Affordable Heating & Air is a horrible company no ethic no professionalism, does not know how to communicate effectively and the man they sent out didn't know 2hat he was doing 2mos on going issue..Instead of the lady saying they can't do the job..she lying to.

Timely, but no attention to detail or initiative. Came out. Saw that the unit was low on freon. Filled it and left. Didn’t bother to find out why it was low. I was told he didn’t try because “he didn’t have to.” I would not recommend this company.

Affordable heating & Air was assigned my claim through American Home warranty.First off let me just say Thank you Russell for fitting me back on the schedule after I missed my appointment …Russell came out diagnosed what the problem was with my Unit and got right to it.I thought he was going to have to come back another day to fix everything but no he fixed everything in a timely manner.He explained everything to me that was going on with it and showed me everything he was replacing.Now I have Air thanks to Russell I’ll definitely recommend to others
