Darius came out and did the service check up on our HVAC system. He was very professional and explained everything he did. Air Serv has been servicing our HVAC for years. Highly recommend.

Had heat pump replaced along with hot water heater. Austin, Sterling, Adam, and Hoyt could not have been more professional. Always on time. Always did what they promised. Even the ladies answering questions and coordinating the job were great. Best experience dealing with a service company I have ever had. Will highly recommend to other people.

Overall great service from begining to end. About a month ago we had our vents cleaned. Hesitant about having this done due to the logistics of our venting system and the pricing. Our home has two separate HVAC systems. One for upstairs and one for the downstairs of our home. Our initial quote was for one system. On arrival, Mason, was respectful and addressed our concerns. For those areas he was unable to address, he referred us to his manager. After working out the specifics, he and his coworker diligently cleaned our vents. The reason I am posting this a month after the work, I wanted to write up the results of the finished work. The immediate results, the flow of the air was clearer. A month later, the quality of air has improved. Our household has a couple of folks with allergies that impacts their breathing. The work this company provides is quality from begining to end.

Darius was very good. He was on time, efficient and very polite! We appreciate the work that he did and like many others have said, we appreciate his professionalism and knowledge!

We always have a great experience using AireServ. The technicians that come out are professional and don't talk down to you when you have questions about things you might not have the best knowledge of. I never feel like AireServ is trying to push something on me that I don't need. We have the service contract with them and they always call us to remind us of our free semi annual checkups and to set the appointment. 👍

Darius came out today and went above and beyond to make sure my house is taken care of - even offering to check my dryer vents. Working with Aire Serve techs is always a pleasure although the AI voice on the phones could use some work.

Very unprofessional no one will return any calls , vms , texts , etc...
Our unit worked perfectly until the technician showed up , when he left our heater didn't work . Hired a veteran tech to come out . Out wire to thr pilot light was damaged and like I said, our heater worked fine before Aire rip off came out . They would not even contact me after i left like 8 messages, emails , VM s
and calls . After I leave this review. They will not call me . I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy, if I had one !! Julian lied to my wife , told her he was calling me immediately and like I said, he never did , still hasn't and just cowardly hides behind his voice mail. I gave them 5 opportunities to talk to me to make it right. This company will be hearing from thr better business bureau.

Darius did an excellent job fixing our heat. He was on time and very knowledgeable and friendly. He also got us set up with a whole home electrical evaluation

Got a new HVAC system to close out 2025. Worked with Randy Raines who got me a great deal. Installation crew was great. Ahn, Mason, & Sterling were excellent.

The technician arrived early and was kind to wait on my arrival within reason of the time I expected his arrival. He was professional and gave good tips for future implementation. I would recommend him to others.

LaDarius was a great expert on his knowledge of the things that I needed. He answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. He was polite and patient with the process. I would recommend Aireserv heating and air conditioning to family and friends.

The Technician was kind and very knowledgeable about what inspection I needed done.

To the company: It would be helpful if you allowed customers to communicate with the technician so that we can know when they are going to arrive. The window between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. is too large.

Woke up at 4 AM hearing a hum from my basement went to inspect and it was my pump to my furnace with the alarm going off. Contacted Airserv . The operator scheduling was nice polite and ANH was truly great at educating and advising strategies and next steps on why the pump had stopped locating an exterior portion being frozen due to weather and age of device . Repair was done, timely, and professionally would recommend to my real estate clients Anh also checked one of the electrical panels in the basement and referred for a complementary electrician to come out to check two areas

I had my heating unit checked and the ducts cleaned thoroughly by a great team, Mason, Ladarius and Adam. They worked diligently! Now I am enjoying clean air and feel like my home is safer as well. I appreciate the knowledge they all shared with me. They were a great representation of the company’s professionalism!

Darius was the kindest, most professional serviceman I've had in a long time. He was very patient to make sure I understood everything before moving forward. Aire Serv will have my business again in the future.

Darius was fantastic! He came out extremely quickly and explained things very well. He found the issue, solved the issue, explained the issue, and also installed a surge protector for me. Darius was absolutely amazing! He answered all my questions and explained anything I didn’t understand. He was a great guy that truly did a great job! Really grateful for him cleaning out our dryer vent and making sure everything was in working order!
