Timothy was my tech. He did a great job. On time and professional.

Update: Now that my sofa has fully dried the stains are still just as visible as they were. There is no improvement. To pay $600 for cleaning and not have any improvement is disappointing.

Justin has cleaned my carpet twice. He provided superior service both times. He is ver efficient abd friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Justin did an excellent job cleaning carpet and getting tough stains out. He was very polite and professional and I highly recommend you to ask for Justin to get it done right.

Leon was awesome. He was very thorough and answered every question I had. He made my carpet look new. He even arrived early. I definitely recommend Leon when using safe dry.

Derrick, the technician, was on time, very friendly and thorough in his explanation of the different services they provide. I highly recommend requesting Derrick for all your service needs. Those were the two things that prohibited me from giving Patrick ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars. I really liked his initial meet and greet with me. He did an amazing job building rapport and representing his Brand (Safe-Dry Company). Every company has opportunities to grow and develop. I can truly say, based off my experience with Patrick as well as the young lady whom set the appointment, I would be willing to utilize them again, as well as recommend them to my friends & family.

God continues to send our family His best...this process was a breeze from beginning to end. Booked online in minutes. Got freaked out on the day of the appointment and called the office and Ashley made it all better. So pleasant and and helpful . Then our technician arrived. Mr Bird was very professional and helped us assess our needs without being gimmicky or overbearing. Very patient, and easy on the eyes. That beautiful beard of his has it's own life!!!!! Oh yeah, the carpet looks AMAZING... really exceeded expectations!!!!

1st time experience I can not lie was not what I expected at all! But after I called the next day and explained my concerns and told them how I was not satisfied! They immediately sent out a new technician Mr. Bobby was excellent he explained everything to us and made sure he walked the the process with us as well he did phenomenal on the carpet and it smells so much better!
I wont post the other tech name because that’s just not me but please get him some better training and or make sure you guys hire people who actually care about your business

We just purchased a condo in Tuscaloosa for our boys to use at school. After painting and cleaning I was not liking the way they looks, there was stains, black marks, looked like paint, and some hard crusty brown stuff. Not from here and didn’t know Safe Dry for anything. They had an appoint for the next day. I will admit I didn’t have great expectations that my carpets would come out amazing like they did, only because the carpets looked in bad shape and this was just to prolong them until I can replace. However, Chris showed up and was not only very professional but did an amazing job. I was stunned how great they came out. All the stuff I mentioned above came clean. Thank you all again.

Derrick Owens the service technician upon his arrival I was greeted and he introduced himself. Noticed his companies Safe Dry on his shirt. He did excellent work in an efficient and timely manner. I spoke also with Elizabeth about the excellent service received. I highly recommend Safe-Dry, and will request Derrick again based on his excellent service, and professionalism. I was also pleased with a timely call to let me know of the technician's arrival.

Jaden and Chris were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, fast and extremely thorough. Will use again and recommend to everyone.

Timothy was amazing! We booked with him for 2:00 pm, and he was able to come early! He explained the entire process to us and helped us pick the right package for our house. He then went straight to work and did an amazing job! We definitely recommend Timothy for anyone who needs their carpet cleaned!

Very informative regarding the difference options for our carpet and his expert opinion of what it needed. He provided very professional service and gave us exactly what we asked for.
