Douglas brings a lively vibe into the house. He always goes the extra mile to deliver top-notch service and results. Today, he even took an extra few minutes to oil my squeaky door and sort out a dodgy hinge. Those small acts of kindness are truly appreciated and I hope I never have to endure the hassle of seeking a new carpet cleaner.
