ian was absolutely amazing. he fit me into the schedule at the last minute and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. i had just bought a home in birmingham and really needed the carpets cleaned quickly because the previous owners had cats that left a strong odor. ian was able to remove almost all of the smell, which really impressed me. he also shared some great tips for keeping the house fresh after the cleaning. he's down to earth, runs a small business, and is very polite, on time, and really knows his stuff. ian even offered to come back and redo the living room if needed, but right now we're able to manage until we replace that carpet. all the other rooms look amazing—he turned old, stained carpet into something that looks nearly new!

Honestly speaking, Safe-dry is very professional and they know how to treat their customers. My family and I just moved in a new place and were in need of sanitizing the carpet and deep cleaning too. More of the basement was in need of the deep clean and to our surprise just about all of what we needed to disappear was gone! Safe-Dry is a life saver. We needed our carpets cleaned pretty quickly, everyone else was booked up and Safe-Dry not only allowed me to reschedule our appointment they came when it was best for me. Anthony H. called when he was on his way, was on time and super professional and kind. The carpets were well, nasty to begin with and now they look amazing. Updated: Very impressed with the management. They reached out, listen to my concerns, expressed apologies for the customer service. We did come to a mutual understanding, as like my below comments, some of the issue was me and not fully understanding their cleaning process, and it was a white chair.
I will say I would use them again, for other cleanings. As I now know the type of cleaning they do.

Disappointed. Partly because it wasn’t the type of cleaning I anticipated (which is on me). But mostly because of the customer service.

I have had upholstery cleaners before so I had certain expectations.
It is a white chair and while I knew that not everything would come out, I was at least hoping water spots from where we had spotted cleaned it ourselves.
Instead we’re left with a chair that has even more water spots because they too only spotted cleaned it.
The area they did treat look better, however he only spent 15 minute total at our home, so you can imagine the thorough cleaning that was done.
I called to tell them, they sent someone else out, he didn’t show and when he called he didn’t leave a message, (my mail box was not full) I called him back he didn’t answer. I requested a different technician, and still no one has come out.
I have text with their person back and forth many times as every time I’m assured someone will contact me but they haven’t.
It’s a very disappointing experience.

Patrick arrived promptly and did a phenomenal job cleaning our 30 year old carpet. He took extra steps necessary to remove stains and we are quite pleased with the results. We have used Safe-Dry before and they are our carpet cleaner of choice.
