We recently completed a major plumbing project at our house. Milestone was thoughtful and courteous throughout the entire process, including my indecisiveness.

When the work began, Jason walked us through every step of the project and was able to answer all of our questions. The communication and patience was greatly appreciated. Jason and Phillip were diligent in the work, professional and completed the work on time and for less than the initial estimate.

After the job completed, Jason walked us through the scope of the work and explained the nuances of the changes. This extra step was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

Milestone was fabulous from the very beginning! I emailed for information and they allowed me to email photos of what I needed done in order to give an estimate via email. This saved a lot of time to be able to do it this way. They quickly made an appointment and the plumber was right on time. The main thing we needed done was to replace the utility sink and faucet due to a leaking faucet. The plumber, Adam, was amazing and actually went above and beyond (with our permission first of course) to rework my basement laundry area to make it so much more efficient and useable. My washer and dryer used to be across the room from each other and he took the time to reroute some pipes and get my dryer next to the washer with the doors facing the right way! He also made it so the washer empties right into the plumbing system instead of into the utility sink which is also super convenient and less messy. I was astonished when I got home on how good it looked compared to before. Thanks for the amazing service and for thinking outside of the box to improve my basement. See before and after photos! Jason was at my home today for drain cleaning, and he also changed a faucet on my stationary tub (I've had a perpetual leak ... not anymore!!!). He was prompt, kind, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. I look forward to having him back in several months for a new sump pump and back up pump! While Jason was here, I also had a general contractor at my home who only had good things to say about Milestone Plumbing and the owner, Jessie. Milestone has a new "forever" customer! I can’t say enough good things about Milestone Plumbing!

A competitor (Austin) diagnosed a major issue and quoted me $25,000, saying they’d need to tear up my finished basement and bathroom to fix it. Tyler from Milestone came out, and within a short time, he was able to clear about 98% of the clog — something Austin claimed couldn’t be done.

We ended up repairing only a small section inside a closet, at roughly one-tenth the cost of the original quote. Milestone was honest, professional, and incredibly fair throughout the process.

From Allie in customer service to Tyler the technician, everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution — not just the most expensive one.

Really great experience with Milestone! I emailed with Allie to set up an appointment, she was quick with responding and let me know what to do to get someone out. Dan called before arriving to ask if I was ready for him and arrived at the time I scheduled, I didn't need to wait around at all for him to get here. He answered any questions I had and was very friendly and communicative with what needed to be done. He replaced the kitchen sink and told me what he did and what I needed to know with the new sink. He also cleaned up the work area very well too. I'll be using them again for any plumbing services I need done in the future. Thank you Dan, Allie, and Milestone!

Milestone Plumbing donated a 40 gallon water heater to me and installed it after mine was destroyed in the August 9-10th storm. I lost everything in my basement. I am so thankful and grateful for this wonderful gift and I just wanted to express my gratitude. This selfless act has gained a customer. I will definitely patronize them in the very near future because I have some other work that needs to be done to prevent any future flooding in my basement.

This was one of the most impressive transactions I have had in the last few years. I called for an emergency water heater replacement, they were able to get me in asap. The discussed options and answered my questions about what was needed and what wasn't. They sent us a heads up when they were on the way with details about the plumber who would be doing the work. it made my wife much more comfortable staying home alone with the person. They were efficient and when I got home everything was right back to where it should be, no mess, no extra parts left around etc. If I could give more than 5 stars i would!

I had trouble finding honest, responsible, reasonable with good customer service plumbing company until I found Milestone Plumbing, by referral. Their customer serves not only good but exceptional. Their pricing is reasonable and they make suggestions if I miss something, which I really appreciate. Always answer your questions and give timeline. Great company!

Milestone is great! I was out of town when they came through to repipe my duplex and Jason made sure to give me a call in the morning just to triple check everything they planned to do. He gave great advice on how to achieve my end goal and the final invoice ended up being about $2k less than the original quote.

My friends who rent half of the duplex said Jason and his team were very kind and courteous when they came through to do their work.

We out a service inquiry in on a Sunday and the team replied early Monday AM and was on-site and installed water heater that day. They also address other issues we needed resolved. Our tech was Dan and he did excellent work and was very professional. He and Zach worked diligently to ensure all our needs were met.
