Anthony and Hunter did an outstanding job on our carpet! Anthony explained everything and gave us a quick quote that was very reasonable! They worked hard, did a great job and were so polite! I highly recommend them!!

Dillon called to let me know his arrival time, and was here right on time. He explained what his plan was to clean my carpet and gave me the cost with a military discount; that was great!!! Within minutes, the carpet looked 100% better. I was very pleased with the job and would have him back for anything else.

Our technician, Chris, was great. He was so polite. I don’t love the business model that he gets paid based off of reviews. Seemed a little unfair to him.

Jacob was so kind, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Excellent - fast- service. My rugs look fantastic and Jacob was great to work and schedule with!

Thomas did such a phenomenal job on my rugby! He provided a through step by step explanation of the process. Thomas helped me to have an understanding of what was about to take place with the cleaning process and reassurance me that the products used are environmental friendly as well as being safe for my boys and furbabies! If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of his overall professionalism, efficency, and respect for the job he was performing for me. I will definitely use Safe-Dry in the future and make a direct request for Thomas if possible!

Justin arrived on time and was professional in answering all of our questions, explaining the services,
and assessing our needs. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in our two bedrooms and office. The pricing was a deal and competitive for the market. We are extremely pleased and look forward to doing business again in the future.

My technician was AWESOME. Very professional and thorough. I appreciate his service. If not for his standard, I would have cancelled the service all together. Let me be perfectly clear, my problem is the company, not the technician. The lack of disclosure and smugness when called on it demonstrates very poor customer service. Without hesitation, I will grade him individually with 5 stars. The company? 0! I would not recommend or use this company again.

I had a technician come out and provide a less than stellar cleaning, however, Mickey came out first thing the next morning and made my entire experience turn around. Mickey really went above and beyond to clean high traffic areas and make sure I was happy with the service.

LocalPro was a great choice for me ! My service tech was Anthony who came on time to the appointment with a great attitude towards giving me the best service experience . He accommodated me to the best of his ability . My rug was very dirty due to my pets, and did not even look powder pink. Once Anthony finished cleaning the rug it’s looked brand new and smelled better than new ! They also offer cleaning the other side of the rug at an additional charge. Dyllon came out today and was professional and informative. He did a great job at cleaning our carpets and I was more than pleased with how the carpets were cleaned. My twins were here and had questions and he even stopped working to explain his job and talked to them. He did such a great job and my carpets looked and smelled really good after he was done. I will definitely use this company again and specifically ask for Dyllon.

Absolutely happy with the results from this cleaning. I thought the carpet couldn’t be salvaged from my kids but Justin really did do the thing. All 3 rooms look amazing. Justin was super nice and professional. I totally recommend Safe-Dry for your carpet cleaning needs.

Jacob was absolutely phenomenal.. he explained the process before and during application. I already scheduled my next cleaning. I like the fact they did not soak my upholstery with water as a result it dried fast.
