Technician informed me of services he would be doing. He also completed the job in professional manner.

Thank you Brandon for completing our service today. He waited until the rain storm slowed and then continued to perform the service even in the rain. He said it would be good to have the rain soak in the treatment. Thanks Brandon we appreciate you and I know the lawn does.

Terrible service, terrible communication, and sloppy work overall. I prepaid for services for a year and my yard looks significantly worse than it did before True Green got involved. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spend on the phone with their customer service over the past year about the poor results and nothing changed. I am so disappointed with this company and it’s unreal that my experience was this bad. I wish I never did business with this company. 0 stars.

This company is horrible about not showing up on schedule and not even the courtesy of calling you. I don't mean running late, I'm talking about not showing up at all. This is the 3rd time in a row that I was scheduled for an appointment, and they don't show up or call. Hopefully, the 4th time is a charm. Needless to say, I would not renew my service agreement once my current contract is up. The amount of no-show and no calls is overwhelming. Getting something scheduled is extremely frustrating, and I shouldn't have to waste my time and make so many phone calls just to get a service that I paid for.
UPDATE: Was scheduled for an appointment between 11-4pm today. They never showed up or called again. This is the 4th time in a row I had an appointment, and they don't show or call.
How can a business stay in business with this lack of customer care.

If I could give this company a -10 I would. Here is a picture of my monthly treated lawn. The guy comes out, runs a hose and spend less than 5 minutes. The nice green area beside my home is the UNTREATED grass the ugly burned looking grass in my front yard is what my $$$$ with this rip off company left me with. This after months of treatment.

She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions without it sounding like a manual she was reading from within her head. And she knew about the products she was using on my yard.

We highly recommend Trugreen for your lawn care needs. They are professional, reasonable and attentive to your horticulture needs.

Decided to check my camera during my last service, because my lawn’s weeds hasn’t gotten any better. As I watched the service tech spray my front yard very poorly, he never attempted to even go down my driveway to spray the backyard. So I went back in my house cameras archives, and seen it was poorly serviced the time before that. I been paying yearly for trugreen, but will find another provider very soon.

I believe Larry is doing a great job with improving our lawn. We talked today about adding a treatment of lime ? Can we make that happen ?

I gave them a try because of the deal. Like they always say, you get what you pay for. Worst my yard has ever looked. Good luck with understanding customer service over the phone. Also said a supervisor was supposed to get involved, never heard from anyone. Don't fall for the deal!

The young men that came and serviced my yard was nothing but professional, polite, and knowledgeable about their job. They did their job as if it was a pleasure to service our lawn. They treated it as if it was theirs.
I appreciate them for a job well done.

After only a couple of applications, my lawn has been thick, green, and lush. I have no brown spots on my lawn. TRUGREEN is the best lawn service I have ever had.

Poor customer service when you need to provide feedback to local service provider. Local service has worsened and customer service is based in Indianapolis, and cannot provide feedback locally in Alabama. Costs have had significant increases also. Typical company that has cut costs by nationally centralizing management and has no local presence other than service technician who provides service and provides no paperwork on what service was provided. Sad to see how this company has deteriorated.

Weeds in yard after treatment on April 21,2026.

Our Tru Green technician, Larry W., provided excellent customer service today. He assessed our lawn for problems with weeds and applied the appropriate treatment to combat the problem. Larry W. took time to explain to me why we have the problem with weeds and show me the difference between the different types of weeds that are affecting our lawn. We were very pleased with the service today.

We use TruGreen for mosquito control only. I really appreciate their great customer service. They're responsive and quick about it too. I just wish the mosquito control treatment they use was more effective as I get an exaggerated response to mosquito bites and I am unable to use mosquito repellents on my skin.

As a testament to their great customer service, 9 days ago today, they made a special trip because I called to say that a few days earlier I had seen the truck on my camera but the person never came to spray the back yard. They apologized and immediately scheduled a new trip. I happened to be outside as the person was on their way to spray the backyard so I verified that they had sprayed the front and sides of the house. He said he had.

Yesterday, eight days later, I was swarmed by mosquitos when I stepped on to the front porch to clean the windows making it impossible to complete the To Do I had planned for my day off work. My plan for today was to trim back my garden in the back yard but we could not stay out there for more than 5 minutes before we were bitten--my son had 12 bites around his ankles.

As much as I appreciate how nice it is to interact with their office, I will have to try my luck with a different company.

I appreciate that members of TruGreen is professional and courteous. My experience has been great.

Great customer service and the lawn looks great.

Had dollar spots throughout the lawn. Phone rep was reassuring it would be corrected, and fortunately a regular treatment was scheduled 2 days away. Treatment rep Billy was also reassuring that adding nitrogen would correct the problem; hopefully that will be the case. If not my experience has been that TruGreen will attack the problem if needed. Thank you
