This company is very unprofessional and unclear when it comes down to any services or contacting especially when it comes down to job hires/offers i wouldnt recommend these people to anybody they dont fit the standards to be given respect

QCL does a very good weekly yard maintenance paying attention to all the details.

QCL has done a good job maintaining my yard over the years. Last year we were chosen for Yard of the month in our community.and QCL helped make that happen. Crews are helpful if you ask them to do special task or take care of a problem. They show up when scheduled and I think I get a good value for the money paid.

Our team has worked with QCL/Landmark across a variety of projects for over 10 years. Service is top notch, and you won't find a group who communicates better. Guy & Beth are a huge resource to every project they are involved in!

Just cancelled my contract with them yesterday. They would never bill me and then will call me to say that I owe them for certain months, which I did and paid. Told them to send me the bill every month, which never happened in the last year or so. They charged my card yesterday without my approval cause they claimed it was on file but that card was not supposed to be charged. I still approved the payment. Not organized for more than a year or so and will not show up on the scheduled day (Tuesday). Horrible service for almost a year.

I currently use QCL at a retail shopping center there in Birmingham for Landscaping, Sweeping, Portering and minor maintenance projects. They provide fantastic service and "GUY", my account rep, is very professional. He is literally my right hand, I can count on him to assist in ensuring this property is well maintained and he is very helpful in my navigating resources in a market that is not familiar to me. I am very grateful to have such a hands on company that provides top notch customer service as well as providing top notch service in every area that they are responsible for with regards to this Center. Thank you Guy for all you do!!

Will Randle with Quality Creative Landscaping helped us with a full landscape redesign on our home in Mountain Brook. From start to finish, he guided us through every step — design, demo, tree work, irrigation, and lighting. The result is a modern, tasteful landscape that completely transformed our home. We were so impressed that we have selected QCL for our regular lawn service. We couldn’t be happier.

QCL has been outstanding with the landscaping at Livano Liberty Park! The property looks beautiful and well maintained, and Kevin’s communication throughout the process has been exceptional. He has kept us updated every step of the way, and everything has aligned perfectly with our client’s expectations. Couldn’t ask for a better person that could come close to getting the job done!

QCL did a landscape redesign for our house, and when a few plants didn’t make it, Will came to the rescue. He replaced everything without hesitation and went above and beyond to make sure we were thrilled with the final result. QCL is one of the contractors that comes toward the end of construction when you are getting tired of seeing anyone anymore… but in this case we are always excited to see Kevin Moran drive up with what we need and the guys to get it done. Kevin without exception always listens to what WE want. Then he either does it or tells me why another way or design or product is better. My husband and I love good landscaping and the plantings that make it all come together to please us as well as make an excellent curbside presentation. We are so pleased that we are already dreaming of phases 2 and 3! I would highly recommend QCL and especially we have appreciated Kevin.

P.S. I am a very big perennial lover as well as beautiful shrubbery and trees that bring happy surprises for every season. So we definitely want more than a beautiful lawn and weed control and we got that with QCL!🌷

Will Randle and the QCL team worked a small miracle at our house to get everything ready before we listed it for sale. Tim and Wes attention to detail from day 1 to the last of the project was spot on. The crews that performed the work were professional and timely.

What a joy it was to work with Wes.!! They put flag stone on my existing patio and added additional patio with flag stone on it. They also built outdoor kitchen for my grill and fire pit . The workers were on time and very professional. If you are looking for someone that takes great pride in there work , listens to you, gets back to you in timely manner please call Earth Brothers. Earth Brothers provided excellent landscape design and installation service. They were clear and economical on pricing. They were also very good on follow up if there’s a problem. Your company representative Bairom and crew completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone needing Landscaping, lawn or irrigation service.

We were looking for a landscaping company to stay within our budget and offer creative ideas and solutions. Our lower backyard was a wreck! We had some septic work completed which resulted in the lower yard being a disaster zone. So, we decided to go ahead and hire someone to grade the backyard and lay the sod. We also had some erosion issues where the yard has a steep slope leading to the lower yard
After interviewing at least five different landscape companies, we settled on Earth Bros. Their estimate seemed the most realistic and they seemed to understand what we were trying to accomplish.
Tim came out to do the initial estimate and meeting. Wes and his team were the ones actually doing the work. This was not a huge job, aprox $12,000.
Earth brothers installed 45 large Muhley grass plants on the hill, graded and leveled the lower yard then installed around 9 pallets of sod, a concrete landing, and built stairs leading down to the lower yard.
To be honest, there were so there were some communication issues in the beginning on what was expected, but those issues were worked through very easily and we love our new backyard! I have even reached out a few times with minor questions and they were very prompt in answering those, which is rare after a contractor has finished a job to take time answer questions and be responsive.
This was not our first time to hire landscaping company. We were very apprehensive as we have had a few bad experiences in the past. It was a great experience and we will continue to use Earth Bros for all of the other lawn work to be completed around our home! Highly recommend!
