Do not use this company! They take advantage of the elderly and do not give good customer service as it relates to follow up and resolution. I had to call in several times for over a month!

Our heat stopped working.I called Ethridge,they said it would be 6:00 pm before someone could get there.they came by 2hours early .they.diagnosed the problem within a few minutes.they went to a few different suppliers to find the part I needed.came back fixed my heat that day so I didn’t freeze .this is the best experience I have ever had with a repair man I would recommend Ethridge to every one and I have my boss air conditioner blew up and I told her about Ethridges service the technician they sent out was top notch

We had a Mitsubishi Mini Split system installed and could not be happier! Installation crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the installation!

Fantastic service! Just a routine maintenance and check up but was able to get an appointment quickly and Brian was on time, friendly and so efficient. Explained everything involved and what it was for and gave great info for going forward.

We have used Ethridge HVAC for many years. We replaced 2 of 3 units with them. They do a great job keeping our systems running. When there is an emergency, they respond quickly and are always courteous.

The company I used, Sullivan, merged with Ethridge. Thankfully I have the same service person. I would say his name but I’m afraid everyone will request him and I will lose him. He’s awesome! They are fair, friendly, thorough, on time and reasonable!

We have used Ethridge for many years and have never been disappointed in their service. They were here at the time of our scheduled appointment and Cade the technician was very informative of what maintenance he had to perform.

Mike came early before his scheduled time. Replaced a needed part quickly and checked everything for me. He was done even before his scheduled appointment time to arrive at my home. He was excellent fixing my air conditioner unit. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Another great 6-month service check. Darryl is a great technician and a really great representative of Ethridge Heating & Air. Good solid work and, more to the point, he cares about his customers. I’ve been using Ethridge for probably around 20 years (I’m guessing) and you guys have consistently provided great service, so whenever I’m asked, I always recommend y’all.

Brian was extremely professional and didn’t use high pressure tactics to make a sale. We got a good deal on our new system and anticipate the energy savings. Also, I’d like to give a shout out to Darryl for checking out our system and being honest and straightforward about our needs.

Christie was very helpful scheduling around an appt that I had today and Matt arrived and was very efficient in fixing the problem; explaining the problem and how he repaired it. The original installation of the unit left something unfinished.

The service was great! The staff and technicians are friendly, professional, and honest. I met the owner Jaime over 20 years ago (he sold me my unit) and the service is still the same.

I highly recommend Ethridge Heating and Cooling. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and never try to sell you something you don’t need. Their technicians aren’t commission based, which really shows in how straightforward and trustworthy they are.

The whole staff is friendly and keeps you informed every step of the way. I especially want to mention Todd. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job.

Daryl did a great job. Came into the house and got an update on our situation, inspected our heat pump equipment and then worked with the settings on our Nest thermostat and got the system working the way it was suppose to, using a gas furnace when the temperature goes below a certain temperature. Daryl listened carefully, asked questions to check for understanding and provided information at a level I could understand. Great service. Will be using Daryl and Ethridge Heating and Air going forward. I was so pleased I signed up for a maintenance contract. We are new to the area and we purchased the house in June so we were fortunate to find Ethridge and Daryl.

Norman stayed with the job until the issue was corrected. He kept me updated on any delay and progress being made. Showed me the problem and how he corrected it. A very pleasant young man. Kudos on a job well done!
