Court and his team at Cool Breeze were fantastic! I had about 6 companies come out and quote me for a new HVAC system and I just immediately felt comfortable with Court. The turn around from when we said “okay let’s do it” to “we’re here” was probably a day and a half. The team came in and installed a new system, new duct work, vents, the “WHOLE SHABANG” in basically one day. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional, they knew what they were doing, and they clearly treat your home as if it were their own. Many of the guys took off their boots to walk through my home, even though I don’t take mine off and that really impressed me. (I did tell them it wasn’t a big deal though).

Needless to say, I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. And I’ll definitely be using them in my next home! Can’t say enough enough nice things about these guys

Cool breeze gave plenty of notification of arrival window and when techs were in route. They installed the nest 4th gen system with sensors in our home and so far it has worked great. The owner and 3 other tech spread across the home to complete several tasks including service of two units duct inspection and installation of damper for the hot spots of the house, while the other tech was installing thermostat and sensors. All techs are well experienced and professional, not to mention extremely efficient. Customer service with the best setup and installation was spot on all questions were answered as well as being shown the key features to utilize the system to full compacity. Highly recommend these guys!

This company is absolutely wonderful! They show up when we need them most. They get here quickly, do the work and never overcharge. In fact, for the work they do, I was expecting to pay more. They go above and beyond to fix whatever the issue is. They are all so nice and professional. I can totally trust them to go all over my house. They tell you the problem and never try to up-sell. That's very rare today. Use Cool Breeze for any problems you have. You will not regret it!!

They did an amazing job! After have so many allergies and upper respiratory infections decided to get our air ducts looked at we called cool breeze, they came a couple days later and did a free estimate with pictures. We had a lot of mold in our air ducts and it looks just like new. Hoping to breathe better and back to good health! Great service!

Adam and Mason could not have been any nicer. They worked late and were so efficient. They went the extra mile when they killed a 3 foot copperhead.

Mason and Josh did a great job of installing attic insulation. They were very nice and did a good job of cleaning up.

Sterling came to install my new unit and discovered some kind of alien connector system (pictured) buried behind my thermostat. We have had issues with that thermostat (and the multiple ones that replaced it) for YEARS. Very grateful that he took the time to scout it out and fix it. Great service!

We just want to thank Alatec for the years of service they gave us with our heating and air. We have moved out of the area but i recommend them for your Heating and ac needs. Thanks guys

I would highly recommend this company. Our tech was Greg and he did an excellent job of servicing our unit as well as explaining things that he did along the way. He was kind enough to share a few simple yet helpful tips which will allow us to do a bit of self maintenance in the future to keep things running smoothly in between our regular service maintenance visits. The company is all about safety and security. Prior to your scheduled service arrival, you receive a text message with a name & picture of the individual who will be arriving at your door. 👍 That is a big plus. They offer a great yearly maintenance package that gives you 4 individual service visits per year. We went with that because it will insure that we get no sudden surprises and it will keep our unit running smoothly no matter the season 👏

Our technicians, Hoyt and Hayden got our heat pump fixed. They had to order several parts. But they kept working till we had a warm home. Thank you both very much for your persistence.

Excellent communication, products, and service. The company found a leak that could have killed my family due to carbon monoxide. They came next day and replaced my system. A contractor friend has used them on jobs and when I told him the price, he stated it was a good price.

I had a couple of guys working they both were knowledgeable technicians the men work great together and had a good understanding of the job that needed to be done. The technicians cleaned behind themselves they worked until the job was completed. A job well done Aire Serv for employing such caring people and very respectful of the customers home.

Anh Doan has been out twice this winter and did through diagnostic work to get my furnace running quickly. He was not only transparent, but gave me ample education to better understand my unit if issues arise again
