Working with an existing design, the folks at Hannah's provided us with beautiful, healthy plants and a professional crew to install them. Complete backyard project - amazing results.

Andy, the current owner, in my opinion is a very distant and aloof young man who comes across as having been rather sheltered in life. Unfortunately this seeming inexperience doesn’t really transfer well for him in interactions, at least not one on one. Frankly, I was very much turned off by him. Nobody wants to deal with someone who comes across as like a little boy playing adult; to give an example, almost like that type of male who, particularly in this generation of millennials, when you first walk up to greet him man to man, seems more interested in sitting there playing and fiddling with his little video games than being confident with himself and knowing how to interact with another man. It makes me not want to have anything to do with him.

Wide selection of plants at reasonable prices. Everyone is so friendly. Meg was very helpful! I highly recommend Hanna's.

It is a good place. Just bummed they didn't actually have any Iceberg Climbing Roses on hand even though their website said they had 5. They did have 5 Iceberg Bush Roses.
-
Wonderful place and workers. They have such a wide variety of plants and the staff is amazing if they don't know something there is always someone they can ask.

The Spanish people who work there were very helpful and pleasant. However the guys behind the register/ desk were rude to a customer and would not even come out from behind the counter to help him locate plants he was interested in. I have gone there for years but things have changed, I will not be back.

Was greeted immediately and given a golf cart lift to look at the sod I was seeking. They loaded my car for me as well. couldn’t have been a better experience- unless they had given the sod for free! 🤣

I am nearly 3,000 miles away and yet Meg and Hanna's were super-helpful in recommending a tree for my house back in Alabama. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Clearly they aren't accustomed to having patrons. I was the only car in the parking lot and as I walked to the front entrance I saw two individuals with "Hanna's Garden Shop" shirts on just hanging out. I thought, "Great! Maybe they can answer my question and point me in the right direction. As I approached them, they turned and headed inside. No, "May we help you?" or anything
I found them standing at the register and when I walked up they just stared at me. Still no words released from their mouths. I politely left. Why give my money to someone who clearly doesn't want it. -
A kid in a candy store!!! They have beautiful plants from palms to pansy. I'm I'm ngf non returning for a few monsters species (cant believe they had them) but today I got a few species of pepperomia, colocasia, and a neon pothos!! Considerably cheap for how large some are, the only things I wanted I didnt see were strings of hearts, pearls, and turtles. Favorite nursery I've ever been to

Like several said before me, NO help outside. I am 73 OLD lady. I put my plants(several heavy) on a cart but couldn’t pull the cart up the hill, gravel . I then had to take them one by one inside and yes all the employees were inside. After I got inside there was PLENTY of help and a sweet girl took them to my car

This was place was a HUGE disappointment. First I call about lavender. I am told it is in a Gallon container and the price. Ok yay, I am excited. I go in to find At the very most it is 2 quart contain. At least the where decent size and healthy, for that I am thankful!! I also wanted to get elderberry. Those where almost dead. I do not know if they would have come back to life, it would have been a gamble even if they discounted the 35.00 plant in 3 gal container. So I passed. Also I wanted to say, first thing I did was go to the bathroom. It was very run down, missing tiles, as well as dingy and dirty. It felt icky being in there, and I am not Miss priss. Then, when you come out of the bathroom there is another door that leads where the checkout area is. That door was black with nasty, I used my dress to open the door knob. Ok, it doesn't end there. The staff. Well there was one girl there that was nice, friendly and tried to be helpful. But the girl that answers the phone and does the register Nor the guy that works there nether helped us much they gave us a basic area to go look on our own. I love plants and gardening, I wish there store and service and plants was as nice as there website.

I was the ONLY customer there. I found a wagon to load 5 shrubs. They need to teach their staff how to service customers. It is a complete serve yourself garden center. However, there were 5 employees at the cash register. I then loaded the shrubs in my car.

It's very often that people honor their word these days but thankfully Hannah's did. We purchased 3 tree from eagleton hollies and while they did not look great when we purchased them, we had high hopes they would turn around. They did not and eventually didn't make it but Hannahs replaced them free of charge with 3 beautiful tea olives. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and a sincere thank you to Andy Hannah for honoring your word.

I like the selection of outside plants and indoor plants and the prices are decent. The staff is always hanging out at the register and not too friendly or helpful when I have a question. I've been a regular for a long time.

My wife and I went to Hanna's looking for a tree to plant as a memorial to a beloved pet we had just lost. As soon as we walked inside, Bruce greeted us and asked if he could help. I explained to him we were looking for a tree that would be strong, long living and have pretty fall foliage. Bruce immediately named a few different kinds of trees and pulled them up on the internet so we could see pictures of them. We then walked outside to look at those trees. All in all, Bruce spent 30-45 minutes with us explaining the characteristics of the tree we chose, as well as how to care for the tree. This is the first time I've been to Hanna's, but as long as Bruce works there, I will definitely go there again.

This is a wonderful nursery that I have years of experience with. Such a shame that someone (Google User) who doesn't even use his name complains about service for a product that is only sold as a service, and not what this place is all about. I think that reviews like his should be automatically deleted, but certainly disregarded. You don't go to a pizza place and order a steak, then complain about the quality of the pizza.

Called twice but no answer. Checked website and it said they had 6 in stock so drove across town to find out they got rid of them but did not update website. Would have saved me a trip if someone had answered the phone. They weren’t even busy when I got there. Need to do better at updating website and maybe get a portable phone. Will not be returning.

I love to visit local nurseries! Hanna's Garden Shop has a huge variety, and plenty of room to wander. However, the customer service was not impressive and the property itself didn't really showcase the plants in the way alot of local nurseries do. I was there 15 minutes before anyone ever said hello, I was never offered a cart, help to my car, or paper/carboard to put down. The girl checking me out was also on a phone call and was very distracted during check out. I'm not sure we ever made eye contact and I don't think she ever said "Thanks" or "Bye".
If you like to wander around and look at lots of pretty plants without being disturbed, this is your place. -
Small, but nice selection of grasses, trees and shrubs. I called first to make sure that they had the quantities I was looking for, and when I drove there I discovered they told me the truth (imagine that). The plants are healthy and the staff was friendly and helpful.
