Crew showed up and professionally cut two tall pine trees from my front yard and did not damage anything.

They was on time very professional they remove the tree remove limbs from another tree and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves this is the second time I use Eastern tree and I recommend them they do very good work

Awful charged 2.600.00 to remove tree. Dropped tree on deck took almost a month to fix. I had to call several times to get someone to come out and repair the deck. The man they sent out said oh I forgot about your deck. Had to redo it because he didn't repair it right. I will never use them again.Not even an apology.

Never !! will I ever!! refer or use this company services not even in life after death. I have came across some unprofessional businesses the past few years but this one just topped my list. I had an estimate to have a tree cut down in ( March currently) they scheduled the work for (April 5th) A month out..I waited patiently an entire month to have this tree cut..The day of the job, no one shows up!! No one calls, I called to see what was going on the lady said (carelessly)they moved my date to the (29th of April)because of all the insurance storm work. This company is being picky about which customers are important . By the time they provide me the service the tree would have done a cartwheel on my home by then..I've wasted an entire month waiting for this company services only to not be provided, I could have hired another company during that time. Now I still have this huge tree in my yard and back hunting for a company..NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, EVER!! But I know people still will...

Beware of this company! Large tree limb broke off tree and took down power line to house. Quoted $10,000 to remove fallen limb and remove remaing tree. Cost high due to Saturday service call. Asked them to just clear broken limb so line could be rehung and to come back during "normal" hours to finish job and remove temainder of tree. Quoted 4800. for job. Fallen limb removed, they never cleared debris from yard. Never came back to finish job but expected payment of 4800.00 just for cutting up fallen limb. Had two subsequent vendors come out to remove tree, quoted for 2000.00. Also asked estimate for work actually done by Eastern and was told it should have cost 1500-1800 to do work Eastern did, not 4800.00. At this point Eastern has sent workers to house to collect payment. They are also texting and calling harassing me. I suggested arbitration or file legal action to settle dispute. Insurance did provide payment for bill but I refuse full payment as entire job was not completed. Offered them fair payment for work actually done, as quoted by two vendors, but Eastern refused payment insisting full 4800. for job that should have only cost 1500-1800. Poor customer service, shady operstion.

Dont use them. Just look at the reviews.

Unprofessional. I used them as a sub contractor to haul debris on a very large job. The driver was over an hour late on the first day, they picked up the bulky debris, but left an unreasonable amount of smaller debris behind (enough that I had to go behind them and clean up and haul off another load) and they drove their massive tandem axle grapple truck through my client's grass after an overnight heavy rain leaving ruts in the lawn and slinging mud all over the VERY LARGE parking lot which they could have used to turn around instead. When I contacted their office to try to rectify the issues, they were unpleasant and made me feel like a nuisance rather than a customer. The one positive thing I can say is that they showed up. I won't be contracting with Eastern again.

Man, they did an outstanding job. Took out 7 trees.Great price.Another tree service quoted just 1000 cheaper for 2 trees. only problem i had i wanted their bobcat and they said i could have it for 90,000 lol. Everyone says they will use them if they need trees removed.

The salesman and I talked about using a crane because the tree was dead and hanging over the house. The crew comes out doesn't use a crane. The price we agreed upon was based on using a crane. They cut the tree up and leave it on my property for a month. They grind the stump two weeks later and leave the grindings on my property forever. The people at the office ask why did I not call about the crew leaving the tree cut up on my property. It's not my job to do your job and I live out of state so I did not even know it was there until the city is complaining. I talked to the owner and he's arguing with me about whether he provided good service or bad service.

These guys are amazing! The were quick to get to me and make sure everything was taking care of. Paul and his crew really went above and beyond on their service. The whole crew was so personable and kind. I couldn't ask for a better team to come out. If anything ever happens again. I will for sure call then first.

We contacted these people when a tree from our yard fell on our neighbors fence while we were out of town. While they showed up on time and cut the tree getting them to remove the tree and clean up was a hassle. They left the remains of the tree on not one but both of our adjoining neighbors lawns for a full week. Every time we would call we would get a different excuse. It was a schedule error. Then their truck broke down. They finally got around to it after 4 days of calling every day while we were on the road but our neighbors were understandably upset with the unnecessary damage to their lawns from having large logs sit around on their grass long after the job was supposed to be finished. Not to mention some of the wood wound up in the street causing traffic problems. They still charged us full price.

After that ordeal they had the stones to solicit a 5 star review. Well. Here’s our review.

Pedro and his crew are great. They were on time, professional, and very kind. He was very honest and answered every question, suggesting what I did and didn’t need. I highly recommend them!
