highly recommend! had james come out to check out our carpets because we had no idea what was even going on! he showed up, told us what he thought was happening with our carpet. he went to his van, grabbed his cleaning supplies and did a spot cleaning on a patch of our carpet to show us what he would do for the whole thing, explaining everything as he worked. super friendly, very professional, and really hard working. we knew he was the right choice, so a while later we had james come back and clean all our carpets. they look beautiful now. the people who lived here before us had put something on the carpet that left weird stains and it started to look bad, but now everything looks fresh and perfect thanks to james. if anyone needs their carpets cleaned he is reliable, the price was much better than any other quote we got, and he didn't use any harsh chemicals.

Based on this initial interaction, I booked them to clean my carpets. The technicians, Brody and Dwayne, arrived promptly. They were thorough and did an exceptional job! Their dedicated and meticulous approach to their work was evident as they meticulously cleaned the carpet, ensuring every speck of dirt was removed. I respect their commitment and knowledge about their profession. They also offered me useful advice on maintaining the cleanliness of my carpets and steps to take in case of spills, such as wine or pet accidents - tips that were new to me. I get many requests for service, and I often recommend James, as he uses the same professional systems and methods that I do. We both learned from a highly respected instructor. There are only a few people I trust to handle carpet cleaning jobs, and James is definitely one of the best.

He was here a very short time and just didn’t seem like a professional carpet cleaner. There were water puddles left around all edges of the carpets and trails throughout the house on the hardwoods all of which I cleaned up. The stains in the carpet did not improve at all and while he noted them to focus his efforts in those areas, they remain unchanged. I calculated the cost per minute because I was so shocked at his short visit-it came out to $6.90 per minute. When I paid him, my receipt came from a Chimney Company-which made sense because he spent a fair amount of time trying to convince me that the chimney needed a significant cleaning (which was done 2 years ago) for a fireplace not heavily used. Very much an unimpressive experience.
