Had a little rough start, Ms Dee Dee, called with a follow up apologizing for the past. Very sincere. We set up an appointment, not knowing it was for service (NOT COMPLAINING) nevertheless Anthony came out in a timely manner and was very informative communicate very well looking very professional I may add. I'm very pleased!! I WILL be scheduling up coming carpet cleaning(s)

I contacted LocalPro and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The young lady who assisted me on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. William, the technician, arrived on time as scheduled. He was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the services provided.

We had the upstairs supply line to our potty break and drop a large amount of stained water onto the carpet in our dining room. Citrus Solutions came out and their cleaning product got most of the stain out. I was told they would come back at no charge to work on it again if the stain was not completely gone. Unfortunately I did have to call them back, but they worked me in that day and got all of the stain out!! They cleaned all of my carpets on the stairs and in 3 bedrooms. When they finished my carpets look beautiful and they are 26 years old!!

Stephen does an amazing job every time he comes to my house. Citrus Solutions is very helpful when I need last minute changes as well
