called in for me by another plumber who couldn't do the job that day, so others in the field trust him. Got right to work. Ran into a bump in the road (literally) but treated me fairly for pricing. The man who actually runs the show is a little difficult to understand but has a younger guy to help him. Highly reccomended; for him to be still going strong after his difficult journey... kudos!

Fast and efficient service! They cleaned up after themselves as well. Within 1 hour, my clogged drain was fixed! Austin and Chris did a great job!

Very helpful with fair pricing. Spoke with Sheryl who gave some much needed info to help us out. Other places i called were content to just set up expensive appointments without understanding the situation or giving any helpful advice.

Chris and his guys have worked on my houses, my in laws, and my own mothers. He is , without a doubt, the most honest and fair priced company you will find. Look no further if you want it done right!! Top notch!

Highly recommend Tuffy’s sewer and drain. I had a lot of plumbing issues that Austin and Chris took care of for me in just one morning. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job!!

I guess the 2 guys that were sent to do a 1 man job were nice. I would consider it extremely unprofessional to reschedule me 4 times though. When called the day of the 4th appointment, "they forgot and can't make it till next week sometime" I took off work for 3 days now because I'm not going to let strangers in my house. Completely unreliable and unprofessional employees.

Owner of Tuffy's came out right away, even though it was a snow storm. Him and his helper did an excellent job.
Very professional, courteous and a very fair price also.

I had two guys come out today Chris and I’m not sore the other guy , Andy or AARON. Anyways very nice and polite . They cleaned out our stack in the basement from a back up .The charge was a lot lower than some other places . I would recommend them and call on them again

Yesterday our son's drain in his basement backed up in the middle of the night. We called our warranty service and they put us in touch with Tuffy's and am I glad they did. They sent two fella's, Chris and Andy. Very courteous, knowledgeable guys. They found the problem right away (tree roots) and totally cleaned the drain.
My son has cancer and has just had surgery. The last thing he and his family needed was to not be able to use any water. My hat's off to this Company and their staff (Sheri). And I Salute these two technicians, Chris and Andy. GREAT JOB!

I would absolutely recommend Tuffy's Sewer & Drain. My drain pipes in the kitchen and basement had to be re-routed. Very professional and just nice people to work with. Very respectful of your home, clean up, "immaculate" All my future plumbing needs will be handle by Tuffy's.

I had a plumber from Day and Night services come out and do half job on my sewage back up. Me being a first time home owner I had no idea. The sewage backed up 2 weeks later again, so saw Tuffy's Sewer & Drain on Google and thought I'd give em a shot. Tuffy's did a great job snaking my main sewer all the way to the street. They even explained what they were doing and charged me less than Day Night plumbing. I recommend Tuffy's...they are awesome and get the job done!

My home owners warranty hired Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain after the first plumber couldn’t get the job done. Austin and Chris fixed the problem, called to tell me they were coming, showed up on time and cleaned up. I’d definitely call them again.

The floor drain in our basement backed up after a load of laundry. After reading many positive reviews we went with Tuffy’s.

The following is a summary of our appointment. I will itemize my issues (there are many) for easier reading.

1. The two employees did not introduce themselves upon arrival.

2. The older employee was slurring his speech and could hardly walk. The company said (after the fact) that he has a disability, but he could easily have been mistaken for drunk. Disability or no, his condition affected his ability to do the work in a safe and efficient manner. I’m glad we weren’t paying by the hour.

3. This employee was so unsteady on his feet that he was holding onto the copper pipes in our basement ceiling and running into items in our basement. Our young son was interested in watching the work, but was sent upstairs for fear he would be injured by this employee.

4. The employees did not listen to my wife when she tried to tell them where the access pipe was. They proceeded to move boxes and items in our basement even after my wife asked them to stop. Communication may have been better had the older employee been able to speak clearly. The younger employee hardly spoke at all.

5. The younger employee dropped their large piece of gravy equipment halfway down our basement stairs.

6. The older employee began to cut the cap off our access pipes without asking if this was ok. My wife had to stop him to get an explanation. Clearly it needed to be done to complete the work, but again, he couldn’t communicate clearly. At $40 per cap, this is not something you just do without explanation.

7. After the employees left, I noticed a large puddle in our driveway. Upon closer inspection, it was URINE. We have a dog, but he does not urinate in that quantity, much less on the driveway. I smelled it. I’m positive it was HUMAN URINE, in the location of the work truck door. The only explanation I can think of is that one of the employees pissed in our driveway. Perhaps it wasn’t overtly malicious...perhaps one of the employees pissed their pants. I’m more inclined to believe that they used a bottle to piss in while on the road, and decided to dump their piss in our driveway. Regardless, this is inexcusable.

8. I wanted to contact the company the evening of our appointment, but my wife, who was visibly upset over all of this, said she would contact the company the following day after she had time to calm down. When she called, we were berated for not being more understanding of the older employees condition. No apologies. Only unkind words.

In summary, the work that needed to be done was eventually completed, but our experience with the employees was poor. The employees that did work for us were bumbling, at best. The word I’m more inclined to use is “incompetent.” Were a simple disability the only issue, I might be able to give a more positive review, but I cannot overlook the safety issues, the lack of communication, or the PISS in our driveway. On top of it all, the company was not able to offer an apology. Would not recommend.

Chris was great! They got to the problem quickly and efficiently. I was an escalated service request... they jumped through hoops to get to me same day.... When my tenants made entry difficult, Tuffy's hung in and waited for me to arrive. Joe Massimino

I was recommended to have Tuffy’s come camera my in-ground downspout drains before getting new gutters and I’m so glad I did! Chris and Austin came over with their high-tech drain camera and found out that one of my underground pipes was broken. Austin came back and dug out the broken pipes and replaced them with all new fittings. Super happy with the work, sump pump barely runs now. Thank you Tuffy’s!

I have been utilizing Tuffy’s for years and I have never been disappointed! They are fast efficient and clean. Most importantly the job is always done right the first time, no need for unnecessary follow up visits.

Great company with great employees! Chris and Austin came out and were able to unclog my sewer after i had another company come out that couldnt get the job done! They were very nice and explained to me exactly what was going on.They also cleaned up good after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Tuffy's was fantastic in accommodating in our families needs because of a condition in our home. They had no problems being understanding and doing what needed to be done to make our daughter feel at ease with someone having to come into our home. This morning I woke up to discovered that my basement floor drain was blocked up with raw sewage and had filled the basement floor. Frustrated, scared, and confused, I called my home warranty company who put me in touch with Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain. Sherri from sewer and drain called me. She was polite, professional, and very friendly. She scheduled my appointment for tomorrow at 11 am. I told her I had a small child at home and and my water was shut off. Hearing the desperation in my voice, she called back and told me her husband had a soft spot for children and he would be at my home shortly after 6 pm. At 6:15, her husband and her son Chris arrived at my home. When they arrived, they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They answered all my questions. Within 20 minutes, the work was completed efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up the sewage and they cleaned up behind themselves; you would not have even known they were there! They had done an outstanding job! I would never go with any other company. Thank you Tuffy’s sewer and drain for being compassionate in my time of need.

Austin came to my home and go to work right away keeping me informed on what was going on. He did a fantastic job for me. Very professional and affordable. I recommend Tuffy’s to anyone with plumbing problems.
