My husband and I have had several different Birmingham-area HVAC companies service our systems throughout the years, but have now found one that will forever be our "go to." Our air conditioning went two days before my stepdaughter's wedding. Not only were we expecting several overnight guests, but I also had several hundred dollars worth of flowers in the house to be arranged for the reception. Cool Breeze was in our home within hours, and the technicians were friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem to my husband. Let me tell you, this company is amazing! From the initial phone call with Ashley, to Will and his co-worker (sorry, I forgot your name!) doing an inspection/estimate, to the financial aspect...everything was A1! I was very hesitant due to the fact there are over 200 reviews and they have a 5-star rating. But, they are 100% worth every star! Oh, and they serviced my home in Oxford.

Wow! Where do I begin? This company and its owners are amazing! I participated in a contest that was called "Be a Blessing" with a Christian radio station in January of this year. Cool Breeze (the company) was giving away an HVAC system, because they wanted to be a blessing to someone in need. The contest required someone to nominate you. Because I teach at a private school, I asked some of my students to nominate me for this gift. Long story short the students took the request to the whole school and the students overwhelmingly nominated me for this blessing! I've been without a HVAC for over five years, and to receive this blessing is over and beyond all that I could ask or think!!! (Ephesians 3:20) The owners of Cool Breeze, installed the system in one day! They checked the air vents to clean out all the dust and mold, they repaired an opening to my attic that was letting the heat escape. They repaired a broken window in my attic that was letting birds in and rain. I cannot say thank you enough to this company! They work with such integrity and character! The companies work ethic is top notch. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your HVAC needs.

What I love about Cool Breeze is their super friendly staff. Will and his helper were extremely professional and did an exceptionally job on cleaning my ducts. They kept me up to date on the process, and gave me timelines when necessary. They did not mind me asking questions and took time to answer each one. They did not make you feel like they were on a rush job! They take lots of pictures for you to see the issue that needs to be fixed and then they’re sent to your email for safe keeping. When the job has been finished, they email you a receipt and pictures of the work that has been done.

Workmen Mike and Billy did an excellent installation of a Tesla charging system in our garage--neat, timely and working flawlessly. Add this to the things Cool Breeze can do for the home.

We had cool breeze to clean our duct work. Will was our service person. He worked up an estimate and fully explained everything that he would do and the price with no pressure tactics. Scheduling was easy. Will and his team completed the work with before and after photos. We are very satisfied with the job done,no surprises. Will was easy to work with. If you need this service, call cool breeze.

Repair done and within less than 24 hours the entire unit was out. I am out of pocket over $600.
I believe a refund is due because they did not fix the problem. Part of me believes they caused the unit to go out. Owner will not return a phone call.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
